Can Lightroom 5 be installed on an M1 MacBook Air? Thank you. 

As of yesterday (2/20/2018) I have been unable to open any Adobe programs as I have been getting a message about my membership has expired. It says "you no longer have access to Creative Cloud. Please contact your Administrator to renew your membership and continue using Creative Cloud".Well, this is a single user subscription that I own. I also checked my account payment history and last payment was on Feb 5, 2018. Next one is March 5, 2018. All looks good from my perspective.I have tried all solutions I have been able to find online and none have worked. I have signed out and in. Restarted my PC. None have worked and I need a resolution ASAP as I have work pending. Appreciate the help.

My laptop died and the old laptop had lightroom on it. Can I get the same account on a new laptop? I've not seen if it's possible or even how to do it. 

I have Elements 15 and the computer I had it on HD crashed. I have reinstalled the 15 software and now cannot activate because it says i am still using the software on the crashed computer. When i enter my activation i get an activation failed because uf the crashed computer. How do I signout on the crashed computer so it will let me reactivate?

I'm looking into updating my computer tonight for a black friday sale at Micro Center. The price is right but I'm wondering if I'll be able to keep my old version of Premiere Pro CC 2018. I have it installed on my device currently. But the update will require a motherboard change and therefore a loss of my Microsoft Home license since it's OEM. The device is Windows 10 so I'll have to reinstall windows in order for it to work and if I wanted to upgrade I'd have to wipe the C drive including my old version of Premiere Pro CC 2018.My question is, is there any way for me to keep this version of Premiere Pro (so I can still access my old files as well as edit .mkv files) or will I just have to give up on this version of Premiere Pro CC in order to beef up my machine? IDK if this makes enough sense so let me know if you have any questions about it and I'll try to answer them. I'm still new to custom PCs and such. 

Hi,suddenly my mouse and keybord are getting frozen. I found out at the AdobeCloud connection is the problem. Without the Internet my PC is working normaly. Just connection to AdobeService with the single AcrobatReader App closes my PC (protected by Norton). I installed the new Windows 10 and installed only the Office and AdobeCloud. The same result, PC is working without the Internet, connection to AdobeService freezes my moue and kebord after to, three minutes.I am not a begynner, I was AdobeCloud user in many years, it is the first time I "got a problem". Sincerely, Paul

...specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. The specs for these CC programs require "Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support," but I'm ignorant if my processor is or isn't in this category. Thanks!

I updated my iMac to Ventura, 13.0.1. And now my Creative Cloud tells me I need to update my Lightroom to V 6.0. But everytime I tried, it fails at around 6% with a message saying: The download appears corrupted. Please try to download again. (Error Code 116) I have tried it over several days hoping the corruption is an error on the server side but I'm still getting this error. Please help.

Is Photoshop Elements 23 compatible with latest MacBook Air M2 running Ventura 13.0?

Years ago when I left college in 2015, I bought up CS6 before the CC became a thing (not really a fan of it), but I needed Adobe Acrobat X recently on a new computer (just need it to edit some file stuff) and wanted to activate the Design and Web disc I have. However, it is asking me for a serial number and that serial number is tied behind the product code that is in the disc. I swore I had used the code before but alas cannot find it in my account. I have it for Lightroom, Premiere Design CS6, and even CS5.5 there but not this one. Adobe low-balled me by saying I have to pay money to get -maybe- an answer from somewhere else which I think is insane so I was curious if there was a way to fond the serial number via a product code. Cause if there is a product code then there has to be a serial number out there. I just want to use what I paid money for and all the other CS6 items still work too. Any info would be great, thanks!

Ce que je fais donc, encore et encore, en utilisant adobe account pour approuver la demande.Une fois la demandé approuvée, la fenêtre disparait puis une autre fenêtre s'ouvre en disant qu'ils n'ont pas pu vérifier l'abonnement... je dois donc quitter l'appli. Parfois, une fenêtre s'ouvre également et me dit que mon abonnement fait apparaitre 3 machines enregistrées alors que seules 2 sont acceptées : la 3è (delta) est l'identique de la 2è (lambda), à la différence que la deuxième (lambda) était sous windows 10 et que la nouvelle (delta) est sous 11...et il ne m'est pas possible d'accéder à une sorte de tableau de

I get the following dialog box in the Creative Cloud Desktop telling me I need to upgrade to Windows 11, but Windows 11 is installed on my laptop.Creative Cloud version 5.5.0.617System: Windows 11 Home EditionVersion 10.0.22000 Build 22000 

I have Windows 10 21H2. All my apps now say they are no longer compatible and that an update is required. They say I need to "Update your operation system to: Windows 10 (64-bit) - Version 1909 or above. Version 1909 came out in 2019. I have 21H2 which was released November 2021. Seems like the Creative Cloud App is not able to detect Windows 10 21H2, thinks it is an old version, and doesn't let me update or install anything. 

I just bought the Photoshop Elements and Premiere bundle... but I realize my laptop is pretty old and am considering getting a new one. Since I bought a digital file will I be able to log in to my account and download it again to the new laptop? Thank you.

Hello everyone! I'm a professional photographer and have been using Lightroom Classic since 2017. My wife has gotten into pro photography as well within the past year. We were recently gifted a consumer grade HP PC that runs Windows in S Mode. I don't usually use consumer grade computers and I've also been on the Mac OS since roughly 2017. As a result, I'm unfamiliar with this new S Mode concept on Windows. Am I able to install Lightroom Classic in S Mode or do I have to take the OS out of S Mode in order to accompplish this? Thank you for your help! -Justin

Hello,I would like to ask regarding the supported platforms for AEM Forms 6.5 on JEE. Our client would like to deploy the AEM Forms on Windows Server 2022 and use Windows Office 2021 for the PDF generator, but these versions are not stated on the page of the Supported platforms for AEM Forms 6.5.  Are you aware of any  incompatibility issues of the AEM Forms 6.5 with these newer versions or was it not simply tested yet with these newer versions?

I uninstalled the old copy of Photoelements 2 and tried to reinstall the program using the CD. The CD runs but no download occurs. Anybody with a solution?
