signification du message "E_LUC_ALREADY_FULLFILLED_BY_ANPTHER_USER" ? 

I have an Adobe Account and email.  I use Adobe Digital Editions to load libary books onto my Kobo Reader.  Adobe Digital Editions has a wrong email address associated with my file and I can't remove it.  They call it the Default address but it is different from my Adobe account and it is causing no end of problems.There is no way to change this email address as it is locked in.  There is no customer service for this and so no solution.Does anyone know how to change this default??

Ho scaricato due ebook dal sito feltrinelli. Solitamente apro gli ebook con ADE senza problemi per poi caricarli nel mio ereader. Oggi l'applicazione si apre ma la finestra rimane bianca come se non riuscisse a leggere il file appena scaricato (con DRM). Ho disinstallato e reinstallato un paio di volte l'app e ho pure autorizzato nuovamente l'ID di adobe, ma senza successo. Come posso risolvere il problema? 

Getting this error continuously since yesterday when i tried to open the file in adobe digital editions. I purchased an ebook and tried to open it. I have previously downloaded and opened acsm files in adobe digital editions but since yesterday am getting this error. How to solve this?

Pages are either faded or unreadable. I've deleted and reloaded the Adobe Digital app and the book and it doesn't help. The book and the app work fine on my PC.Even the pre-loaded instruction/introduction manual from ADOBE doesn't display correctly.

What does this mean. I was able to download a book last week and now I get this error. Does it have anything to do with the latest Firefox version?Yep it was the computer date/time that was not correct. Once that was corrected everything worked perfectly.

I'm trying to transfer books from ADE to my Sony book reader, but ADE isn't seeing the reader. The reader is authorised and in transfer mode. Am I missing something? 

I had authorized adobe digital edition on my PC and then reinstalled without deauthorizing it.  Is there any way that I can re authorize my PC from within my adobe account or something else I can do? Im aware of the keyboard shortcut that you do in the program but since its no longer installed and its a fresh install of my OS I'm going to assume this won't work even if I reinstall it, but I'd be happy to be told I'm wrong.

Hi, I downloaded a library ebook and attempted to sideload it onto my kobo clara hd using adobe digital additions version 4.5.11.187245 on my Mac. But when I attempt to do this (also happens for the sample books) I get the error E_IO_CANNOT_OPEN -Failed to write destination file. I have tried reauthorizing both computer and ebook. Ensured they are using the same name. So does anyone know how to fix this? thanks

Da alcuni giorni Digital edition non funziona: non apre gli ebook e non mi permette di autorizzare il mio kobo affinchè possa leggere ebook con DRM.Ho cancellato e reinstallato il programma ma nulla.Ho tolto le autorizzazioni al computer e poi rimesse, ma ugualmente non apro gli ebook e non riesco ad autorizzare kobo.

I've been using the Libby app to download library books in EPUB format for over a year, with no problems.  Once I check out the book, I select the EPUB format and the web browser (Firefox several recent versions over the past year, running under Windows 10) downloads the ACSM file.  Firefox then automatically opens the ACSM file, which launches Adobe Digital Editions (ADE, currently Version 4.5), which then fulfills the EPUB book file.  No problems.  Then I recently got a newer, much faster Windows 11 machine.  On the new machine, I noticed that with the exact same procedure described above, ADE would often return the error "Unable to download. Error getting License. After dowloading the EPUB of the 13 ebooks that I purchased in the Google Play Store, the ACSM-files don't open in ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS (which is needed to transfer the ebooks to my e-reader Sony PRS-T2) because "Communicationproblem with license-server : E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TOO_SHORT :". So far, no solution has been given in this forum !  Google Support Team pretend there is nothing wrong with the content of their books, so it would be an issue that has to be solved by Adobe.Waiting for an answer by Adobe.

Hello everyone, I've recently bought an ebook from Google Play Store, downloaded the epub file and whenever I try to open it with Digital Editions, It keeps showing me the error: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE _UNKNOWN. From both Google and Adobe technical support tried to help me by uninstalling and installing again the software, unauthorizing and reauthorizing but it didn't work for me. This does not happen with another ebook I've also bought on Google Play Store. It only happens with this one I bouth yesterday. Also, with this same ebook in PDF doesn't happen. The problem is specifically with this ebook in epub format.
