Download & Install

I have asked  this question before and been given the wrong answer and yet nobody else came on with the right answer, so I am asking again. I hate cloud technology.  I dont trust it.  I can't think if a better way to ask to be hacked than by using cloud technology. Cloud technology slows down my internet connection, and I also dont trust corporations at all, and that includes Adobe.  How do I know they are not selling my information?  I don't.  please read the entire problem before answering because if I am given the wrong answer again I promise I will not reply politely. Hi there. To install the adobe premiere pro app offline. We can subscribe to the annual license package but want to install it offline. As there are internet restrictions in our org., an option is less to connect to the internet. And we want the transitions, templates, and packages to be included.

I have reinstalled the Creative Cloud apps to help resolve an issue. Now there are no app icons.

I got an email by coursera that i got a reward of Adobe XD for 9 months but when i redemed my reward i am unable to download it. It shows that it is not in my plan. I have attached screen shots of the issue help me please 

I bought Adobe Creative Cloud on Windows 10 and it doesn't open whenever I try click on the small icons, it just disappears and vanishes.

I'm running MacOS 12.6.3. For some reason the 'Installed' apps section of Creative Cloud isn't showing all the apps I have installed. I can do fresh installs of any app but then the installation doesn't recognize that I have previous versions and import any settings from previous versions. I have tried the Adobe 'fix' and this hasn't worked. Can anyone help?

My Mac is struggling to run CC, as it only has 8gb of RAM and cannot be upgraded – it's an iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, Late 2015), 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3. I have heard it is possible to install and run Adobe CC from a partitioned external hard drive, to free up pressure on the internal hard drive. Is this possible, and, if so, how do I go about it? Layman's answers preferable as I'm not that techy – as is evidence by the fact I didn't realise you couldn't upgrade RAM in new iMacs after purchase! Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hello, I'm currently trying to open Photoshop and Lightroom, which are Apps included in my Plan, but a PDApp window keeps opening, asking me to sign in and when I do, it offers me a free 30 day trial? Everything seems up to date, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any help? Thank you.

Somehow Adobe deleted the account my serial numbers were tied to Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and Adobe Phoshop Elements 15. I need to get them on a new account so I can use them. I called support and they told me to post here.

Hi, I'm having serious issues with the Creative Cloud app itself. It's constantly generating massive amounts of .log files filling my SSD. It's also using a large chunk of my CPU power with java server processes. I read in help section that reinstalling the app will fix this issue, however when I go to uninstall the program it requires me to uninstall all existing adobe apps. I have tons of plugins and content that takes time to set up not to mention the time to redownload everything. There has got to be another way to reinstall CC without uninstalling all of my adobe software.

I have been using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 (BTW, also Ai and Id) for a while now but I would like to update to the newest version. I have downloaded and installed Ps CC 2023. Now I would like to uninstall the 2018 versions of these apps, however, the CC Desktop only shows the newest versions. Are there any other ways to uninstall the older version without damaging anything? 

I'm trying to figure out why my Windows 11 bootup time was longer after I upgraded my PC. Running procmon showed me that 19 out of the 23 longest events were Adobe 'NotifyChangeDirectory' operations, mostly for 'node.exe' Any advice on how to speed this up or stop it from happening? Can I delay these operations until after Windows has loaded? I don't really know what I'm doing so any advice would be appreciated.

I recently acquired a joblot of macs and Adobe mac software from a company who had closed down. These are older versions like creative suite 2 3 5 all with licence keys ( and there's some dinosaurs like photoshop 3..)  Is there any way of checking if these keys are still active and is it legal to sell the software. I was assured the licences were no longer used as they purchased new versions every year or so. Any advice appreciated. 

Trying to install Adobe CC on my new laptop. Everytime I try to go to download page i get this message "This page isn't available right now. Try visiting this page again later." Has been going on since yesterday at least. I really need this to do my work!

Adobe Creative cloud always seems to shut down every time I try to download and install it 

Only after a fresh restart, first thing I am able to see the Creative Cloud apps / updates.This is the case for months now. I updated, relaunched, reïnstalled. What can I do to bring it to life again?

Everything is on the title, I'm a student, and my school gave us a Creative Cloud abonnement with all the apps included.Today I need to use DC Pro but I can't find it on the creative cloud app.On the screenshot you can see that when I go to see what apps I can use there is Acrobat DC Pro.Thanks for your help

What it says on the tin, I cancelled because I no longer need it, went through all the options, everything said it was inactive and now it's automatically signed me up for another year and I have to pay to cancel again.What do I do? I had no option to stop it from reactivating.

I have tried to "Unsubscribe" for days using the link in the (unasked for) Adobe emails I've been getting.  Yet each time, instead of getting a confirmation, I end up on a page that's clearly just some random Adobe page.  And sure enough, I'm still getting the (unasked for) emails again the next day.Looking on the forum, I found a way that I can manage my preferences but that's not the same as have a CANSPAM-compliant Unsubscribe that actually works.  Is anyone at Adobe actually concerned about this?  I don't know why giving your customers a crummy experience is considered okay.In any case, I hope someone will check this out, and realize that while it's fine to tell people how to unsubscribe once they've logged into their account, gone to their preferences, ticked boxes, etc., that's NOT the same thing as a working Unsubscribe right there in the email.  So please fix that asap.

How would you guys do a massive installation of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop for the latest version on Windows 10 computers? Also, need to remove old version after installation.

Hallo,seit der Installation von macOS Ventura wenigen Wochen kann ich nur noch ein Adobe Programm in die Anmeldeobjekte (Autostart) packen. Möchte ich weitere hinzufügen, funktioniert es nicht, es gibt auch keine fehlermeldung oder ähnliches. Lösche ich das eine Adobe Programm aus den Anmeldeobjekten, kann ich wieder ein beliebiges hinzufügen, dann das gleiche Procedere. Versucht wurde es mit Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign und Xd aus 2022 und 2023.Es funktioniert auch im abgesicherten Modus nicht, der Apple-Support sieht das Problem auf Adobes Seite. Hat jemand das gleiche Problem und ggf. eine Lösung? 

Hi I have just purchased my first apple iMac - so I'm not sure what the issue is, but Photoshop fails to install.  I've tried half a dozen times.  The Creative Cloud app installs fine, but Photoshop won't and it's doing my head in. Help pls 🙂
