Hi, I need help deactivationg Adobe Photoshop Elements 14, the problem I have now the software is already uninstalled from the device (was an old Windos 7 Laptop), I now have it installed on a Win 10, but it tells me the license was used on max devices. can anyone help please. Much appreciated,Cristian

Da mein iMac schon etwas älter ist, funktionieren die meisten Programme nicht in der neusten Version.Ich habe schon versucht, ältere Versionen zu installieren. Leider werden mir hier nur Versionen von 2021 bis 2022 angezeigt. Ich brauche jedoch Versionen aus 2020 oder älter. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit auf ältere Versionen zuzugreifen? Liebe GrüßeNiklas

Hi, I am trying to renew my annual license which will be expired soon, there is a 'missing payment' in my plan, but when I tried to add payment method, it always says something went wrong and suggested to try with another web browser(I did try several different browsers but none worked). Immer wieder funktioniert die Creative Cloud App auf meinen 27" I-Mac 2015 nicht. Ich kann die App weder starten noch deinstallieren oder neue installieren. Es passiert einfach nichts.Bislang habe ich es wieder beheben können, indem ich ein Softwareupdate des I-MAC durchführte. Aber dies ist jetzt nicht möglich. Die Creative Cloud App kann nicht geöffnet werden. Reparieren funktioniert auch nicht. Sie reagiert überhaupt nicht. Creative Cloud V 5.8.0.59227" I-Mac 2015 V 11.6.8

In short: I have a copy of Photoshop and Premiere Elements 11 (which came with my Nikon camera purchased several years ago) that I installed on my old computer. I never got to grips with it though so never used it. I've just switched to a new computer which doesn't have a CD Rom and as Elements 11 is discontinued to download, I went out and bought an external CD Rom to do so. Premiere installed OK, but Photoshop won't even give me an option to install, it just shows me files on the CD. I want to attend the Adobe Max conference next week and need Photoshop on my computer. Adobe are unable / unwilling to assist, told me to ask the community! I have registered both products but as they weren't purchased from Adobe they don't appear in my orders. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi there! I'm trying to update my CC Desktop app after a few months of not using this device, but I can't seem to update my app. I keep getting error 201 and even trying to reinstall the app gives me the same error. I have a stable wifi connection so I'm unsure what's causing my issue.

I can't find and install Adobe After Effects cs6 version. I have version 2022 installed, still need cs6 or 2014. how do i achieve this?

It's impossible to reach anyone at Adobe. Can someone here direct me or does someone feo Adobe visit this forum? Thanks! 

Hi, My mac version 10.11 and it is saying, "After effects is downloading" but when I click my downloads tab nothing is there. No download in process, nothing. What may be the problem?

Seriously Adobe? What year is this, when you're displaying an error number to the end user? And the dialogs that display this show "error 301" as some kind of link, but it does nothing when clicked on. This is under Mac OS, so some of the other topics that mention Visual C++ redistributables obviously don't apply here.

Hi - I cannot open pdfs either online or offline. I am on a Mac and get message "Can't verify subscription status" - have looked at several suggestions online but can't get it to work 

I can't log in to my creative cloud account on my Mac. Whenever I click on sign in I just get a spinning wheel and then the message, can't connect to server.I am able to sign in to my account on my iPad (where I'm writing this) I have been searching and trying solutions for a few hours now with no luck. I just want to be able to sign in Thanks in advance for any help

The laptop I purchased on the 3/3/2021 and its operating system is Windows 10.I went into the Beta up coming part of Photoshop and Illustrator and I was shocked to see that the new Illustrator that will be launched soon is not compatible with my machine.Does this mean in theory that I must purchase a new computer every year to keep using Adobe? I now realise that if I quit Adobe at its best I'll have to give up Adobe Portfolio and all the Adobe fonts? And much liked Adobe Express?Please give me some advice.Thank You,A.

I bought a new computer and I need to download Lightroom onto this computer.  I dont have the CD so how do I re-activate my one-time purchase (NOT a subscription) onto this computer?   Changed to show that a one time purchase is not a subscription... Moderator

Can I get Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After effects only for supscription?

I own CS5.5 and have purchased a new computer. I have previously deactivated it on my old computers, but the activator still says that it is activated on 2 computers.  Can anyone please help me?

So I 've had Creative Cloud (all programs) for about 2+ years and it has worked 100%. Now I can't launch any of the programs except for Photoshop on my PC, however I can do it and it works on my Macbook Pro. I prefer to edit videos on my PC so I would like to get some help on how to solve this. When I click on, lets say, Premier Pro nothing happens, not even loading. I have not installed anything new on my PC or made any changes prior to this started happening. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi! I go to a school that uses Adobe stuff on our laptop for our classes, I got a new PC at home and wanted to sit down and do some school work in Photoshop. When I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud It said I should buy all of the stuff again or I can test them. Our school pays for our Adobe products. For some reason on my Laptop I can see them completely fine but on this PC It tells me to buy it again. I have just tried the logging out and then back in again to see If that works. Which It did not. My friend has Adobe stuff on his PC which is connected to the school gmail that we use while mine doesn't. 

This used to be a great program, now it s*cks.

Adobe has release the cs 5.5 trial in this early May 2011. Unfortunately, I was unable to download the trial now because my laptop is currently under repair.My question is, how long does the trial is available for download?  Will Adobe cancel the trial version?
