Download & Install

Hello,I can't update the cc app itself.  After 1% it shows error code 198.I can't find any reference to that code either.Other apps are updating fine.  XD wasn't and was showing the same error code so I uninstalled it.  Not a priority for me anyway.Any assistance would be appreciated.Thank you.Peter

I have owned CS5 for years. Unfortunately, I need to reinstall my OS and would like to be able to reinstall and reactivate the license I paid for with Adobe. However, since Adobe has declared EOL on CS5 - their servers no longer acknowledge my product. I cannot deactivate the product - which I assume also means that were I to reinstall - their servers would not reactivate the product either. There appears to be no customer service line or email that I can address this issue. (the numbers I've called dead end me when i select enough options to indicate that its an older adobe product)Is there any solution to this?Doing a subscription is cost prohibitive to me.

Hallo, nachdem mein Laptop den Geist aufgegeben hat und ich ihn plattmachen musste, habe ich mühsam alle wichtigen Programme wieder raufgespielt. Was musst ich nun zu meinem Entsetzen feststellen? Ich kann meine damals gekauftes CS3 nicht mehr benutzen, weil offensichtlich keine Online-Aktivierung mehr möglich ist. Verstehe ich das richtig, dass ein von mir teuer erworbenes Produkt, was einwandfrei funktioniert, nicht mehr nutzbar ist, weil Adobe einfach den Support einstellt? Ich glaube, das nennt man Betrug?! Es sollte nicht mein Problem sein, dass Adobe kein Interesse an seinen Nutzern hat, ich möchte einfach nur mein Programm weiternutzen. Und nicht jeden Monat ein Programm mieten. Ich habe nämlich eines! Welche Hilfestellungen bieten Sie an? Mit besten Grüßen Anne

I have been running Adobe  photoshop on a new computer since January. That computer is now being repaired. Can I download my Adobe products  in my plan, and run them on my old comouter until the newer computer is repaired. At which time,  I'll download and install adobe products back to the new computer? Is this O.K? 

 I got Premiere Pro 2022 today and for whatever reason every time I try to install it it gets to 45 or 46% and just stops going up. please help ! 🙂

when i try to install photoshop only a white window appears after i have confirmed the administrator rights.i use windows 11.

Adobe sent me an email notice in November that my Teacher/educator subscription was going to double from $17 a month to $34 a month on December 2nd. Adobe says this was part of the contract I signed when I first agreed to the subscription. I'm sure somewhere in the fine print there was a reference to this, but it must have been very well hidden.  I'm a teacher in a parochial school and can't afford $400 a year for this software subscription.  So I was surprised to see a bill on my credit card in December for $34. I searched my sent emails only to find that the Adobe Mailbox rejected my email; reason: mailbox full.  So when I went to the Adobe site to cancel my account I was told I would have to pay $175 dollars as a penalty.   If there's anyone out there from Adobe please help.  I'm perfectly willing to continue paying $17 a month, but can't afford the $34 nor the $175 cancellation charge. Hi, the online helper send me here. I have moved my CS6 design and web premium suite to another partition to have a dual boot mac. Consequently I was asked to register the copy online, but it does not work since the service is no longer active. Offline activation sends error messages too. It there a way I can still use my apps beyond the 30 days trial period?Thanking you.Kind regards,Paul

Hi, I bought a new pc a few days back and I loved working with CS6.My old pc was a medion pc with windows 7 (later upgraded to windows 10).The pc I bought is a HP with windows 10.So as me was told I installed the installer again (The one I can download from my adobe account when I look under products).In products it still says that I have the product, my serialnumber and everything.I installed the installer and I booted it up. That all worked so far.I put in my number again because the installer asks for it, log in with the same adobe account and start the download.The second my download hits 2% it stops and gives an error message.The page it links to, to solve the issues, gives a 404 error (Probably because CS6 is not supported anymore).But now im stuck. It still works on my old pc, but my new one i cant even get the download to work.I have read some posts on here that tell me to activate and deactivate (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.htm

Hello, how do we get activation code for CS3 design standard? Software is used on Windows 10 with no problems, but needed is the activation code. Adobe support chat could not help in this case.

Some years ago I bought, used, the CS3 Design Premium set, and after finding that the activation server is no longer available got the special version represented by a new validation key and 2 files that had to be folded together in some way I can't now recall.  Some page, I suppose the one headed "Activation", offered me the option of "never activate" (or perhaps "never register", I don't remember now) and that worked as expected. I've reinstalled several times since first buying the software, and all has gone well.  Since I used to write software for a living, my server-of-all-work uses a triple-mirrored ZFS system to preserve file integrity. Now I'm trying to reinstall CS3 Design Premium again after a hardware failure.   I moved XP, W7, and W8.1 to different partitions on a single disk (I own W10, but abominate it).  I successfully reinstalled and reactivated CS3 under XP, and tried to do the same under W7 (32 bit).  The install succeeds, and

Is there any chance in the world that this place is selling 'real' Adobe licenses? license industry I imagine these are pirated / fake license and not bulk buys to resell?   They are adverising heavy on Facebook. I tell myself, if it's too good to be true.... Thought?   Links removed by Moderator

I routinely upgraded from Monterey 12.4 to 12.5.1 and Creative Cloud stopped launching. Likewise I cannot upgrade Lightroom Classic by directly updating. I am downloading as the admin, my MacBook Pro has tons of memory, and my account is active. CC supposedly installs, but it doesn't launch, and is not visible in the upper menu bar. What is going on? 

I will be purchasing an iPad soon, and I would like to know how to add my current plan to it.

I have just downloaded the windows 10 application of creative cloud and it never launches, other apps such as lightroom classic that I have installed after works fine, but the creative cloud app still does not launch at all. If I monitor my task manager when i click on the creative cloud app to open it, i see 2 processes related to crash reporting come up, this makes me think that the app is crashing. I have tried to fix this with Adobe support for 5-6 hours with 3 agents but no luck. So I am going to try this time with the community. We have tried disabling all anti virus software, repairing Microsoft visual c++ things, doing a clean reinstall and also using creative cloud cleaner app, trying different accounts on windows including the root administrator one, using safe mode and many more. Nothing helped. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hello, yesterday I wanted to install Adobe Premiere Pro 2020, but It keeps giving me the error code 183.I've tried to run CreativeCloud as administrator. I also tried to deinstall and install everything again already.I have got the latest windows 10 version.

I have been a long time user of Adobe Photoshop version 5.5 and have been using it without issue on my Windows 10 laptop. I recently purchased a new laptop that has Windows 11 and no CD rom drive. How can I download this version or move it from my current laptop to the new one. 

Can i download after effects and photoshop in 2 computers if i've paid in the account?(same account on the computers) 

My school has gave each student laptops to use and unfortunately anything that we download outside the App Store needs an Admin password, is there any possible way around this? It's Microsoft Lenovo Laptop btw.

I am currently in my final year of high-school and have applied for a university, but still have to do some stuff before being accepted. If I buy an Adobe CC license with a student discount right now and Adobe checks to see whether I am actually a student, will I pass? I have received a student number because of my application, which means I am in the unis system. Is this "enough" or does Adobe check whether I am actually attending?

My company is being harassed and threatened by an Adobe account manager and need to have an official, private email address by which I can register this complaint at a high level. I could find no such information on the Adobe website.Thank you.
