Dimension

Hi all, I am unable to fin the embed code option for sending my customer their 3D product. Following all of the tutorials I've seen, I can not locate any 'share' icon in the top right of the screen. It just gives me the create public link option.What am I missing? I have the latest version of Dimensions. Even when I go to the published scenes and go into my public file, there is still no option for the embed code. Any advice would be welcomed. Thank you! 

I am a new subscriber to cc.I have dimension. Since I downloaded it I have never managed to acssess it. It just freezes on the opening page and doesnt even let me click on anything. (this is on the first screen as soon as you open it. it just spools).I hav etried downgrading to version 3 instead of 3.4.4 and it works. No other version works. However I really want the latest version.My GPU is as follows I am not sure if this is the problem. Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500. If this is the problem is there anyway of sorting it out.

setting up a new, empty document, and setting the camera to 0/0/0 crashes Dimension.  

Hi, curious if you can convert/export the 3D models/packaging designs created in Adobe Demension back 2D artwork? So print ready artwork can be created. 

Relatively new to Dimension. I have not run in to this problem yet. As you can see from the attached render, there are light circles around the bottoms of each can. I have relection set to 0. I can't seem to find why they are there or how to fix them? 

I downloaded Adobe Dimension 3.2, the app starts and I get the introductionpanel. When one of the options is selected: "Create a new project" and"Start a guided tour" do not open. The pointer turns but nothing happens.Attach my PC configuration: 

Hello,the space on my work machine is very limited. with all the corporate stuff and software installed i have 20 GB left on my main SSD ( with 2 512GB HDDs with plenty of space) so I have to always make sure that the system's storage does not overflow. Today i have tried out Dimension and its a nice, bit buggy tool. But what i really miss on this software, and what blocks me from working now, is a setting to set the path for the temp directory as the software completely filled those 20 GB whilei was rendering on low quality.I know that Photoshop and the other Tools feature these options so it would be great if you could offfer it for dimension too.

I'm trying to purches the Dimension App, but can find which plan of adobe has it.when im clicking on the 'buy' button in the adobe Creative Cloud , in lead me to this sitebut i cant see the Dimension app is included in any of thier offer.which plan?tnx

Is it Posible to consolidate objects in adobe dimension into one ?

Hi I just installed Dn and I'm getting artifacts when my mouse moves over a button.  Specs:Windows 10 64AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHzNvidia Geforce RTX 3060  

Can anyone explain to me what I am doing wrong here? As you can see in the attachment, the two cans on each side are distorted. Every can is the same size and are aligned and distributed in a single line. Yet the outer cans seem to be distorded and higher on the outside. 

To make a long story short, when using Dimension on my brand new iMac with the following specs, and adding custom Substance materials to the model, Dimension creates an enormous file size (over 6GB) which becomes unworkable (Program freezes) )and really shouldn't happen in the first place given the fact that my scene and 3D object is simple that all my assets are fairly low weight. Note that I have re-installed the program as well as created new documents who all displayed the same issue after a while.Mac specs:iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)Processor: 3.7 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Graphics card: Radeon Pro 580X 8 GBDoc set-up:1920x1080 and 3840x2160 both at 72dpiAssets:3D model I used is only 1.1MB in file size.The textures I used are 89.1MB, 30kb and 16kb.  I tried both .fbx and .obj, but again the 3D model is a desk and it works fine when imported into other rendering software such as Marmoset toolbag.Note: My machine doesn

Hello all!I hope I am making sense here, but when I create a 3D model in maya autodesk where it smooth it out and import it to Adobe Dimensions, the model however doesn't load smooth. It shows up as if I'm displaying it in rough view in Maya. I make sure smoothing is "on" when exporting my model, but still no smoothness when imported. 

