When running a sole proprietorship, I can use the individual version commercially, or do I have to have the business version?

Ich möchte die Creative Cloud aus dem Büro auch im Homeoffice nutzen.Im Büro steht ein Windows 10 Rechner mit allen Apps zur Verfügung.Im Homeoffice habe ich nur einen Imac mit High Sierra.In meinem Abo steht bei fast allen Programmen inkompatibel und ich kann auch keine Vorgängerversionen auswählen. Gibt es trotzdem eine Möglichkeit PS, ID und AI auf meinem Homeofficerechner zu installieren?

Hallo, nach einer Neuinstallation nach Rechnerdefekt ist mein FrameMaker natürlich weg. Ich finde keine Download-Möglichkeit für die Originalsoftware von FrameMaker 10.0.

Hi. When I go on the website I have the option to download apps on  my account but when I go on the app it says "You do not have access to manage apps" and "Permission from your IT administrator may be required to enable apps managment"  I bought a student plan on a personal email. I have contacted the university and they do not class as an IT administrator. I logged in on someone elses computer and I had access to my apps on that computer.  I have tried looking for the file to delete which the support centre suggests but that has not worked.  Does anyone know how to help? I feel it might be a problem with my laptop (Macbook) more than Adobe, but I'm not sure.Thank you. 

Hola!I want to install old versions from Adobe products via the desktop app of Creative Cloud. I watched this tutorial (https://helpx.adobe.com/es/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html), is in spanish (I'm a graphic arts student from Spain) but I don't see "see old versions" (ver versiones anteriores) link. Someone can help me please with the trouble please? Maybe with the present version isn't possible.Regards.

A while ago I "uninstalled" adobe CC apps from my computer in an incorrect manner. I'm not sure why I wasn't able to do it the correct way, but I desperately needed the space on my hard drive and just ended up deleting the source files. I'm attempting to redownload the same CC apps now but keep running into a 206 error and nothing I follow fixes it. I'm thinking it could be because of my failed uninstallations. Any tips to help would be appreciated.

This worked great for me too! I have had to do it 4 times now though. It seems to happen every couple weeks. Has this happened to anyone else?

I paid for my upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2023 and haven't been able to download it. I hav the order number.

I have a question regarding the difference between the personal plan and the company plan and which would be appropriate in my situation.I will be starting a small company where I will be the only person who will be using Creative Cloud. To be able to buy it as a company, do I have to buy the company plan (it seems geared towards more users?) or can I use the personal plan?I notice that the company plan is more expensive, even with just one user. What does it offer on top of the personal plan?

I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. Recently I had to clean the storage and I might have delete some Adobe folders that now are affecting the reinstallation of its programs.What happens is that I run the dmg, the installation ends and I don't get the app, it's so weird. If anyone has the solution I would be so grateful

I just bought Premier Elements but not able download it because the email used in my account is incorrect, it has one letter missing. I can't change it because the system wants me to log in using the incorrect email. Tried for 2 hours to make contact with Adobe help but this has proved impossible. Any suggestions?

I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro with macOS Monterey. Recently, I had to clean up the storage and since I was no longer using Adobe programs I deleted all the folders I found under their name. Now I want to reinstall and I'm worried that some of those folders were crucial to the installation.My problem is that the installer runs perfectly, but when the installation bar reaches 100%, the installer closes and the app does not appear anywhere.

When I try to upload a profile photo to accompany my Adobe ID it says "There was an error updating your profile photo. Please try again." The photo I am trying to upload is 200 x 200 pixels, 16.5 KB, JPEG format. I have the full Creative Cloud suite.

My creative cloud has been stuck on a self update at 42% "Creative Cloud Update". This is blocking me from accessing my new font downloads as well as other features such as signing out.  I have tried force quitting the application on my desktop as well as stopping all automatic updates. How can I fix this?

Hi,when I try to install illustrator it gives me the logon screen, I enter my logon details and then it goes to a white screen and does not change from that. I have tried running as administrator and also tried running the installer in compatibility mode (checking and applying Windows 7). The computer specs are as follows,Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit8GB rami5 3317u500gb Hard driveAny help would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks

In October I paid for an 'Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription Student for 1 year' and got an activation key to use it. Recently I had some trouble with my hard drive and had to reinstall everything on my laptop. When trying to reinstall Creative Cloud on https://creative.adobe.com/educard/wah it told me that I had already used my code, which I did in October before my hard drive broke down. So I thought I could just download Creative Cloud and everything would be okay, but I got the message that I could only use the trials, because no subscription was found. I then looked on accounts.adobe.com and saw that on there it also said that I only have a Free Creative Cloud Subscription. I only have 1 account, so I am definitely using the right one.What can I do to use my actual subscription again instead of just the trials?
