Hallo, ich habe ein E-Book über den italienischen Shop libraccio gekauft und nutze einen Tolino Shine 3 E-Reader, der inzwischen bei Thalia registriert ist (ursprünglich Weltbild).  Leider kann ich das Ebook nicht öffnen, es zeigt mir den Fehler  E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT an. Ich soll meine Adobe ID überprüfen, bin mit dieser aber korrekt eingeloggt.  Hat jemand Tipps, was ich tun könnte?  Vielen Dank!

Hi everyone, I'm encountering a problem when trying to authorize an account in ADE (Adobe Digital Editions) using my iOS device. It seems that I'm unable to select any other vendor aside from the default one during the authorization process.Has anyone else faced this issue? Are there known solutions or any updates expected that might address this on iOS device?Would appreciate any insights—thanks in advance!

ADE 4.5.12 no reconoce mi dispositivo de lectura (Tagus da Vinci) para poder autorizarlo y transferir libros. El portatil lo reconoce, pero ADE no. He seguido las instrucciones indicadas, pero no lo consigo. ¿Hay alguna manera para autorizar mi eReader en ADE?Gracias

Adobe Digital Editions funktioniert unter meinem neuen Windows 11 nicht, es lässt sich nichtmal öffnen! Was kann ich tun?

Buenos días.Hace poco compré un libro digital y tuve que descargarme su aplicación para poder leerlo en mi ordenador. Con algún problema conseguí que funcionara. El problema es que ahora al intentar continuar leyendo me pide autorización con un ID de proveedor. Hago clic en continuar y aparece un cuadro para introducir la ID de Adobe y la contraseña, lo hago y me dice... "La cuenta de proveedor que ha introducido no está asociada al elemento que se está intentando abrir. Inténtelo de nuevo." lo pruebo con otro correo que suelo usar, por si acaso lo utilicé y me dice lo mismo.He probado desde el menú "Ayuda - Autorizar equipo" y me sale una ventana emergente con el siguiente mensaje: "Este equipo está autorizado sin ID"Por favor, pueden ayudarme a solucionarlo y poder seguir leyendo mi libro.Muchas gracias, de antemano, reciban un saludo

Liebe Community, liebes Adobe-Team, nach Eskalation über drei Stufen hat der Adobe-Kunden-Service hierhin verwiesen. Dasselbe Problem konnte im Oktober noch innerhalb von knapp 10 Minuten im Chat von der ersten (!) Person gelöst werden. War damals schon dankbar und bewundere die Effizienz rückblickend umso mehr. Tolino zeigt Fehlermeldung: "Mit der Anmeldung dieses Gerätes überschreitest Du die maximal zulässige Anzahl von 6 Geräten. Bitte wende Dich an den Adobe Kunden-Support." Ich habe nicht mal Zugriff auf sechs Geräte, ergibt also wenig Sinn. Habe auch im letzten Jahr keine Geräte ausgetauscht, geschweige denn in den letzten Wochen neue Geräte erstmals in Gebrauch genommen/mit Adobe genutzt. Wäre daher dankbar für Rücksetzung des Kontos, wie zuletzt im Oktober geschehen.

I hope anybody can help me, i have a new android phone but when i signed in my library is empty. My purchases are gone. i can still se them in my old phone, Does anybody now what to do?

Hallo, ich habe mir einen neuen E-Reader (Tolino Shine 3) gekauft, weil mein alter E-Reader kaputt war und jetzt kann ich alle meine Ebooks die mit DRM geschützt sind nicht mehr öffnen. Ich kann die Ebooks auch nicht mehr auf meinem Laptop mit Adobe Digital Editions öffnen es kommt nur der Fehler-Code: E_HTTP_GET_NOT_SUPPORTED. Kann mir irgendjemand helfen wie ich wieder Zugriff auf meine E-Books bekomme?

Je ne parviens pas técharger un livre sur ma liseuse car mon compte ID était sur un PC que je n'ai plus. J'ai voulu l'utiliser sur un nouveau PC. Il a refusé.  En consultant le profil adobe, il n'y a aucune information à ce sujetFaut il créer un  nouveau compte ? Ou le supprimer ?Merci si vous avez un réponse

When I updated my Adobe account to a new email , it didn't automatically update ADE's email. I've just noticed this - I want to set up ADE on a new computer but I'd like to tie it to my current main email. I have access to both emails; I'd just like to update ADE without losing my ebooks. How can I change the authorization email just for ADE, so it matches the rest of my Adobe account?

