hi, im looking for the solution about video mapping on 3d objectand just wanna know is it available on dimension. im trying to move that 3d object into adobe aero to use as ar contents. i want to ask for the solution.

Olá pessoal, estou bastante triste com essas alteraçoes referente ao Dimension. Eu tinha um MacbookPro com processador Intel ( que ao abre a Creative Cloud ) aparecia ali todos os arquivos disponiveis, incluindo o Dimension. Todavia, agora no meu MacBookPro M1 nao aparece mais disponivel o Dimension. Com isso abri um Chat, e pedi explicaçoes nas quais a atendente me orientou a entrar em "Conta" do app e lah tem a opçao de Baixar, porém quando voce clica para baixar o APP da Creative Cloud impede que se instale ( isso no MAcbook Pro M1)Outra coisa que fiquei descontente é que, eu pedi para atendente do chat me encaminhar um link para eu baixar o Adobe Dimension, e a mesma me encaminhou o link da versão 2.0 ( nesse momento eu disse: "- Olha essa versao é antiga ) então ela me encaminha um novo link da versao 3.0 E eu mais descontente disse:  ''--Moça o Adobe Dimension esta na versao 3.4.3 já , e ela me responde, que a ultima versao é a 3.0 . Hi all, any help would be much appreciated!Bug/issue? (Tested on versions 3.4.3 - 3.0) System:  128gb Ram, RTX3090, AMD Threadripper 3970x   Problem:After clicking on the ‘Ok’ button within the ‘Match Image’ panel - match camera perspective etc,Nothing happens just hangs on the: ‘loading…’ bar. Can’t get past it. No error message, nothing.Have tested on both CPU & GPU settings. In versions 3.4.3 to 3.0) Same problem occurs.Tested overnight for 16hrs, and on different models & textures – same problem won’t move past loading screen. Must force quit every time! Thank you 

Hi, I am trying to make small adjustments to a placed graphic/decal and even the slightest move, Dimension turns it 45 degrees Is there anyway to stop this behaviour?

Ive used other 3D programs before but there are a couple basic functions that I assume this can also do, but cant figure out how.  Any suggestion would be great! How would I split a box into two separate boxes?  With other programs, I would place another object or a plane through it, then click something that would instantly split into two.  Is this or something similar possible? Also, is it possible to add extra points to a polygon, then expand and create other shapes?

That's For Adobe Dimension CC2018At first i installed the adobe dimension 2020 version buh this version gets stuck at the home screen and would create new workspace... Then i went for an oldee version... How do i solve this... Please

Hi,Ive been using Dimension for months now, yesterday I tried to render something again and it was canceled. I tried again - but its still getting canceled. I have tried rendering in lower quality and all that but it doesnt work. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated. 

Ok...I've installed Dimension in my laptop. (Processor: Intel Core i7 2.10 GHz-----Processor graphics:  Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000).But Dimension dind't run beause of my insufficient OpenGL version, showing the attached window. ((ypu don't meet the minimun requirements. Version 3.2 needed). At first, I dind't know anythimg about OpenGL. Then, I install the Intel(R) Graphics Control Panel, in order to update my OpenGL version. I found ut, before anything, that my version of OpenGL is 4.0 (and my version of OpenCL is 1.0, but I don't know what does it mean).  So...I unstalled Dimension and reinstalled it. BUT THE ERROR STILL APPEARS. What is happening?? Thanks in advance Nacho

Dimension will not open on my MacPro5,1. The splash screen is incomplete; the 'Open' and 'New' buttons are blank. I have to force quite to close the app. There are no error messages or requests to report to Adobe. The splash screen just freezes. Can we use the Dimension software to create interactive 3D ?I want to import a brain (.obj) in Dimension.Then I need to put hotspots on it (points displaying an explanatory text)Is it possible on Dimension to do this and especially to export the whole as "iframe" ?My objective is to incorporate the iframe into the storyline software (creation of training modules)so that the user can then spin the brain on itself and display the texts when hovering over the hotspots. Hi,I'm currently trying to create an embedable 3D object with Dimension. The object is in my published objects list, but when I click on it the share options are missing. Why? Every tutorial shows 2 buttons there, one share and one menu/config button. Is it something with my license? Or do I have to enable something? 

Hi, I am using Dimension and trying to export a .glb file with collision on objects.  I cannot figure out how to do that.  The file is a build for a metaverse property, and the avatar walks through the walls.  how do i enable collision?

Am unable to see the object details under the scene panel. The 3D file is opening with textures, but unable to ungroup it or change any layer/object properties as no details of such an object is visible in under scenes. It just has environment and camera options. Any suggestions on how to tackle this issue is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Dimension (3.4.3) opens up just fine, but if I click on "create new" or "take a tour" or anything, nothing happens. The cursor just spins. Hey Guys, Im wondering if someone can help me! Im trying to wrap a decal around a supplied bottle.obj and the decal is being reflected from the centre to the top and bottom of the body. I tried using the body Uv technique to see where I should place the artwork, but It is doing the same thing to the uv!  Please help me! 🙂 Thanks Chey    

Hello, It's my first time using Dimension. All I want is to create 3D text, but I'm having trouble getting the alternative glyphs to work for my text in my chosen font within the program. Is there a trick to this, or does it not have that functionality, yet? If not, please make it so! It's a book cover, so the alternative letters I'm using are important to the design. Thank you, A

Where did Adobe Dimesnsion go? Hi there! I have a questions regarding custom 3d files.I been working on a couple of files for a product for a while now, the 3D model I been working have had iterations on the last couple of months. I have some of the previous OBJ files for this product saved on my library but I'm unable to add new ones, can't copy paste them either from a new file.How can I add a new custome obj file to a scene? I used to just saved it to my library and add it to my scene. But now everytime I tried to drop the file on the library I got a message saying the file is not supported but it is! I have previous versions of it. I'm worried I may have to re create huge scenes from zero everytime I have to a new iteration. Am I doing something wrong or there is a new way to add custome objects to our libraries?Thanks in advance!

Hola, tengo la versión de Dimension 3.4.3 y cuando quiero hacer un archivo nuevo o abrir uno existente, Dimension me deja ver la barra de herramientas, las capas, etc. pero no me deja ver la mesa de trabajo con las formas 3D.  Antes de la actualización no tenía problemas para ejecutar el programa. Sin embargo, ahora al ingresar al programa me dice que no tengo VRAM suficiente para ejecutarlo correctamente, ¿dónde puedo consultar mi VRAM?¿Y cómo puedo aumentarlo/mejorarlo? Gracias.--------- Hello, I have Dimension 3.4.3 installed. When I want to create a new file or open a prexisting one, Dimension lets me see the tool bar, the layers, etc. but it doesn't let me see the work-table with the 3D shapes. Before this last system update, I didn't have any problems while using Dimension. However, now after opening the program, it said that I didn't have enough VRAM to visualize it correctly, where can I see how much VRAM I have? And how could I improve it? Thanks. 

Dimension says I have to buy it and it won't let me in. All my other apps are opening up. Creative Cloud seems to be working. Anyone out there who can connect to Adobe and let them know. I would guess the registration for Dimension is out of date.

Open Adobe Creative Cloud on MacClick on Apps tabUnder CATEGORIES try to find [Dn] Dimension It's only present under: Graphic Design > scroll down to > "More ways to design and create" My 2¢: with the launch of Substance 3D plan I believe Dimension will be abandoned soon by Adobe.
