Download & Install

I'm rebuilding my MacBook Pro 17" mid 2009 , running El Capitan , the highest OS supported since the original internal hard drive died and I have now put in a SSD . I previously had Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC installed , both still working on my MacPro and same versions , but Adobe no longer support these versions . I'm a retired photographer , have been an Adobe customer since early 1980s and have spent a lot of money with them , but can no longer justify more than the £10/month subscription . I have downloaded , from 3rd party sites Photoshop CC 2017 and LR6/cc but these are as trial versions , even though I have signed in to my Adobe account and it is recognised . How can I reactivate these pieces of software , which were previously working and I am still paying for ? Upgrading my laptop is not a justifiable option since my photography is now just a hobby .

Bonjour la communauté,  Sans réponse du customercare, sans aide réelle d'adobe jusque-là, un membre du Helpdesk me demande de publier ici.J'ai donc acheté dernièrement un nouveau pc.J'ai un adobe photoshop lightroom 5 tout ce qu'il y a de plus officiel avec numéro de série, acheté en 2014.Il a été enregistré le 09/04/14 sur mon compte et y est toujours bien visible.Quand je vais sur mon compte, il apparaît que cette version n'est plus téléchargeable. Impossible pour moi d'avoir un conseillé en ligne vu que ma version enregistrée n'est pas considérée comme une version payante (pourtant à l'époque je ne l'ai pas volé). Pourriez-vous m'aider et m'indiquer ce que je dois faire (en espérant que la réponse ne soit pas : absolument acheter un nouveau produit)? Par avance merci pour votre retour,  Belle journée, Cedric

I have disconnected my account from the old one, I have downloaded Photoshop on the new one, and I was typing the serial number on the new one. But I get the message "the serial number is invalid" thanks for help

I purchased Lr6 some years ago and use it on my PC, be very happy with it, but need to change the PC now.I installed it already but get the message while startup, that Lr is already activated on another PC.In my Adobe account I couldn't see any device or product. So I couldn't deactivated it for the old registered PC.What could I do ?I had a private chat with a support team member and she forwards me to the community here (the intention was, that maybe someone from Adobe Genuine team could help)Thanks in advance !!!

I recently updated to windows 10 so I could get the latest updates for Premiere Pro, Animate, After Effects and Media Encoder. I tried unistall them and redownload them but now I can download any of them at all. It seems like all of the Adobe product crash a lot and I keep losing my progress. It happens on every Adobe program, not just one. It also happens more than any other design program I use. Why is this?

I recently upgraded my Macbook Pro to a larger hard drive and migrated my installed apps there. Hello, I downloaded Creative Cloud but when I launch the .exe I can't type anything nor hit "continue" hence the "stop" sign mouse. I literally can't type anything. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you!

I have Acrobat Pro 2020 (single license) installed on a computer.Yesterday I got some kind of virus and plan to do a complete system recovery, and also change the hard drive.Is it possible to deactivate my license on the computer so that I can install Acrobat Pro 2020 on the computer once again with same serial number, or do I have to buy a new license?Thanks!

When Photoshop was opened on the new computer, it said I had to purchase the product, or get a free 30 day trial. I clicked the 30 day trial, but I purchased my Photoshop some years ago and have been using it successfully. How do I show Adobe that I purchased Photoshop already and have just moved it to a new computer? Thanks.

Can anyone in simple terms tell me what this error implies? A few days ago I couldn't download photos from my iPhone to my desktop PC. Usually MS Photos pops up to do this. So I tried Bridge 2021 but no luck there either. I updated Bridge to the latest version, no problems, but still wouldn't talk to or see my phone. I noticed Creative Cloud was asking to update so I started that and it almost completed but failed right at the end reporting 191 error code. All of these programs were noting an error 0x80073CF3 so the issue is common. I  tried downloading Photshop Express as a test but nothing happened there wither. I've tried dozens of fixes via CMD line, Powershell, Registry changes, deleting and reinstalling Creative Cloud and MS Store all to no avail. This is really tying up my time in fruitless effort. Has anyone got a solid fix on what is happening and what to do, I've lokked at and tried every Adobe fix I could find. Surely someone out there knows about this as all Adobe can

I recently purchase a second hand licence for an Adobe Master Collection CS6 upgrade for my existing Adobe Master Collection CS5 licence. This seems to have worked well. However, when I go to my Adobe account and try to register the new licence I get a message: "This serial number is already in use." Is there any way I can resolve this?

