  I had a PC failure; now Adobe won't find my serial numbers to reinstall them.

I get this message when I open Photoshop, how do i reinstall it? One or more files in the Adobe Application Support folder, necessary for running Photoshop, are missing.  Please run the Photoshop installer and re-install Photoshop.

Bonjour, j'ai téléchargé la suite adobe depuis trois jours et me suis faite un compte étudiante en envoyant, biensûr mon attestation. Mais lorsque j'ouvre adobe creative je tombe sur le message suivant : ''Vous n'avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications. Pour gérer les applications, une autorisation de votre administrateur informatique est peut-être requise.'' Je ne comprend pas ce qu'il faut faire car je ne peut tout simplement pas télécharger mon applications alors que le solde me sera débité d'ici 2 3 jours. Est ce que qqn aurait une réponse à cela? merci d'avance

Hi there, sadly everytime i restart my computer adobe cc thinks, that it's a new device. And aks me to deactivate one of two authorized devices. BUT one of these two IS the computer i am working on.Adobe CC doesn't understand, that's the same device. How can i repair this?Adobe CC and Windows 10 are updated fully. Please help. Hi there! I have been promised a refund over seven times now of $527.87 but have never received it. I have been lied to over and over again. I am a student and really need this money. Almost every time I open either Premier Pro or After Effects, I get a Windows bluescreen. I've not seen a bluescreen in over 2 decades. My event viewer shows this error, and it's becoming constant. It keeps crashing, and even though I have saving every 5 minutes, I lose it all. I'm logged into Adobe just fine. I know the password is correct because I signed in on my web browser but when I use the app to open PS it says "you have been signed out, unable to authenticate blah blah blah"I know you probably have to reinstall it but when I try doing this it says I have to unistall my adobe programs first, and to do this I need to sign in!!!! I literally can't access anything. Please help. I'm paying money to not even be able to use this bs

Unable to download creative cloud on my Mac with OS Catalina Download locks up around 22% of download

Every three days I receive message Adobe Creative Cloud needs to resolve problem. Something is missing or damaged, and need to download and install new copy of creative cloud. Use PS and LR.  This is for PC Windows. 

I just got a work computer with old adobe programs 2017. I tried to remove them to instal the new ones but in order to delete them the system asked me to update them first so I started with the Creative cloud and the download is frozen in 22% I have a mac with the newest macos

I was using my CS5 InDesign and Photoshop on my old MacBook Pro when the motherboard went out. Fortunately I was able to get a comparative used MacBook Pro with an older Operating System.  Thankfully I was also able to remove my old hard drive which has the CS5 products on it along with El Capitan OS which works with them.  I installed my old removed hard drive into a new case and restarted my replacement MacBook Pro using my old operating system (which is compatible with the CS5 products).  However,  though it initially worked (using the 30 day trial), now I can't get my CS5 products to to work becase I keep getting messages asking me to log in to Adobe, which I do, but then it asks me again and again in a loop and never gives me an opportunity to get into my CS5 products to enter serial numbers.  Very frustrated and don't know what to do.  I need to use them and do not want to go the Cloud route.  Can anyone help?

HelloI have not been onto my lightroom classic cc for a while but have been continuing to pay a subscription to adobe.  I just tried to open it and it after logging on but it told me that my license has expired or my license was fake.  I checked my bank account and i am still paying adobe the subscription, so i would like to get this working and then find out where i can get a refund for all of the time i was paying for nothing.  Thanks

Hi,When I start CC it creates a folder named GPUCache on my desktop. I like to keep things organized and I'd rather not have folders on my desktop. Is there a way to change the folder location?Thank you in advance