Hi All, I did find a post back explaining that perhaps creating a UV in Dimensions fixes my issue here, but unfortunately, it's just not working for me. Further more, the file, when shared to view as a 3D view so one can spin it around, doesn't render correctly either. The image breaks up and doesn't represent the artwork. I have the .dn file link below. If anyone can teach me how to correct this problem, that would be much appreciated. I understand that I'm new to this software and am obviously missing something simple. When I start Dimension it doesn't work. I just can see the splash screen and that's it.Only version 1.0 is working but it has a lot of other issues.Mac Pro 2009 Nvidia GTX 1050 TiHigh Sierra

i am not able to access my libraries within adobe dimensions on Mac.it keeps reverting with "To use creative cloud Libraries, Please sign in to Creative Cloud Account" and when i hover over The Cloud icon at the bottom it says " Signed out of Creative Cloud"i am already signed in to the Creative Cloud Desktop App. i am not sure what i am missing!apprecaite any help!P.S: i have an ALL APPS Plan

Olá pessoal, estou bastante triste com essas alteraçoes referente ao Dimension. Eu tinha um MacbookPro com processador Intel ( que ao abre a Creative Cloud ) aparecia ali todos os arquivos disponiveis, incluindo o Dimension. Todavia, agora no meu MacBookPro M1 nao aparece mais disponivel o Dimension. Com isso abri um Chat, e pedi explicaçoes nas quais a atendente me orientou a entrar em "Conta" do app e lah tem a opçao de Baixar, porém quando voce clica para baixar o APP da Creative Cloud impede que se instale ( isso no MAcbook Pro M1)Outra coisa que fiquei descontente é que, eu pedi para atendente do chat me encaminhar um link para eu baixar o Adobe Dimension, e a mesma me encaminhou o link da versão 2.0 ( nesse momento eu disse: "- Olha essa versao é antiga ) então ela me encaminha um novo link da versao 3.0 E eu mais descontente disse:  ''--Moça o Adobe Dimension esta na versao 3.4.3 já , e ela me responde, que a ultima versao é a 3.0 . Hi all, any help would be much appreciated!Bug/issue? (Tested on versions 3.4.3 - 3.0) System:  128gb Ram, RTX3090, AMD Threadripper 3970x   Problem:After clicking on the ‘Ok’ button within the ‘Match Image’ panel - match camera perspective etc,Nothing happens just hangs on the: ‘loading…’ bar. Can’t get past it. No error message, nothing.Have tested on both CPU & GPU settings. In versions 3.4.3 to 3.0) Same problem occurs.Tested overnight for 16hrs, and on different models & textures – same problem won’t move past loading screen. Must force quit every time! Thank you 

Hi, I am trying to make small adjustments to a placed graphic/decal and even the slightest move, Dimension turns it 45 degrees Is there anyway to stop this behaviour?

Ive used other 3D programs before but there are a couple basic functions that I assume this can also do, but cant figure out how.  Any suggestion would be great! How would I split a box into two separate boxes?  With other programs, I would place another object or a plane through it, then click something that would instantly split into two.  Is this or something similar possible? Also, is it possible to add extra points to a polygon, then expand and create other shapes?

That's For Adobe Dimension CC2018At first i installed the adobe dimension 2020 version buh this version gets stuck at the home screen and would create new workspace... Then i went for an oldee version... How do i solve this... Please

Hi,Ive been using Dimension for months now, yesterday I tried to render something again and it was canceled. I tried again - but its still getting canceled. I have tried rendering in lower quality and all that but it doesnt work. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated. 

Ok...I've installed Dimension in my laptop. (Processor: Intel Core i7 2.10 GHz-----Processor graphics:  Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000).But Dimension dind't run beause of my insufficient OpenGL version, showing the attached window. ((ypu don't meet the minimun requirements. Version 3.2 needed). At first, I dind't know anythimg about OpenGL. Then, I install the Intel(R) Graphics Control Panel, in order to update my OpenGL version. I found ut, before anything, that my version of OpenGL is 4.0 (and my version of OpenCL is 1.0, but I don't know what does it mean).  So...I unstalled Dimension and reinstalled it. BUT THE ERROR STILL APPEARS. What is happening?? Thanks in advance Nacho