Hey, is there a number I can call to get help. I have books in my adobe digital editions but I can't copy them to my E-reader because it's protected by Adobe. Is there somebody I can call about this

Hi, I recently migrated to a new Macbook (using the mac migration function). When I try to open an .acsm file I get the message: E_ACT_NOT_READY I have checked these forums and the advice was to deauthorize and authorize again.When trying to deauthorize via the app it states "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try again after some time". So I went to the ' ~/Library/Application Support/' to look for the Adobe folder, but it is not there. I am able to see all other folders there , including hidden ones, so it's not an issue of not able to see hidden files, it's just not there. So in short I also cannot execute the workaround of deleting the activation.dat file.Fully stuck now since no internet post seems to advice on what to try now.Hope someone can help.

Je réussis à télécharger un ebook emprunté sur BanQ et/ ou bibliothèque municipale par Adobe Digital Édition 4.5 mais impossible de le draguer ensuite vers ma Kobo. I have an autorized computer with an Adobe ID made several years ago. I've now moved to a new computer, but while my email has remained the same, when I try to authorize the new computer, I get an ID, which is not the same as my previoous one, and thus can't open the epub- book.Torben 

I am getting 'Error! Check Authorization'.  When I select 'Erase Authorization' from the Help drop-down, it shows my Adobe ID and wants the password.  I enter the password, hit 'Continue' and it acts like it doesn't like the password.  I can log into Adobe.com, change my password, and come back to ADE, same thing.  I have uninstalled ADE, cleared cookies, cache, etc., restarted the computer, and re-installed ADE.  It shows up already authorized and gives the same error message.  It still won't let me Erase Authorization.  Please help.

Hola, he tenido dispositivos que estan ya rotos, perdidos, y no puedo desactivarlos en adobe digital editións tiene un maximo de 6 dispositivos autorizados y no me deja autorizar ningun ereader nuevo y no puedo eliminar ninguno de los antiguos, por favor si sabeis que puedo hacer os agradeceria me pudieseis ayudar saludos y gracias 

I can use the app for some books. But some other books don't open in ios ADE 4.5.11I think it might be something to do with the covers or newer versions of the books. iPad 3ios 9.3.5 Please, help! 😮 

When I borrow a public library book to read on my Kobo "off the shelf", I can download it to ADE and copy it across to my Kobo then open it in my Kobo to read. All works fine. However, when I try to do this with a book that I have reserved in the public library that has become available, the Kobo gives me the message "Your eReader is not authorised to open this book". Suggestions welcome on what is going wrong with these reserved books and what if anything I can do about it.

Yesterday when I opened my tablet (Surface Pro 8), many of the icons that I have used earlier, were taken away, and some were empty. One of them was the icon for Adobe Digital Editions. When I opened the icon, there were 0 items on the Bookshelf, and I know that I have had access to more than twenty eBooks via this icon. Now I need help to re-establish the connection to these books. The chat bot did not understand my problem, so I need an e-mail address to a person who can re-install the books that I have had. Please help!Good wishes from SteinStein M. Hola. Tengo un dispositivo KOBO que utilizo para leer epubs con DRM que me descargo de plataformas como Ebiblio. Nunca había tenido problemas hasta ahora. Cuando me descargo un epub desde Ebiblio, lo enlazo al dispositvo KOBO a través de Adobe Digital Editions, pero cuando lo abro obtengo un mensaje que dice que el dispositivo no está autorizado para leer archivos con DRM. Sin embargo, el dispositivo KOBO en cuestión sí aparece autorizado en Adobe Digital Editions. He probabo a desautorizar y volver a autorizar el dispositivo, pero sigo con el mismo problema. ¿Alguien ha tenido un problema similar? Gracias.

Hi, has anyone else encounterd the problem where DE editions hangs (is unresponsive) for a few seconds then crashes (closes spontaneously) when trying to highlight text? This occurs mostly when attempting it immeditely after I open a file in DE. If I wait a minute or so it is less likely. This occurs with the "Getting Started with Adobe Digital Editions 4.5" epub file. EDIT: I have done some more testing. This doesn't occur if I bring up the right click menu showing highlight, then close it! e.g. the second time I bring up the right click menu I can select highlight and it works OK. Attached: video showing the issue Thanks, Robert Adobe DE 4.5.10.186048Windows 10 Home v 10.0.17763 Build 17763

Buongiorno. Il mio Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 ha funzionato fino a ieri pomeriggio su Windows 10. Ieri pomeriggio si è interrotta bruscamente l'energia elettrica proprio mentre stavo aprendo con ADE un file acsm e da allora ADE non si apre più. Il simbolo di attesa compare per pochi secondi ma poi smette e il programma non si apre, e men che meno apre i files acsm. Ho provato a reinstallare più volte ma non cambia nulla. Cosa posso fare?
