Good afternoon.I'm having trouble logging into my account after installing CC.The data entry window opens, but there is no entry line.

I am getting an upgrade notice for Photoshop CS6 that results in a failed installation error U44lM1p7. After following recommended fixes, I tried the first then had to resort to the second to download manually from Adobe.  Hopefully, a more recent update solves my problem if the date formats match for programs and updates.  It would help if they were.I need to verify whether I have the correct download as follows:My version from Help in Photoshop CS6 is 13.0.1 (13.0.1.3 2013/10/24.r.34 2013/10/24:21:00:00)64 for my Windows 64 bit PC.  This Photoshop was included with Production Premium CS6.Since the zip file download I chose for solution 2 shows 11/7/2013 26.2 MB for my existing version, and the date format in Photoshop CS6 Help is inconsistent with the download, should I install the download assuming year/month/day format in Help is earlier than 11/7/2013 i.e. month/day/year?

Hello, every time i try to install Photoshop i get an error 176, even tho i am not installing the software on a network drive. My drivers are up to date, I can install any other software (Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects,..) without that issue, I can install Photoshop on my laptop but not on my desktop and I tried to install Photoshop on C: , 😧 and E: without success.I'm using latest version of Windows 11 btw but i did have the same problem with older versions.

i need adobe lightroom and photoshop for linux ubuntu . i try wine but not work . why adobe do not release linux ubuntu lightroom AND photoshop ??

I have stand alone non subscription Lr 6 on my old macbook OS BigSur 11.7. How can i install it on my new macbook OS Monterey? 

Hi everyone,  Currently setting up my new Surface laptop studio, running Windows 11 home 64 bit. After repeated attempts of installing creative cloud via the official link, every time after installation the app requests that it needs to be updated, but when attempting said update, I obtain the error code 304. I also cannot install any apps such as Fresco, Lightroom etc. I have tried the cleaner tool as well. Any advice? Thank you.

Hello all,I have the same problem. Please help me with good advice.I've changed SSD with operating system in PC Computer. So there is only Win 10 1803 (latest update) with MS Office 2010 and NOD32 Antivirus on the computer. If I try to install Adobe CC or Photoshop CC or Indesign CC or Bridge CC, every installation stuck at 5%.I tried with installation in Safe Mode with Networking and also before cleaned everything with Adobe Cleaner tool. Also tried in normal Windows mode with firewall and Antivirus software turned off. In every situation installation stuck at 5%.What should I do?Thank you in advance and kind regards, Vladimir

Why has Adobe sold me a product which does not work due to its new 'requirements' for an Intel dll on my AMD based system?"Intel® or AMD processor with 64-bit support; 2 GHz or faster processor with SSE 4.2 or later". My cpu is 64bit, runs Windows 10 with 6 cores @3.2ghz and is a good deal faster than a core i3 which is supported! What does SSE 4.2 do within Photoshop and is there a better workaround than downgrading to an earlier version of Photoshop?If I could get LR Classic and the 1Tb storage I'd be happy, but only the online version of LR is available in that plan. Any chance ideas please?

I have just ordered and registered PSE 2023 (update version). Everything seems ok untill I download the installer (the order is recorded in my account with the serial number, but not yet with an invoice). The download is nearly instant, I suppose it's the new 'lightweight installer. However, I always get a 'corrupt installer' message requiring to download again. I have tried several times, including with admin rights. Always the same message. The confirmation mail has a link to contact the support for Download & Install which results in a 404 error. Is there a standard installer instead of the 'lightweight' one?

Creative Cloud just updated all of my apps even though I had auto-update turned off. When I checked preferences it was turned back on.One reason I don't have auto-update is because I can't use the latest version of PS owning to the limited memory of my video card. I had to manually uninstall it.Is this Adobe policy to change auto-update settings?

I'm on a 2015 iMac running MacOS Monterey. For the past couple of months, every time I boot the iMac, I get a pop-up saying "Creative Cloud quit unexpectedly." I'm not sure if this is an Adobe issue or a MacOS issue. After dismissing the pop-up, all my Adobe apps seem to run fine. I contacted support and an Adobe tech remotely accessed my machine. He made some changes to the admin priviledges for Creative Cloud, but the problem persists.  Anyone have a similar problem?

Stattdessen werde ich auf die Seite Adobe Creative Suite-Archiv geleitet. Betriebssystem Windows 11 22H2, Browser Edge.

Hi, So currently I am subscribed to Adobe's photography plan. (Annual subscription, paid monthly)Let's say I upgrade my plan to Creative cloud all apps in the middle of my current plan, will the early termination fee (lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation) still apply before I am charge with the new plan?Thank you in advance for the answers.

hard drive crashed and I lost all of my Adobe downloads. When I try to download new apps it tells me I have to delete one but the one it wants me to replace is where I want to put the apps...the original location. What do I do?

I had an adobe account as a student and wanted to cancel once I was no longer a student. I tried to uninstall the apps, but I can't even do this without logging in. You should not need to log in to simply uninstall apps that you no longer want/need. When I open the creative cloud app to uninstall it says your apps are taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch creative cloud or restart computer and try again. No way to uninstall. Very frustrating

I'm running InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator as of yesterday I can't get them to work at all. They will open but it's just a blank grey screen and all the menu options are greyed out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to restart and hold down the keys to delete the preferences etc... Any help?? Thanks!

 I have reached out on the forums before about this issue and the solution resolved it for a little while however it came back, I decided to remove all associate adobe products and uninstall them, ofcourse I then do not recive these issues. After trying to install creative cloud again I found that the problem appears only with creative cloud.It appers to create a large number of adobe credentials and also this security issue.

I've tried everything, even reinstalling the OS mulitple times.Creative cloud simply will not install properly, saying the sync component did not install.This is so infuriating. It's a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro, and I've used the inunstaller to uninstall, then reinstall the creative cloud installer over and over. It's been 10 times now. Things I've tried:1. Changing permissions on running the installer2. Uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud (10 times)3. Restarting the comptuer between uninstall/reinstalls.4. Reinstalling the OS (three times, tried using Windows home too, but same results)5. Updating everything.6. Making a new user, setting thier permissions to administrator, and trying again. This has taken pretty much all day, and I'm tired and frustrated. Hello! I subscribed to Adobe yesterday. However i am encountering a lot of problems with the installation. At the moment, photoshop and illustrator won't open because of a "problem of connection" (code 102). However I do have an access to wifi and it works perfectly when I go on google. Any ideas of what could be in the way ?Losing a lot of time on my work ta the moment because of this.

Hi,the "message in blue" – new version of creative cloud is available – does not mean a new version / an update of "Creative Cloud Desktop", just that there are one or more updates for a programs, or? It's always irritating ...Thanks! mycc   ew versi

I have a project that is on Abode Illrustator and it is due by midnight. I sent the file by email to myself, and started a Free Trial. But after I started it, it said "Trial Ended". I don't know how this happened. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