Hola, quise suscribirme a la versión de pago mensual de Photoshop pero me encontré con la sorpresa de que necesito Windows 10. Mi PC no pasó el examen de hardware para instalar Win 10 así que continúo con Win 7. Por ahora no planeo comprar un PC nuevo así que necesito una versión de Photoshop para Win 7, y por supuesto contar con la opción de pago mensual ya que adquirir la licencia no es opción para mí debido al alto costo. Seguramente existen miles de usuarios alrededor del mundo en la misma situación que la mía. Me resisto a pensar que Adobe cierre las puertas a usuarios con versiones anteriores de Windows. Como yo lo veo, se trata que Photoshop sea accesible para TODOS, no solamente para un grupo exclusivo de usuarios con las versiones más recientes de Windows. ¿Existe alguna posibilidad de contar con la opción de pago mensual de Photoshop para Windows 7?

Hello! so I am trying to install Photoshop on my Windows 10 Surface Pro 7 Laptop because I need it for my college class that I'm taking this semster but Abode Creative Cloud keeps giving me this error whenever I try to install it(see pictture below) which is really annoying and my Local Disk said it was low on storage so I got rid of a bunch of apps and files that I didn't need and I even cleaned it up but it still won't let me install photoshop for some reason so if someone could please help me out with this ASAP that would be great!

When I open my personal account (I do work on a server at work) It trys to install indesign (I already have it) a then it tell me I'm not connected to the enterprise service. I shouldn't be. It's a personal account. Help please. I've tried everything.

I thought on CS4 installer had the installation media in it so when the adobe page said to uninstall, I did that and the installer disappeared.So am I totally out of luck? How did I get here? I updated the OS to El Capitan then had troubles of it shutting down overheating. Took it to an authorized Apple fix it place. They put on a new hard drive and they put my info back on with my Time Machine. Then Adobe products wouldn't work. Go through the steps online on what to do and of course didn't deactivate Adobe serial # because of ignorance when I took it into the shop. I didn't get the steps to work.Before I uninstalled, I wrote down what was in the preferences/Adobe Systems/Product licenses_120/ B2B43000.dat and 4 other like files that end with .ff1  Is that helpful at all? I can get proof from the Apple fis it place to verify what happened. Will that help?I don't do web site development any more but still use the products for personal needs so I still want it. i have bought CS6 few years ago and havnt been used fer a while. i have new apple laptop and its sims to be a problem to do instalation because my laptop is too new. my product key doesnt work and I just cant download my product on my new laptop.

I have tried everything, uninstalled creative cloud deleted every adobe related file on my system, rebooted, redownloaded creative cloud, and its the same error. I have a photoshop license key and disk for Photoshop 4.0 (Macintosh) and CDs / keys (and CDs) for subsequent updates of photoshop through to v 7. How so I reinstall my latest version to a replaced hard drive?  Is it possible to shift from Mac to Windows in this process?Grateful for any feedback here-Robert

Recently Creative Cloud stopped working correctly and had error message to do repair. I did that. Then none of my installed applications showed as installed, so I reinstalled them on August 17. Then Lightroom Classic did not use my catalog, so I had to open it manually from within LR.  I determined that this was caused by Creative Cloud installing them on the C: drive instead of the L: drive that I use for Adobe apps. Also the "edit in" option for going between LR and Photshop was not working (i.e., the picture did not open up in PS). I uninstalled LR and Photoshop that I had instaled on 8/17. I uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud.  In Creative Cloud I changed the app install location to the L: drive which I use for programs.  Creative Cloud noted that the install location was changed, but when I looked at the preferences, Creative Cloud had changed it back to the default. When I installed LR again, it again installs on my C: drive which is about full. How do I ge

I'm trying to download the Premiere Elements 2022 free trial but when I click download, literally nothing happens. Not even an attempt to download or an error message appearing.  As far as I know my system meets the required spec, however I'm a bit pants when it comes to techy stuff so may be missing something. Can anyone see anything glaringly obvious from my system settings (attached) and guide me how to correct it?  Thanks.  

Hello, We bought 2 PS Elements 13 for 2 different PCs. Now I want to move one installation to a new PC, but I don#t know which of the two serialnumbers is the rigth. How can I find out the serial number (or part of it) of the installed PS Elements 13 to take the right for the new installation? Can't find it in Help->Systeminformation.Thanks Roman
