The application is stuck downloading content and doesn't render images or writing. When it will be updated? 

I have forgotten either my Adobe ID or my password, since today I wasn't able to access any of over my 100 book s in my Kobo Ereader. I tried changing my password but that didn't help as the books were downloaded  with that previous password. What can I do? I don't want to lose the 100 plus books on the EReader or  be forced to read the books on the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How can I know the user that has, seemingly, downloaded a book I bought on the HPE store?I already downloaded it with another application, on the same pc, can it be the issue ?

removed item from library keeps coming back

When I want to copy a book on the kobo reader, I have this error message.My computer is well authorized in Adobe digital editions. I have deleted the authorization and authorized it again but still doesn't work.

Dear All,I've installed Adode Digital Edition 03 (ADE03) and tried to read a 'URLink-1.acsm'file. The ADE 03 didn't recognise the acsm file automatically.I dragged it the acsm file and placed it on the ADE03 icon; it then opened and flagged 'error - activation.' Somebody help me to resolve the above issue, please. Many thanks, Daniel

I've used Adobe Dig Ed on a Windows XP computer for years with no problems.  I recently switched over to Windows 8.1, and reinstalled Adobe DE, and went through the authorization step for the computer.  Then I downloaded two books from the library, and read them with no problems.  However, the next time I tried I ran into problems.  I am able to download the books to Adobe DE.  I can open the books in Adobe DE (but it would be tough to read in ADE on the computer, because of no formating). I can copy the books to my nook, the same way I always have, and they show up in my nook.  But when I try to open in Nook, I get "Error dialog - This book has been returned.  Loan not on record".I turned off Virus protection and tried again, with same results.Any help?

 I have an iPad ll. Each time I highlight lines in an EPUB e-book it is in green. I prefer yellow. How do we change the highlight color in Digital Edition iPad?

Hi! I found similar posts, but no answers. I am trying to get a library book onto my Nook, but my Nook isn't being recognized by ADE, even though it is connected to my computer (I can see it in File Explorer). I have tried both the latest version of ADE and the 3.0 version, and I have restarted both my PC and my Nook with no luck.  I have attached a picture to illustrate.  I reached out to Adobe support, but they ended up redirecting me here.

Hello! I bought an ebook and I received the .acsm file. I installed ADE on my MacBook and loaded the file into the library. I was able to open the ebook on my computer. Then, I wanted to transfer the file into my pocketbook. No success there, I can't open it, my pocketbook says E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. I thought there was an issue with my Adobe ID. So I deauthorized my computer and authorized it again with my Adobe ID. Now, there is an error saying that the book is licensed for another user, even on my computer.I bought the book less than one hour ago and I can't open it anywhere. I'm really lost right now, what can I do?I still have the urn:uuid license number from when I first opened it on my laptop, I don't know if that can help. 

Hello Support,i got a new notebook and installed ADE. When I connected it to my Kobo E-Reader there was a problem. So i tried to deauthorize and reauthorize it. Deauthorization went well but it didn't let me reauthorize. I got an error window, that said "You cannot authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that has been used before to authorize other devices. Try again." Trying again did not help. So now I'm a little lost.What can I do?Thanks for your help 

I just purchased a book on Gandhi bookstore that is synchronized with Kobo.com and I want to read it on my Kindle. When dowloading the file from kobo.com (browser), file seems to be broken. When trying to open on ADE, the error message goes: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_ACT_NOT_READY I can open the file and it synchronizes with Kobo desktop application, file is there and opens fine. I just don't want to read it there but on my Kindle for which I need ADE to get the actual file.  I've contacted Kobo support and they say it has to do with an authorization error in ADE, I should deauthorize, then again authorize which I'm unable to do. When trying to deauthorize the error message goes:Unable to deauthorize. Please try another time.  I've tried uninstalling and installing again ADE, the same message. Support at Adobe also cannot help.  What else can I try?

Hello, I need help with the activation reset count in Digital Editions.

My ADE Adobe ID is associated to an old email that doesn't exist anymore.  Today, I can't cancel the authorisation  from this old email to re-authorize it with my new email. The combinaison of my old email and current password doesn't work. I can't access my drm documents on my laptop.

I activated ADE on another laptop and signe din on a new on to access e book and I cannot and when I try to add the manually I get the following message:I have tried the following to no avail:1) deactivting and activating2) uninstalling and installing again3) uninstalling and installing again  retarting between installing and uninstalling4) ensuring that my time and time zone are antomatically updated and correct5) allowing through my firewall none of the above has worked please help
