Download & Install

Something strange - all Adobe soft unexpectedly shows that message in any time. Who knows how to fix it? 

I am unable to update any of these apps. The other new releases updated, but not these. I get to 6% on photoshop and it fails everytime. The others don't even get that far. What's the fix?

Is anybody facing this error while trying to install Adobe creative cloud desktop manager? Been trying to install the application in my new latop (win 11) since Monday, but I'm getting the same error. 

Due to troubleshooting I was unable to sign in to creativecloud. An adobe member accessed my laptop remotely to fix the issue. Doing so however, the member deleted all my keychains, data and personal information - I am shocked, disappointed and have lost all my trust with adobe. This is completely unacceptable 

CC5: I have just bought a new laptop which has a dislay that is native at 3200x1800. InDesign and Adobe PDF are usable at that resolution. But the menus in Photoshop and any text is so small to be unreadable. Is there a way to enlarge the menus and other stull that is on the desktop. I have fiddled with the settings in windows (WIN10 needless to say, maybe it is that that is a problem), but I get nowhere.Brian Mennis

 Premiere Pro 2021 has been replaced by the updated 2023. How do i get 2021 back?  15.4.5I have uninstalled 2023, and walked through the retrieve "other / older" versions steps under CC.  Only PP 2022, and 2023 are available.  There are no older versions to retrieve under Creative Cloud.    Why did this switch happen (auto-updates?) and how do I retrieve 2021?    

Ever since the Creative Cloud app was introduced, its download performance has been disappointing.  It seems fair to compare this to the performance of Microsoft AutoUpdate.  Downloading with MSAU seems 4 to 10 times faster than with Creative Cloud.  Adobe, please put some attention to this problem! Craig MacKenna Photoshop user for many years

Hello,I would like to buy a monthly subscription to Indesign but my operating system ( Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6) will only take InDesign 2018 (version 14). I have seen on the adobe website that apparently this is possible by selecting more options on the app but when I try to do it there are no options available and it simply says 'Not Available'.Can anyone tell me if this is possible or if there is another way to do it? Or will I simply have to buy a newer MacBook?Thanks, 

I always keep 2 versions of Adobe Illustrator installed. The scripts I use daily for work don't always work since v26 so I keep the v25.4 loaded. I then keep an additional copy maintained at the most current release. I updated JUST the v26 version to v27 and this morning I no longer have the older version and it is also no longer listed as an available rollback. Buenos dias. tengo una pc con estas caracteristicas: intel corei7 9700k,32gb ram, Gtx 1660Tarjeta Grafica: super driver 517.40, m.2 pci Cuando uso aplicaciones  como lightroom y adobe premiere pro en este pc y otros 3 mas estan dandome pantallazo azul con el siguiente error: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL, ya realice actulización de drivers de tarjeta de grafica pero el problema continua. Alguien me podria drindar información sobre estos fallos. Nota: el fallo solo ocurre cuando estoy utilizando las aplicaciones de adobe. 

How can I install the latest version of InDesign that works on my Mac Mojave? I was able to find an installer for InDesign 14 which creative cloud (subscription) recognizes. If I try to update it will only offer InDesign 18 which is not compatible. 

Hey!After updating to latest everything all the apps disappeared from the dock, application folder and launchpad. Only way to launch them is from the CC application, which is something I do not want to do as I like to have some shortcuts in the dock and some in the lauchpad. Where are they??

Adobe had a subscription offer for previous owners of CS. After I bought the new subscription, it only let me download the trial versions of the apps I need (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign...). What should I do for downloading the apps?

So the Indesign 2023 version looks amazing but I updated too soon cen 2022 be reinstalled until 2023 is actually needed. Problem is I have critical plugins for INDD 2022 that are now gone in 2023.This is for Windows 10.

Hi all, With the updated 2023 apps coming available I've noticed that in the Creative Cloud app I can choose the Default Install Language, specifically English (North America) and English (International).I haven't noticed this previously; I am based in Australia and I would always change settings that relate to language (eg. spelling: English US to English UK) so I guess for the past 20+ years I've used English (North America) even though I' not based there... but logically should be using English (International)?I can't seem to find any clear information on the differences of English (North America) vs English (International), so before I commit to making this change (uninstalling then reinstalling with English (International), I would like to find out: 1. If I should do this as I am not based in North America?2. What the differences are?Any advice much appreciated.

Le seul accès que j'ai est à Créative Cloud (chose dont je n'ai pas besoin). So I would like to know if is posible to change the location of the installation to a External Disc from the window that I add in the picture 1.  Or what is the best way to save space on my hard drive with Adobe? so after a recent cc update on my laptop, i have lost an older version of indesign 2021 v16.4.3. adobe can only provide a direct link to base version 16.0. however, on my desktop, i have not yet updated cc apps so there is a version of indesign 2021 v16.4.3 installed on that device. is it possible to transfer/copy/migrate that indd 2021 16.4.3 version from one mac to another? still same account/login/licence? thanks

윈도우 10 프로AMD 라이젠 쓰레드리퍼 3960X 24-코어 프로세서 3.80 GHzRAM 128GB 64비트 운영체제, x64 기반 프로세서삼성 EVO SSD 512GB 집에서 작업한 프로젝트를 회사에서 열려니 상위 버전에서 작업한 거라며 안 열리길래 22.6.0인 현재 버전의 업데이트를 하려니 호환되지 않음이라고 뜨네요. 살펴보니 클라우드나 다른 프로그램들도 마찬가지입니다.집에 있는 오래된 컴퓨터도 23.0으로 업데이트가 되는데, 회사의 더 사양 좋은 PC에서 왜 23.0이 호환되지 않는지 궁금합니다.

since recent update i have lost old 2021 version 16.4.3. i need this version for work with one client as other clients will be fine on latest/newer versions of indd.adobe can only offer 2021 base version16.0.does anyone have a direct download link to indd 2021 v16.4.3?thanks
