If one adobe creative cloud license is allocated to me -On how many machines I can install the creative cloud suite and use apps simultaneously?

I have a question regarding the difference between the personal plan and the company plan and which would be appropriate in my situation.I will be starting a small company where I will be the only person who will be using Creative Cloud. To be able to buy it as a company, do I have to buy the company plan (it seems geared towards more users?) or can I use the personal plan?I notice that the company plan is more expensive, even with just one user. What does it offer on top of the personal plan?

I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. Recently I had to clean the storage and I might have delete some Adobe folders that now are affecting the reinstallation of its programs.What happens is that I run the dmg, the installation ends and I don't get the app, it's so weird. If anyone has the solution I would be so grateful

I just bought Premier Elements but not able download it because the email used in my account is incorrect, it has one letter missing. I can't change it because the system wants me to log in using the incorrect email. Tried for 2 hours to make contact with Adobe help but this has proved impossible. Any suggestions?

I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro with macOS Monterey. Recently, I had to clean up the storage and since I was no longer using Adobe programs I deleted all the folders I found under their name. Now I want to reinstall and I'm worried that some of those folders were crucial to the installation.My problem is that the installer runs perfectly, but when the installation bar reaches 100%, the installer closes and the app does not appear anywhere.

When I try to upload a profile photo to accompany my Adobe ID it says "There was an error updating your profile photo. Please try again." The photo I am trying to upload is 200 x 200 pixels, 16.5 KB, JPEG format. I have the full Creative Cloud suite.

My creative cloud has been stuck on a self update at 42% "Creative Cloud Update". This is blocking me from accessing my new font downloads as well as other features such as signing out.  I have tried force quitting the application on my desktop as well as stopping all automatic updates. How can I fix this?

Hi,when I try to install illustrator it gives me the logon screen, I enter my logon details and then it goes to a white screen and does not change from that. I have tried running as administrator and also tried running the installer in compatibility mode (checking and applying Windows 7). The computer specs are as follows,Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit8GB rami5 3317u500gb Hard driveAny help would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks

Installation Failing when downloading hte PhotoShop with adobe cloud on Windows 10. the Creative Cloud Desktop shows download status when near completion then message appear. that its failed. In October I paid for an 'Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription Student for 1 year' and got an activation key to use it. Recently I had some trouble with my hard drive and had to reinstall everything on my laptop. When trying to reinstall Creative Cloud on https://creative.adobe.com/educard/wah it told me that I had already used my code, which I did in October before my hard drive broke down. So I thought I could just download Creative Cloud and everything would be okay, but I got the message that I could only use the trials, because no subscription was found. I then looked on accounts.adobe.com and saw that on there it also said that I only have a Free Creative Cloud Subscription. I only have 1 account, so I am definitely using the right one.What can I do to use my actual subscription again instead of just the trials?

Don't know what happened, creative cloud app just can't connect to server since 2 days ago. I have never set any firewall and it is turned off. Quitting and relaunch doesn't solve the problem. Please help. I

When I login to the adobe creative cloud site it shows that I have no licnese for any software. However I have received an email that states that I have recieved an All Apps access. I cannot contact Adobe support since I do not have a active subscription it seems so I do not know how to ask the support why my bussiness account is not activated.  It seems to be an issue with my account that causes the paid business subscription to not get activated.  

I bought a seagate external HD (backup plus 2TB), and it's supposed to come with some sort of offer for a free photography package.  Beyond that information on the product, there's no instruction whatsoever on how to actually redeem that offer.  Anybody know how I do it?  To further complicate it, I already have the CC photography plan that is offered, so can I still get this offer?Thanks,Elana

Hi! I was subscribed to the "Photography plan (20GB)" with 34 months left (not a typo). Last night I tried to increase cloud storage, so I went to "Manage plan" and selected "Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB". This inadvertedly cancelled my "Photography plan (20GB)" and the 34 months that I had left. I tried to revert back to "Photography plan (20GB)" and it created a new order, instead of restarting the old plan. I contacted Customer Support 3 times now (once via chat and 2 times via 1-800-585-0774) and Customer Support insisted that once a plan/order is cancelled, there isn't any way to reactivate it. I asked for exemption since I had 34 months left on the plan, and was told no. I asked to speak with a manager, and was hung up on. What can I do at this point? Searching through this forum, I have seen a few examples of people getting it done (here and here) so I know it's possible. How can I get in touch with someone who can help?

I have a problem. I have the disk for adobe premiere elements 2020, but my computer doesn't have a slot for the disk. Is there a way I could install this version online using the serial code or something? all I could find online was the installer for premiere 2023.  would that work to install the 2020 version?

I have changed my subsciption to another computer, so I am trying to clean the files from my old pc.  I had to use the removal tool to delete the programs from the PC.  I still have the lightroom icon on my desktop and it will not delete..  I do have several Adobe programs listed when I hit the windows icon. The program is not listed on my program list of prpgrams in settings.  How can I clean up the icons?
