Hallo,wenn ich mich in der Creative Cloud App anmelden möchte, dann erhalte ich, sofern ich "weiter mit Adobe ID" auswähle folgende Fehlermeldung: Fehler bei der Authentifizierung. Die SSL-Zertifizierungsstelle ist nicht vertrauenswürdig. Gleiche Fehlermeldung kommt, wenn ich versuche mich in der Lightroom App anzumelden. In der Photoshop Express App bin ich ohne Probleme angemeldet. Weiß jemand wie ich das Problem beheben kann bzw. woran es liegen könnte? Danke und schöne Grüße

I have purchased a new computer and I can no longer download Lightroom 6 (standalone, not Creative Cloud) from my account settings. It is still listed with serial number, etc., but the download link is gone. I have browsed this forum but all recommandations no longer apply. I am not trying to buy a new license, but I'd simply like to be able to open and export my existing (edited) photos. I could not find a way to contact support via chat.

Hi,I moved from the UK to the Falkland Islands and I want to change my PayPal account so I can pay for the sub renewal next month.When I try to change my PayPal account I receive the message "Your Paypal billing country or region does not match the country or region we have on file."The help page says I need to contact Adobe to change my region, which I keep attempting to do.The lady I spoke to on the phone said she had changed my details but I still receive the message, and everytime I phone again or use the online chat the conversation is terminated once they look up my details. I have phoned several times and am often put on hold for a long time (sometimes over an hour) while they look into my issue, then the call is ended. (Please don't think this is a moan, just pointing out I cannot get any help this way).I think my problem lies in that the Falkland Islands does not fall under any of the Adobe recognised regions, even though I was assured that I could amend my details when I star

Hello dear fellow users,though everybody is saying that you can use Adobe programs offline (Indesign for example) and only need to check in once a month it does not work for me. The programs and files are stored locally. Still, when I my internet failed nothing worked for me.Has Adobe changed it's policy?Thanks for your feedback and best regards,Sigi

Hello, I have repaired my imac and now when I open AI CS6 I am asked to activate it. I try through the window that appears but it does not work. I bought my license in 2013 and they answer me on the chat that they can't help me.

I pay for a monthly subscription to use the Creative Cloud App. I have always only used a single account attached to my main email address. The payment to adobe shows up in my bank statements but the app and even my adobe account itself is claiming I do not own a license and must pay for a subscription... which I'm already paying for. Please do not direct me to the troubleshooting page, I have already tried every single suggestion there is. I have reinstalled, I have updated, I have logged in and out, reset the host files... everything. According to my account I am on a 'free subscription', despite the fact that money is being charged to my account monthly. The CC app is claiming my "trial has expired" and that I don't have a subscription... but I am literally paying for a subscription and can verify as such with my bank statements. What am I supposed to do???

My InDesign CC 2019 Control panel is empty and I read that I should upgrade from 14.0 to 14.0.1. I cannot do that; Creative Cloud app page is "not available" and hasn't been all day. That's one problem, but I cannot assume I can use CC if/when it does work, as I could not use it to upgrade from 2015 to '19 a couple weeks ago; older versions no longer are available.  Trying to be mellow and diplomatic here but am really perturbed. Please help -- mostly with the answer to the upgrade question/issue. Thanks.

HiI was going to sign up to the Adobe Affiliate Program (http://login.tradedoubler.com/public/aSignup.action?pvnId=1993633&country=US - linked from Adobe Affiliate Programme​ ) but the sign up page isn't secured with an SSL certificate (so it's not HTTPS).  Given the amount of personal information that you need to submit, including your name, email address, username and password, this seems very poor security.  Especially for a company like Adobe.While I appreciate the affiliate program is run by a 3rd party company, they are running it for Adobe, and so our data should be treated with the same care and attention as if it was being held by Adobe.  I reached out to the contact address for the affiliate program and while they acknowledge the form isn't secure, they don't know when they will make the site secure.I think Adobe need to make sure their partner organisations are on top of this because it reflects badly on them.

I have 3 Adobe product subscriptions and have received 2 separate emails for 2 of them asking me to update my credit card expiration date. Knowing my card is not due to expire for another 2 years I logged in to my account to check. Low and behold the stored card info shows a totally different expiration date that is indeed about to expire. To me this looks like a scam so I have not updated anything. I have been in touch with Adobe to ask how my card details can be incorrect when I have 3 transactions per month being processed by Adobe on that card. I feel it's a reasonable question to ask? So far Adobe has sent about 5 replies - mostly nonsensical, written in poor English and not answering my question at all. Basically they just keep telling me, in roundabout ways, that they can't change the details in my account and only I can ... Thoughts? The email address looks legit I'm just thrown by Adobe's inability to give a straight answer - not to mention the poor English. Is this a scam?&nb

Hey y'all,I was wondering if anyone can help me out with this problem. The Creative Cloud App keeps saying "You've been signed out", and every time I click "sign in", it reloads to the same message. I used to be logged in with my school e-mail, but I recently finished the program so that would mean my school account is disabled/deleted.  I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, but it continues to do the same thing. I don't know what to do. I have changed my password and did the Adobe Account Access verification. I am so frustrated lol.

I need a deifinite yes or no answer. I am working on a web banner for my company. Anyway I needed to update my Photoshop app so I can make the animation for the banner. Well no matter what I do I can't update Photoshop because I don't have enough space on my hard drive on my laptop. I can not free up anymore space on my laptop hard drive. I have deleted all pictures, documents, and apps that arent needed.  The only apps I have been using from CC is Illustrator and Photoshop. So am I actually able to install these apps onto an external hard drive or am I completely SOL on the matter. 

I bought my copy of CS6 8 years ago and didn't wright down the serial number after using the redemption code. I never had an email attached to the download. The computer the software was on fried and data couldn't be recovered. I want to put it on my new computer but can't without the serial number. If I type in the redemption code it just gives me the message that it's being used on an account [Oops! This code has already been redeemed using a different Adobe ID.]. How can I get my serial number or am I out of luck?

So i had Photoshop CC, Illustrator and Rush all installed on my laptop. I unsinstalled them all 30 minutes ago attempting to install the on an external hard drive. That didnt work! So i decided to reinstall Photoshop on my Laptop (lenovo Ideapad S340). Now its saying not enough space after i literally just had it on my laptop. Ive tried changing the location on my laptop and nothing works. This makes no sense, I have 8GB of space available. Any suggestions?

Or when it did not access adobe server, how to can activate it?Thanks a lot.

I just got a new computer at work, and when I try to install TCS 2019, it seems to call upon Internet Explorer.  My org does not allow installation of IE for security reasons.  How can I install TCS 2019? ...and yes, my system is a workstation class Winx64 that far exceeds the system requirements.  Thanks!

I purchased Adobe Lightroom 5.7 the Standalone version a couple years ago and installed it on my MacBook Pro.  I now own an iMac computer and want to install the program on my new iMac.  I cannot find my installation disk but I have the serial number.  How do I proceed to install it without the disk?

I want to buy a CC subscription but in the countries drop-down I only see South American countries.When I first created an Adobe ID I was in South America, I moved to Denmark some time ago, but I can't find a way to change the country.Tried to create a new Adobe ID using the same mail (which I cant to keep) but I can't reuse it apparently.Any help is appreciated.Edit.: forgot to add, I did see the "choose your region" option bottom left, but even after changing it to a different one nothing changes, I can see the link still looks like this: "https://www.adobe.com/la/..." being "la" for Latin America.
