Download & Install

I have a perpetual license for this software on my old laptop but can't transfer it to my new laptop and don't want to rent an annual license from Adobe. Can anybody help me with a link to the downloadable version.  I have the serial number key.  Thanks. 

this laptop is older and not compatible with any of the adobe apps im paying for. i used it on my dell with no issues. but with a mac i have to buy a whole brand new 2022 mac just to use it. kinda sucks. i cant find any help online.

I cannot follow the 'contact us' option, as it loops around to chat/calls and I cannot deal with liaising with anymore 'customer service' employees. 18 years in IT and I have never, ever, dealt with such utterly abominable customer service.Whether it be chat or on the phone, they are unclear, slow and extremely rude – I’ve had one employee even laugh at me, as they didn’t understanding what I was asking for. I have an old imac and it still has High Sierra.  I got on my computer today to edit some photos and PS and LR won't open anymore.  It takes me to an Adobe login window, and when I sign in, it says I have a 7 day trial.  I have been paying for this service for years and everything in my account looks good, except that when I go to see what programs are included in my subscription, it says that the PS install isn't compatible with my device.  It sounds like maybe it doesn't like that I still have Sierra?  Do I need to upgrade to Monteray?  What should I try without messing with my computer too much?  

It is most likley not a billing issue because the other sofware in the plan (such as Media Encoder) are accessable. Only Premiere pro is not available.

I'm done struggling to run CC on my 2017 iMac and am considering purchasing a MacBook Pro M2. Will InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro run smoothly on this one? Looking for advice before I drop a bunch on $$$$ on something that won't speed up my productivity.

Any ideas of a workaround to speed the process. Currently I have to open each page individually and add two generic buttons at the bottom of the page and repeat the styling steps each time. Could I embed code? Not a programmer but I should be able to copy and paste to make something work. I've added buttons to the first few pages manually.

When I try to download a trial of Photoshop via Creative Cloud I continuously get an error message of no Internet connection (This is not the case). Can anybody help

Hi all, I uninstalled a more recent Adobe Photoshop as someone put it on there without me asking them to.  I uninstalled it and wanted to go back to using my Adobe Photoshop CS6 as it has all I need for my work. When I put the disc in the superdrive it just keeps spinning and the Mac don't pick it up.  I've cleaned the disc socket and the disc but no change. I signed into my Adobe Photoshop account and tried downloading it from there as the serial number is still registered.  I pressed the 'download' icon but it just takes me to a page saying I should get Adobe support supervision or something.  I tried that link but nothing comes up.  I don't understand why my disc isn't being recognised when it worked fine before when I was first bought it.  Any advise I'd appreciate it, I'm a bit archaic when it comes to my Mac which is running High Sierra, but I know the CS6 works fine with this one.  So I'm a creature of habit.

Hi,  I am trying to install in my new laptop, MacBook Pro OS Monterey operating system, my CS5 Master Collection, but from some years ago mac is not running with app's with 32-bits, https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208436, so I can't install it. Can I run my Adobe CS6 applications in macOS (12) Monterey?

I looked through all the forums and everyone just says to fix the settings in the Adobe Cloud AppApps Install Location: D DriveFiles Install Location: D Drive. My D drive is just a split internal hard drive on my laptop.  When I install it goes right to my C drive for apps and files. How do i force it to install on my D drive?

I have installed Creative Cloud and it will not open or let me uninstall it. I had installed it previously along with a trial version of PS but had to do a system restore. After that I went and deleted the folder that was there and did the reinstall and it will not let me do anything with it! Please help!!

My studies will have such packages, but it's only in a week. The question is what trial version should I install for such a plan?

I find it kind a hard to get a good and detailed answer on this question. In Adobes Legal Terms: Legal Terms of Use | Adobe - They write: "3.7 Selling Your Content. I am tring to install my copy of CS6 Design and Web Premium on a new Windows 11 laptop I installed it fine on my Windows 10 laptop in the past but on 11 I am getting an error of for your security access to your account was temporarily denied. I have an educational licence. I can sign into the website just fine only the program is throwing the error.
