Hi, I have a Windows 7 machine where I am having trouble installing Creative Cloud. I used to have Creative Cloud and my apps working fine on the same laptop running Windows 7 until a few months ago, but after some hardware failure I had to reinstall the whole OP and now I'm unable to get CC to install on a fresh Windows 7.My internet connection is fine and stable, I don't understand why error P201 keeps popping up right at the start of the installation process.I understand that only the previous versions of apps are available for older OPs like Windows 7, nevertheless I should at least be able to install CC and download an earlier version of Lightroom Classic, just as I did a few months back.Or has something happened and now CC cannot install any longer on an outdated OP?Thanks for any help.

I reset my computer (Windows 8 OS) and all programs installed through disc were deleted. I need to reinstall Photoshop Elements 11, but when I entered my product's serial number it said it was invalid. The program was completely erased from my system, and yet it is still activated. Is there any way to deactivate it without the program being on my system? Is there any way to reinstall it at all?

Running Ventura 13.2.1 on 27 inch iMac 2017.Running latest creative cloud apps but adobe fonts won't load into in Design, Illustrator etc.Have tried restarting desktop app, reparing and re installing but still not working.Also says cloud isn't syncing and cannot update certain apps such as After Effects 23.2, Media Encoder 23.2 or In Copy 18.1Any help greatly recieved.

I have updated CC desktop app to 5.10.0.575.This update is not provided on macOS 10.12, 10.13.Are CC desktop app system requirements changed?

Just bought and downloaded CS6  design and web premium . Seems done until I go to open Dreamweaver and I get the error stating dreamweaver unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Photoshop , Flash and others open OK. Im runnning i7 2600CPU 8gb ddr3 64bit WIn7 ssd with 40gb free. I have tried  both suggested methods of downloading files with same result. All help much appreciated.

Hi,My laptop crashed and I cant download anymore the Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2019 - Enlish - Windows.It was a download version from a online dutch store (bol.com). How can fix this?

I'm trying to install Adobe Digital Edition for Windows. I'm not able to find the app on the creative cloud suite. Feeling upset paying so much for CC package and not able to find the app I really wanted. I'm not even able to find a customer support page 😞

Hi I had an issue with Creative cloud which has not been resolved till today. This case is also linked to a previous case number 0189101114 handled by a Deependra Y. He was my first point of contact and it all went downhill from there. I related my issue of not being able to download and install updates through Creative cloud on my desktop and he proceeded to troubleshoot remotely through Bomgar. He then went on to try to uninstall all Adobe programs and tried reinstalling without any success. He tried it a few times, and by then I told him to stop and reinstall my Programmes only and forget about Creative cloud as itwas visibly still problematic, but he said he doesn't want to do that.(yes his exact words) I also told him that it was lunch time and he said I could reconnect again, but I asked again that he reinstalled my Programmes. As I have a busy schedule that day, I left the comp. when I came back he was not online any more and I somehow reconnected with Deependra again soon after

It's been many years since I left Graphic Design and jumped to the field of Critical-Care Nursing, but I still occasionally bust out my old Illustrator files and draw... Just wanted to THANK Adobe for honoring my original CS4 purchase and assisting me with installing legacy software onto a new Mac. Your customer support and resolution for installation problems was top notch. I don't feel people say thank you enough when things go right - THANK YOU AGAIN Adobe.

I have asked  this question before and been given the wrong answer and yet nobody else came on with the right answer, so I am asking again. I hate cloud technology.  I dont trust it.  I can't think if a better way to ask to be hacked than by using cloud technology. Cloud technology slows down my internet connection, and I also dont trust corporations at all, and that includes Adobe.  How do I know they are not selling my information?  I don't.  please read the entire problem before answering because if I am given the wrong answer again I promise I will not reply politely. I have reinstalled the Creative Cloud apps to help resolve an issue. Now there are no app icons.

I got an email by coursera that i got a reward of Adobe XD for 9 months but when i redemed my reward i am unable to download it. It shows that it is not in my plan. I have attached screen shots of the issue help me please 

I bought Adobe Creative Cloud on Windows 10 and it doesn't open whenever I try click on the small icons, it just disappears and vanishes.

I'm running MacOS 12.6.3. For some reason the 'Installed' apps section of Creative Cloud isn't showing all the apps I have installed. I can do fresh installs of any app but then the installation doesn't recognize that I have previous versions and import any settings from previous versions. I have tried the Adobe 'fix' and this hasn't worked. Can anyone help?

My Mac is struggling to run CC, as it only has 8gb of RAM and cannot be upgraded – it's an iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, Late 2015), 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3. I have heard it is possible to install and run Adobe CC from a partitioned external hard drive, to free up pressure on the internal hard drive. Is this possible, and, if so, how do I go about it? Layman's answers preferable as I'm not that techy – as is evidence by the fact I didn't realise you couldn't upgrade RAM in new iMacs after purchase! Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.
