How can I download Photoshop Elements 9 to my new PC?

Hey folks,I am working on a portfolio website, and I'd like the cover photos to be on the big side so they grab attention immediately. When I load my web page, they take a second or two longer than I think is appropriate in the web world today. How can I optimize the cover images on my website for each project so that they load as quick as can be, without sacrificing the quality of the image as it is now?To give you a glimpse at my website, here is the link: [removed by moderator]

I just bought the entire creative cloud plan. I can install it, about 50% through installation 2 error messages pop up. They also popup after installation is complete and when I try to run the program. I have uninstalled this app so many times and reinstalled it. I have tried to repair it. I have updated everything on my laptop and TO NO AVAIL.  Here is the error messages "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Restinstalling the program may fix this problem""The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I am so frustrated because I dont understand any of what that is saying and I have looked at the error codes in the help page and noone of those have helped my case. It doesnt help that customer service isnt available on weekeds so I am SOL on updating my portfolio until I can use these apps. SIGH

I am new to Adobe CC.  If I try to install Photoshop CC, the installation of Creative Cloud starts. Is there a way to install Photoshop CC alone?

Hi,    I have a problem with files that are unsupportive to Adobe. I download the image from the website <instagram tool link removed-kglad> which is designed in adobe tools but now it's unsupportive to it. I want to edit these files by using adobe tools.   Can you please help me in this regard?   Thanks!

Hi,I requested a redemtion code for substance painter a bit earlier this day and I now got the confirmation that the Redemtion Code was accepted and that I'm able to download Substance Painter within the Creative Cloud. However in my Creative Cloud App next to the Substance Painter App stands "Start Trial" instead of "Install" . I also already tried to log out of my Creative Cloud App, restart my PC and log back in but this also doesn't work.Pls help 😕😕

Hi, I'm having trouble closing my account. A new payment invoice has appeared which I don't want to pay because I haven't used anything from adobe and until I pay it it won't let me close the account which I can't use and so every month it wants to charge me fees which I don't want to be charged.

I accidentally cancelled my student plan and was charged. I did not intend to cancel the subscription and I use the software often. Is there an ability to reverse this?

Hi, i recently moved from Lightroom from the app store to adobe directly as the deal with photoshop is better. I got rid of lightroom from my desktop and went to download the creative cloud. I kept getting the standard error message so i uninstalled a tried again. This time, the app got to 22% and got stuck. So i got rid of everything and tried again. Now when i install the creative cloud it goes from 5% straight to 100, closes the installation tool and says it will open the creative cloud, however it doesnt and there is no creative cloud in my apps. Losing the will to live with it ive been at it hours please help

Hola que tal, tengo una Mac que tiene el sistema operativo Capitan, deseo adquirir el plan creative Cloud, pero veo que en los requisitos me pide minimo el sistema Sierra. A alguien le ha pasado ?

I am trying to install Illustrator onto my mac (macos Catalina 10.15.7) but with no luck.  I have been able to download the installer via the Adobe site, however, after double clicking on the icon, as prompted to do so, nothing happens.  I don't receieve any error messages and I have my mac firewall switched off and 50GB worth of space on the mac.  I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this, thanks!

Hey Everybody!I'm using the current version of AE, but the company for whom I am freelancing only uses AE 2022. Can I have both AE 2022 and 2023 installed at the same time? When I go to 'older versions' on Creative Cloud, it says that "Installing this version of After Effects will remove the version that is currently installed, along with any updates.....".Thanks for your help!BG

I bought a license on 10/19/2015 for the Master Collection CS6 product.During the installation I get a notification that the license is revoked.I got information in technical support that the product is active and I was directed here. My email is related to the product.Please activate my license.

Hello everyone,my problem may make you smile, but it should make everyone think. I bought a "lifetime" Creative suite premium license several years ago and now it's unusable because the Adobe servers for license activation have been shut down.I believe this is unacceptable and false advertising. I am in contact with other consumer associations in Italy who are evaluating this behavior according to the legislation of our country.What do you think?

I'm looking to subscribe, but given today's times I would prefer to not be tied into a commitment that I cannot afford to pay cancellation fee's of. Is there a no commitment subscription?

Hello I have Mastersuite Creative CS4 from uni as a grant to help me as part of my disability and it's running on MacBook Pro Mid 2009 as it has been running perfectly for years. Except now when i go onto Lightroom it won't let me delveop my photos. All the other software is all working except Lightroom and it asking me to active my serial number which i do have but it is NOT accepting it at all! PLEASE can someone hello me find a resolution to resolving this there's gotta be a way round this issue surely!  I have attached the file too and it won't accept the serial number either! 😞 I spoke to adobe they was NOT much help at all and telling me to write it on this community!  

HELLO I have recently updated my apple mac to the new OS Ventura. However i also have gone to reinstall my Adobe Creative Cloud suite (PS & Light room classic) and canot install them :(. Could somoone pls explain the simplest way to get an older version of CC maybe that is compatible with OS Ventura or must i downgrade my OS|?|

My Mac Studio is fresh out the box, everything up to date on latest version of Ventura. Latest version of InDesign, first time trying to open and just a spinning wheel with "InDesign not responding" in the Activity Monitor. No errors, just the wheel. Left it for 30 minutes to see if it would resolve but nothing. Tried to uninstall and reinstall through Creative Cloud, but same issue persists.
