Hallo zusammen,Ich habe bereits vor zwei Wochen ein neues Abo abgeschlossen.Der erste Beitrag wurde auch schon von meinem Konto eingezogen,allerdings kann ich keines der Programme benutzen. Zusätzlich ist auch sonst nirgendwo eine Mitgliedschaft bestätigt.Any ideas woran das liegen könnte?Oder weiß jemand bei weiler Adresse ich mich melden muss? Danke!

when I open any adobe software on my macbook pro the screen begins to freeze, then either multy coloured dots appear or a series of lines and patches of colour appear on my screen. the computer then makes a wooshing sound and restarts.i have tried many things to resolve this, no idea what to do. as it is now i simpley cannot use adobe software anymore. I had previously been using it fine with no problems, i cannot aford to lose access to it like this. any suggetions? thanks my macbook:16inch, 2019Processor,2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9graphics, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MBmemory,32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

I just purchased the Lightroom/Photoshop Photography Bundle (20 GB) but the apps are not showing up for me to download in Creative Cloud, and when I tried the download link from the email saying my plan was all set to use, it brings me to the Photoshop purchase page, although I already have started paying for the bundle plan. Is there a way to fix this?

  I had a PC failure; now Adobe won't find my serial numbers to reinstall them.

I get this message when I open Photoshop, how do i reinstall it? One or more files in the Adobe Application Support folder, necessary for running Photoshop, are missing.  Please run the Photoshop installer and re-install Photoshop.

Bonjour, j'ai téléchargé la suite adobe depuis trois jours et me suis faite un compte étudiante en envoyant, biensûr mon attestation. Mais lorsque j'ouvre adobe creative je tombe sur le message suivant : ''Vous n'avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications. Pour gérer les applications, une autorisation de votre administrateur informatique est peut-être requise.'' Je ne comprend pas ce qu'il faut faire car je ne peut tout simplement pas télécharger mon applications alors que le solde me sera débité d'ici 2 3 jours. Est ce que qqn aurait une réponse à cela? merci d'avance

Hi there, sadly everytime i restart my computer adobe cc thinks, that it's a new device. And aks me to deactivate one of two authorized devices. BUT one of these two IS the computer i am working on.Adobe CC doesn't understand, that's the same device. How can i repair this?Adobe CC and Windows 10 are updated fully. Please help. Almost every time I open either Premier Pro or After Effects, I get a Windows bluescreen. I've not seen a bluescreen in over 2 decades. My event viewer shows this error, and it's becoming constant. It keeps crashing, and even though I have saving every 5 minutes, I lose it all. I know the password is correct because I signed in on my web browser but when I use the app to open PS it says "you have been signed out, unable to authenticate blah blah blah"I know you probably have to reinstall it but when I try doing this it says I have to unistall my adobe programs first, and to do this I need to sign in!!!!
