Bonjour, J'ai acheté des livres ePub en téléchargement sur le site d'un libraire ; cesfichers ePub sont enregistréss  sur ADE (Adobe Digital Edition ), sur mon iPad. Existe-t-il un moyen de les extraire d'ADE ? Merci. M.

Hi,  I needed to Adobe Digital Editions to download a document however I needed to be able to view on any device which required to register to adobe and then download the application which i have done. The document has downloaded and is viewable on a laptop however when i want to view it on another laptop of Iphone by signing into adobe, I cannot view the document in my Library. Please can you help on how i can get this document accessible to all devices by logging into to Adobe ASAP.  Thanks. 

Adobe Digital Editions on iOS crashes every time I try to open a new book in the app, although a book previously read in the app can still be opened. Can it be because I am using two devices? The ADE FAQ on one hand says: "If two devices are activated with the same ID, purchased books can be opened on the other device." But on the other hand it says: "If the permission limits the books to be viewed on only one device, the copied books will not be able to be opened." The strange thing is: I know for sure that one book can be opened on both devices, whereas other books in the same series and from the same origin cannot. What happens in the app if the permission limits a book to be viewed on only one device? Does the app tell that the book cannot be opened? Or does the app crash?

I purchased a ebook and I have to download it using adobe and I have not been able to download it because of a code E error. It says activation server error bad device key. I have tried the cmd, shift, D and that has not worked either im not sure what to do. 

Hallo, seid dem Update am 01.07.2020 auf die Version 4.5.11.1 stürzt die App beim Anklicken eines Buches ab. Das löschen und neu laden der Bücher hat auch nichts gebracht. Was könnte man unternehmen um auf meinem IPad und meinem IPhone die alte Version 4.5.11 zu bekommen?

me descargo adobe digital editions en cualquier versión, 3.0.1. ó 4.5.11 y cuando quiero abrir el programa me sale el siguiene mensaje: "Adobe digital editions dejó de funcionar. Windows está buscando una solución al problema." Pero luego no encuentra ninguna solución. He probado a desactivar el firewall del antivisus pero tamboco.¿Qué puedo hacer?

I am using Macbook Air and not able to load books to Adobe Digital editions. I should deauthorize my computer but I am not able to do it. Tried many times already. I see many have the same proble but no one has the solution. Can this be true?

Getting E_ADEPT_INTERNAL error on all Digital Editions content already purchased and unable to add new content. Compute is authorized to my Adobe Account. Tried reinstalling DE. Did not fix the problem. Tried to Erase Authorization (and re-authorize), but get "Unable to Erase Authorization. Try again later." Trying later gives same message. Any suggestions?

And now ADE will not allow me to activate or deactivate.  I have a number of books on the ADE that were from special author sales, so not sure if they would survive if I had to delete and re-install.  Is there any way to rescue my version without having to do that?  (Windows 7 machine, ADE Version 4.5.11.187303.

During the ADE process, I was assured that once I had an ebook, I could read it on ALL my devices.  It will open on the desktop.  It is in the library on my ipad, but it won't open.

Hi! I've been using Adobe Digital Reading for years and since yesterday, when I'm trying to download a book and transfert it to my Kobo, there is always the same error saying that my tablet isn't autorized to open the book. So I've tried to redo the autorizing thing like suggested on the FAQ and by the person I spoke with on the chat, withtout success.. I even tried with a new account, to reinstall Digital Editions, but it seems like I can't transfert any book anymore, and I don't know why. 

Hi. I work at a public library. I am trying to help a patron transfer an Overdrive title to her Nook Glowlight (not a Plus) using ADE. The Nook and computer are successfully authorized in ADE.The Glowlight doesn't appear as a device in ADE when we connect it to her computer. Overdrive suggests deleting the folder .adobe-digital-editions from the Nook. When I try that using Windows 7's File Explorer, a message tells me the folder is write-protected and can't be deleted. If I view the folder's properties, the file attributes don't display, so I can't turn off write protection (and the Nook isn't assigned a drive letter in Windows, so I can't change the attributes from a command prompt).Overdrive recommends a factory reset on the Nook, which seems a little drastic. I am awaiting an answer from Barnes and Noble support saying if I can get access to the file system on the Nook itself and delete it from there rather than using File Explorer. But on the chance that ADE set the folder to write

I have finally managed to download ADE. I have borrowed books from my local library but when I download them nothing happens. Apparently ADE should open automatically when I download but it doesn't. If I open it manually, I cannot see any books in my Library. I do have ACSM files in my Downloads but I do not know what these are. They are called URLLink with various numbers in brackets following each link. I think these are something to do with the books I have downloaded but they only take me to text in Notepad which likes like computer language. Do I need to download something called Jaws or NVDA? How do I get the books to download onto ADE and then how do I transfer them to my Kobo Clara? Please please can somebody help me with this. I have been trying to work this out for too long and am becoming so frustrated. Thanks in advance.

I have recently purchased a Kobo Clara purely to borrow books from my local library in Australia. The library uses Borrow Box with ADE. I have downloaded ADE but I cannot even work out how to start it. I have no icon and so have not been able to get my computer authorised. Have not even gotten to the issue of getting the books I have borrowed from the PC to the Kobo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded ADE 2.0 cause I was getting nowhere with the latest version. I want to borrow ebooks from the library to my nook glowlight3. I get them downloaded to ADE and did get them to my nook but when I try to open the book I get the error message  Error opening bookThis books is not activated for current ADE user(s). What does that mean?

Hello. I have been trying to download an ebook onto my phone using Adobe Digital Editions.  However, when I try, it either says it is unable to do so and it says E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED or it says that there is a formating error. Can someon please help me download this book?

Hi, habe mich neu verifizieren müssen und daher ein neues Kennwort vergeben. Dann habe ich einen neuen pc mit meiner adobe id autorisiert, der alte war Schrott. Jetzt habe ich auf dem ebookreader aber zwar die gleiche id aber ein anderers Passwort als auf dem pc!Kann nun die alten Bücher vom ebookreader nicht auf dem neuen pc lesen. Warum? Wegen der unterschiedlichen Kennwörter? Abhilfe möglich?Herzlichen dank für die HilfeADö

J'ai changé mon mot de passe, celui-ci fonctionne sous ADOBE mais pas sous Adobe digital editions. Le message d'erreur apparait:"ID ou mot de passe incorrect pour ce fournisseur d'ebook. Hi, i'm experiencing some problem in authorizing my pc. Each time i try, i get that error. I have also tried with another pc, but nothing changes.What should I do?
