Download & Install

I currently have an annual all apps plan, although I mostly use Premiere Pro.  The plan is about to expire, and there's a price increase I feel is too high.  So I called Customer Care to see if they could renew my plan at the same price I've been paying, and was told maybe -- but the old plan would have to be cancelled first, then the new plan activated, and as a result, I'd lose all my Premiere Pro data. I'm not sure what "data" he was referring to as he couldn't clarify any further.  I have never consciously stored anything in Adobe's cloud.  I do, however, have copies of the PP project files, and my media files, on my hard drive. So if anyone can answer the following questions, I'd be most appreciative. 1) If a subscription is cancelled, then renewed minutes later, will I encounter any problems the next time I open Premiere Pro to work on a project I previously created? 2) Alternately, if I cancel my subscription and don't renew it right away

I have the same problem. I can log in to Adobe account and see the Dreamweaver CS6 purchase and the licence number. But there are no Download function. And the support is impossible to contact althought there is a very clear statement that you could contact them, there's even a headphone-symbol!!! Completely misleading information. The bigger company, the worse help.

Hello, I own an original CD of PS CS5 Extended. My laptop broke and I need to install it on PC, but it doesnt have CD-ROM. Where can I get a download file so that I can later use my product code and use it on PC?Thank you in advance, 

Good Evening, I've purchased Elements from the Adobe website. All installed and running the programe.To access the video editor it ask me to enter the serial number.This I have on my adobe account page,I've tried several times and it flashes "the serial number you have entered is invalid"! Im not sure what to do to. Any advise please?

I hate updating Adobe apps.  I have a policy to never, ever update an Adobe app unless an ogre at least 3x my size is glowering over me, brandishing firey pickaxes and spitting blood curdling oaths of terror unless I update. Then, I update. However outside of these occasional visits from ogres (had one from Tasmania the other day, quite a decent chap all in all) I obviously do everything in my power to stick with one version of an Adobe app, once I find a version that actually works.  To facilitate this, I have some preferences set in the CC app:  Never keep Creative Cloud up to date. Never auto update apps Imagine my surprise then, when today I find that I have several "2023" versions of Creative Cloud apps installed - Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects & Media Encoder.  I've been having some problems, and suddenly realised that these apps are opening in the 2023 version by default, although I never installed them.  The 2022

When I go to https://creative.adobe.com/plans I get a blank white page.Why? It works on my wife's computer but I can't use that for work software

I know it's old, but I'd like to reinstall Creative Suite CS6 on another computer. Two problems:(1) When I try to install, the installation program tells me that my serial number has been disabled. WHY? HOW?(2) I wanted to disable the old version, by my old computer has internet problems, so I can't. On the other hand, my Adobe account lists the software but no activated devices.Any ideas, especially re (1)?! Many thanks! 

There is no way to connect to the creative cloud or help servers tonight, is this normal???

I've got 2 updates for photoshop: version 23.5.3 and version 24.0.1I installed version 24.0.1 and skipped the previous version 23.5.3Every time I start the creative cloud, it starts to install the older photoshop version 23.5.3. while the newer one has been installed.What can I do to prevent this? How can I delete this older update? 

My Adobe Portfolio site isn't updating my edits to the navigation box, I am setting the font to change on the rollover and active use settings. Works fine in editor mode, doesn't update when I publish. I've been trying to call and chat with Adobe Support with no luck

As a teacher/internship supervisor I purchased a teacher account to save costs which we are very happy with. We wish to continue working with the program, however we do not have a large budget, so we are wondering what the best option is.

Hi so i just brought the photography plan through the adobe website. I downloaded creative cloud, but when i go to download photoshop is gives me a 502 error code. Saying Your Adobe serial number has expired or is invalidYour serial number has expired or was illegally distributed. Try genuine Adobe apps with a 7-day free trial. But I brought it through the adobe website.And also I never got a serial code. I've checkde in the products page but it just says to search for one. I've checked all my emails but it only says an order number.

HelloI looked through everything I could find this is driving me insane because nothing I have read has helped me so far. I have been trying to uninstall adobe creative cloud from an iMac and everytime I try it says "Couldn 't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications on your computer that require it." I have nothing from adobe creative cloud installed except camera raw I cannot figure out how to get rid of Camera Raw. I have no photoshop or anything from adobe that uses Camera Raw. I tried searching for Camera Raw in finder to uninstall that way or just drag and drop it in the trash but finder is not finding anything for "Adobe Camera Raw". I have included a screen shot of the alert I get when I try to delete Adobe creative cloud for desktop and a screenshot of the list of things adobe creative cloud says I have installed. The title says it all. I'm new to Apple computers. Since 1999 I've been building and overclocking PC's. Now I bought a Mac because of photography, Lightroom and Windows 11. I didn't know Creative Cloud was a crucial program for this Mac machine. I thought it was an unnecessary, watered down version of Adobe Creative Cloud. Then I read somewhere, after I partially deleted the program, that it is an essential part of Ventura. That's when I said, "Uh oh!" I contacted Apple support this morning and they suggested that I contact the developer to determine if the part of the program that is still on the machine is enough to function without a problem. I didn't backup the machine using TimeMachine because I didn't know about it. I saw it in settings and overlooked it. After the incident, I searched online for the description of the program. Hallo Community,   diese Woche wollte ich aufgrund einer Neuinstallation meine damals legal erworbene CS3 neu aktivieren, was aufgrund der abgeschalteten Aktivierungsserver nicht mehr geht.   Mir tut es die CS3 nach wie vor wunderbar, und es wäre schön wenn mir jemand einen Tipp hätte, wie ich die Version doch noch aktivieren kann.....es ist schließlich ein Produkt, welches ich mal teuer bezahlt habe   Merci und viele Grüße

When I open the Adobe creative cloud apps, it shows that I downloaded the camera raw cc app. I have no memory of this and when I go to the gear icon on the side to uninstall it, it just says "uninstall unavailable". I tried refreshing the computer and doing it again, but no luck.

I recently updated to Ventura on my Mac. Having terrible issues with photoshop today. Won't let me RESIZE any photos. Constantly crashing... has never behaved like this before.  Taking longer than usual to load.  I've done virus checks and system disk checks and can't seem to find any issues on my end. Any suggestions?
