Abro el programa adobe dimension abre el programa pero no deja ingresar se queda pensandoya lo he usado antes pero hoy no me funciona     

Hi! I am trying to use Dimension for the first time. The cnavas won't show up completely and my computer almost crashes. I am attaching what my screen displays and my computer's traits.  

Ray trace having error! When I am using real time, it  shows the artwork, but when i start using the Ray Trace, the graphic disappears on the 3d. Does anyone experience this problem?

My properties cannot be change, pls help, thanks

How do I create complex and irregular shapes on Adobe Dimension? Or is there a way to just add an image and start designing on that? Thank you to anyone who replies.

I can't import a pic into Dimension without getting an error with this new version.  Can't drag and drop into it either.  I have to keep reverting to the previous version .  Anyone have an solutions? 

I tried checking normals, all good, then cleaning the mesh, and after that, the z-fighting, but the problem keeps happening in dimension, I don't know what to do, help pls!!! I exported and used other 3d models that I made in blender and I didn't had this issue, all the configs are default in blender, other programs can visualize it but dimension not. I need dimension to work in my job. And I had other issue when I tried to import an image to the model too, but that doesn't matters now, I write this to give more information to the community, ty!!

The new versions of Dimension simply do not work, every time I try to import a model or open a previously created file it freezes and stops working. It's frustrating not being able to work anymore.

I have set up an illustrator file with all of the UV artwork I would like on my snowmbile model. I linked the graphic file to each panel (8 total) but seems like the only way I can edit is to select each attached graphic in dimesion, select edit so it opens again in illustator and resave. This updates the panel I selected but not the rest of them. Hoping there is a way I can update all the panels at once to save time. Thanks

Hi! I'm new to Dimension so I probably have missed something. But when I render stuff out (PSD 16 bit) the shadows looks blotchy and very ugly. I can see it even in the rendertracing in the app. What am I doing wrong? 

Quick solution:Locate "com.adobe.dimension.plist" pref file in "Library Folder"[ /Users/xxxxYOUxxxx/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.distiller.plist ]Delete.Start over. 

I was doing the design for a place, I saved and rendered yesterday, today I try to open it and adobe dimension says that this file cannot be opened, I attach the log 

Hi all, I was working quite happily when all of a sudden, for no apparent reason, the undo function (keyboard shortcut and menu option) has stopped working. Literally, if I do something wrong, I can't go back. What's going on?  Bets wishes,Adam

I downloaded this: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/f1-2026-audi-fom-6a36c9e1790941fdaa9cb97173a06f90 f1 car from sketchfab but whenever i try to import it in to Dimension it says it's unable to import the model. I downloaded the OBJ file and tried some different models too but they all say the same message. I started using Dimension today and i couldn't find my problem online.

Hello,I'm trying to wrap a decal around an object in Dimension, but I'm getting some odd results with the decal wrap. The front will scale correctly, but the artwork for the back and sides of the box becomes compressed.Front (scaled normally)Top (top artwork and back artwork is compressed on to one panel)I am currently using the 'cube' model, not the cube box ( got the same results with the cube box, but I assumed that was because the cube box had more 'faces' than my artwork).Any thoughts on how to resolve this? I'm eager to use Dimension for my organization, but I really need to get these decals sorted!Peace+Thanks for your help!Erica SS.

Hello, my adobe dimension's viewport is empty!

How are you?I’m new to Adobe Dimension, and I’m trying to work with a file downloaded from a model bank.It’s an .fbx model with multiple objects (almost 140 objects), and each object has its own set of materials. Is there a way to import and link all the materials to their respective objects automatically all at once? Without having to assign them one by one?In the materials folder, each material set is properly named, so I understand that it shouldn’t be too complicated.Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Please, add an option to render in Dimension into an 8-bit PSD file. 16-bit files are too big and often the depth of color is not needed.

Hello I have a Mac and I'be trying for one hour to install adobe dimension but once I'm in the installer it asks me to "insert the password of the system", the password od Adobe doesn't work, my appleID password doesn't work, what password is it talking about?

If you have to scroll through an object's material list to materials farther down, Dimension will jump back back up the material list and select a different material or just scroll back up the list when you attempt to select a material. It's not possible to rename materials farther down the list either because Dimension jumps back up and attempts to rename a different material instead.Recreate: apply 5 different materials or decals to a single object, using the wand if necessary. Scroll down the materials list and try select or rename a material at the bottom of the list. The list will scroll back up and select the last material that fits within the list default view.Trying to rename Material 9 (5th in the list) jumps up to Black Matte (4th in the list).

Changing the base colour of a material with a CMYK code keeps having a bug where Dimension changes the code while inputting, preventing you from completing the correct code. Put any CMYK colour code in order and during Y code input Dimension will change all the codes to random settings.

Whether applying the Generate UVs feature to the whole OBJ model or a magic wand selection, Dimension has an error applying an image or doesn't appear to generate the UVs. All the error says: There was a problem reading the file. This is referring to any PNG or JPG applied to the material, dragged-and-drop, or import image to model. The OBJ file was made in Plasticity and exported as triangles. This was a cylindrical jar import test to see how we could fix the issue and import more complex designs. So far, no imported OBJs can be unwrapped in Dimension.FYI, I tried attaching the OBJ and DN files to this but the setup doesn't allow files with the extension. It might be helpful to enable them in order to share working files for problemsolving.

I don't have the canvas option in dimensions so I can't set the resolution and size...
