Fresh installed windows 10 creating the following error when running installer for adobe creative cloud: The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose "OK" to download the installer that matches your windows. Error Code: 717. Pressing OK and downloading the suggested installer also return the error 717.

Looking for assistance in activating legacyDesign Standard CS5.5 andAcrobat Pro 9.0 products;previously functioning activation codes are not working and I am simply looking to activate these products to access legacy files; I note the compatibility issue with current operating systems, but as perpetual purchases the T&C require Adobe to allow continued access !

I only have one device.  Support had me uninstall and reinstall, that didn’t work.  There are no devices listed in my account (I have a legacy version of Adobe Acrobat that is not a subscripton).  They then told me to come to this community and “an expert would help me fix it.”  Can anyone help?

One of our tools requires this version of Adobe Illustrator, and we can no longer install it through Creative Cloud, which now only supports versions up to 22.1. Could you please provide us with a direct download link for Illustrator 2015.3 (version 20.1.0)?  I've already asked the chat agent, but since this is an End of Life product, Adobe no longer supports it.Thank you

Hi, I bought lifetime version of Acrobat X. I wanted to move it to a new laptop, so I deactivated all previous installations on 2 previous systems, but when I install on new system, cannot activate it and it says I have reached my activation limit. My account states that there are no activated devices.If anyone has knows how to deactivate when already deactivated, please let me know, thanks Hey Adobe - where is the direct customer support for the lifetime product purchase customers?  How come you don't support lifetime purchase customers and ony support subscribers? Contact me so I can open a ticket directly with you.

Unter MacOS 26.5 auf MacStudio M1 bleibt der Update bei 48% hängen und geht nicht weiter. Die  blaue Meldung dass der Prozess ungewöhnlich lange braucht und nach Lösungen gesucht wird erscheint. Ein Abbruch hinterlässt eine defekte Altinstallation. Ein entfernen der alten App und Neuinsallation ist notwendig. Das war bei V 27.6 und 27,7 der Fall. Was kann ich machen?

I have a license for Adobe Photoshop CS6 - upgrade from CS5. On my new computer with Windows11, I downloaded the installation from my Adobe account, and it won't activate. What can I do to keep using CS6 on my new computer?  On the old one, i removed licence.

I'm installing CS5 on my new pc and got error, activation limit. PS is already activated on 2 other devices. Those pc's are long gone, formatted and sold.I'm looking for advice on support, they point me to forum. I read forum, they point you to support. I'm being balled around. Support says "I would like to inform you that we don't manage activations as well as deactivations of the perpetual Licenses from our end. Being an owner of your perpetual licenses you only can manage deactivations and activations from your end"How the heck am I supposed to de-activate them my self? I dont have access to those pc's anymore. Support don't have ability to deactivate my old product? I'm not buying that. They're saying no-can-do and are trying to sell me their new subsriptions too on the same breath. Every time on chat.Am I screwed now and forced to buy new photoshop? (certainly not any kind of subs.based software!) Is this how support is treating their customers nowadays?

Hi, I bought the Photoshop CS6 Full Extended version online and recently when I try to re-install to my PC, it keeps asking me to input the serial number, however, I only have the licence key and can't find the serial number in the email.  Could you please tell me what should I do ?   Thanks, Amy

I have a registered Photoshop CS6 upgrade license (upgraded from CS4). The CS6 serial number is visible on my Adobe account and matches what I am entering. Hi,my laptop has only directx 11 and the latest version i could install should be  24.4.1.The oldest version at Creative Cloud Desktop is 26. Is there another way to get get version  24.4.1 ? Thanks for help!

Hello, I installed the latest version of Photoshop 2026 on my MacBook Pro with macOS Ventura 13.7.8, and it indicated that this version would run without any issues on my computer. I deleted the old version of Photoshop. After installation, Photoshop won’t launch, and it tells me that it’s not compatible with my system and that I need to update it, which isn’t possible on this Mac. Okay, I thought, I’ll go back to the old Photoshop 2025, but when I launched the CC Launcher, clicked on the three dots next to the Photoshop tile in the Applications section, I couldn’t find the “older versions” option that was always there before.Thank you   

I just spend several hours on the phone with Customer Service which is obviously not located in the US. The problem never did get resolved mostly because of the language barrier. Then the online options make it very difficult to lodge a complaint or try to get help. I had to go back to the 800 sales number and repurchase my software upgrade and cancel the previous order to create a workaround for the problem. Adobe doesn't have a great customer service reputation anyway--guess they don't care because they figure they have a captive audience--but it seems it gets worse every time I have to deal with it.

I have an old Photoshop license (CS6). I recently changed laptops. I deactivated and removed on the old one but I cannot install on the new one. It is not accepting the serial number. The customer service is not able to help because they are trained to only handle subscription products. I have bought a perpetual license and I should be able to use it however many years I want. Please help!.

Dear Adobe Team,I had to replace my laptop and would like to install Adobe Photoshop CS6 on the new one.I deactivated Photoshop on the old laptop - I took screenshots. However, I am still receiving an erroneous error message stating that my serial number is already in use on the maximum of two computers.It appears the usage counter was not reset during deactivation.I would appreciate it if you could either reset the computer usage counter or send me a replacement serial number for registration.Do you need the serial number from me, or a photo of the original packaging showing the product code?Thank you in advance for your help!Best regards from HamburgMirjam Ipsen

J'ai réinstallé mon Adobe Digital Edistion et j'essai de donner l'autorisation à l'ordinateur mais j'ai un message rouge qui ce lit comme ceci :vous pouvez accorder une autorisation à cet ordinateur à condition de ne pas utiliser un ID etc...Comment je fais puisque l'ordinateur n'existe plus?  Merci

I got this messages when i open both of my adobe PS v 27.0.0 and v 26.11.6I have subscription, other versions are not compatible with windows 10 so its not possible to update. I need help, i have projects with deadlines. I don have time to find solutions so someone of the Adobe do it. If its not possible i dont want to pay and i dont want to pay cancellation fee too, so you can find and fix the solution ASAP or delete my subscruption. I pay because i dont want problems.
