Hours of virtual assistant chat later including screen share, no positive results. I'm told that Photoshop CC 2018 can not be restored on my Power Mac and need a system upgrade - not possible on my computer. However, the 7 day trial offered was for Photoshop CC 2018. I chose it to meet a deadline and it functioned perfectly. So, if offered for 7 days, why can't I continue with it with already my fully paid Plotography Plan. Again, if not available, why give it to me for 7 days?

I am trying to install Creative Cloud on a Macbook Air 2015 running Monterey. I keep getting Error 22 "Installation on case sensitive volumes is not supported". But my disk on my computer is not case sensitive. How do I get Adobe to realize this? I know I've seen other folks have had to reformat their drives in order to install it but it would MUCH rather not do that. Especially since my SSD is currently not case sensitive. Please help y'all!

Hello everyone,I use Windows 11 for a couple of months now but I have an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud.When I launch it,it remains stuck and I have a blue error message saying it's taking longer than usual. It advises to restart the computer and relaunch the app (but the same happens if I do). I have uninstalled the app through adobe's uninstaller, dowload a new copy, restart and install again, I have the same problem. My drivers are up to date... Anyone to help me, please ? I need Adobe's apps for my work and I can't have them updated because of this issue 😞

Hi, can anybody please tell me if I can still install and use Lightroom 3 as I have noticed that I can buy a copy on ebay.  According to the internet Adobe still supports it but it was a post from 2017.  Thank you!

I am having the same error 205 error message but only in Photoshop. The rest of my Adobe Suite works just fine. It is not a conectiviety issue is if is only one program and not the entire Adobe Suite.

I have the creative cloud photography plan.  I was notified of an update for the Photoshop part.  I attempted to update it and Photoshop disappeared from my computer.  Light room and Bridge remained.  I attempted to uninstall Photoshop and then reinstall it, I was shunted to a sign up for a trial of Photoshop page, which I did because I need to maintain my work flow.  What I really want is a "repaired"  Creative Cloud Photography plan.  I don't want to be billed for an incomplete one and then for a separate Photoshop.  I spent HOURS trying to resolve this and can't reach anyone at Adobe by email or by chat.  I would greatly appreciate some help, THANKYOU

I am trying to download the Lightroom trial. I currently run Windows 7 64bit. It won't allow me to download and I get an error saying I don't have the right requirements (Windows 10). I don't want Windows 10 and will not buy it just for this one program. Is there another way I can use Lightroom with Windows 7? I am willing to pay monthly for Lightroom but will not buy Windows 10. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

The Lightroom license I have that is listed within my Adobe account has been revoked as I found when i tried to change laptop. The on-line subscription product is of no interest as I go travelling for many weeks at a time photographing African wildlife. How can I recover the product please?

Hallo, ich bin gerade etwas verwirrt. Ich habe heute bei notebookbilliger eine Foto-Abo-Jahreslizenz gekauft. Nun bin ich dabei, die Programme zu installieren. Zuerst habe ich eine Testversion von Foto-Abo "bestellt", habe die CC-Desktop-App und Photoshop als Testversion installiert. Danach habe ich den Code eingegeben und der wurde auch akzeptiert. Eine Bestätiung der Aktivierung habe ich vorhin erhalten. In meinem Konto steht aber noch immer 7-Tage-Testverion. Beginnt die eigentliche Lizenz erst mit Ablauf der Testphase und meine gekaufte Lizenz wird erst nach Ablauf der Testphase angezeigt? Oder habe ich einen Denkfehler oder schlimmer - ich habe da etwas verbockt? Danke

I want to install PS elements 2022 on my desktop pc and on my laptop.Do i have to buy 2 times the product or can i use the same code for the 2 installations?    

Hello comunity, Ive been back and forth with Adobe trying to activate my Adobe Creative Suite Premium software.  Yes, it is old but this is a compleatly legit copy, have the jacket and serial numbers and paid a lot for it years ago.  Now they say they dont support my version?  Is this really how they treat an old customer?  Force you to buy their apps and pay monthly or yearly?

Hi, I have CC install on C: drive. I go to Pref>Apps>Change the install location to 😧 drive. CC refreshes.  I install Photoshop and it installs on C: drive NOT 😧 drive.I uninstall and reinstall and it still installs on C: drive.  How do I install my programs on another drive? Am I doing somehting wrong? I've Googled the web and found no solution. Thanks!

I have tried restarting the app and even my PC but nothing seemed to work. I think it may be because I accidentally uninstall Adobe Genuine Service but I cant find any download for it.

I'm a basic user with no formal education on software and I'm not necessarily stuck IN a project so much as I am stuck trying to figure out where to BEGIN with a project! So I recently bought the creative suite to primarily use Illustratpr & Premiere Pro. The majority of apps aren't available to use as they aren't compatible with my High Seirra (10.13.6) which my Mac runs off. I added Catalina as a startup disk to try and download it, but the Catalina update is extremely slow on my laptop and will not let me run anything (even just the system settings) smoothly so that is not an option. Is there a way to download a previous version of Illustrator that will work with High Seirra? I'm sure there must be a way, as it would seem a bit ridiculous if Adobe didn't allow you that option. From my research I see that you can download previous versions of the softwares after you've downloaded the latest one which seems a bit odd. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I tried importing a bank note and found security seemed good. However I accidentally hit the wrong modifier keys and found a way to import any size or amount bank note dollar amount into photoshop. A 2009 $100 dollar bill. Should I report this, I'm assuming you are aware of it. I know older bills that are small don't have any problems. This note couldn't get past security until I hit the wrong keys and it imported. Recreated and know what's going on

Hallo, ich habe heute einen Jahres-Lizenz-Code für das Foto-Abo gekauft. Wie installiere ich das Ganze nun? Gebe ich erst den Code ein und kann dann alles installieren oder hole ich mir erst eine Testversion von Photoshop und Lightroom und gebe dann den Code ein? Danke

I've been unable to install Photoshop as I constantly get this error whenever I try, despite my changing the installation directory to a drive with 133GB of free space. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had a CC yearly subscription since 2017. End of 2019 I closed my company, servers came down and everything else associtated with closing a company. Had a lot on my mind and totally forgot my CC subscription service which I was paying $4656 (HKD) per year.Digital Rivers continued to charge my credit card despite no log-ins to the account since that time.This year as my buget was very tight, I noticed a charge for the above amount and saw it was Adobe. I went back through all my statements and sure enough I got charged 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. I managed to get full refund for 2022 and they told me I would be refunded for the previous years as well.Many emails and phone calls later with the call center, and I keep getting told its been approved, wait 7-15 days. then end of each 15th day I call and I'm told its approved, and now escalted .... then I got told I will only recieve only 20% of the original charge as a refund!! but yet no moneyI am seriously wondering if I should lodge a f

I have an iMac mid 2011 running High Sierra 10.13.6. I can't upgrade any further. I've got 20 gig of ram but none of the apps I need, like Photoshop, Illustrator etc aren't compatible. Does any one know a work around this?

Bought the full version of Photoshop and along with the Photography Pack. BUT, I can't use it because it tells me that I will have to buy the full version. I already texted the costumer support 3 times, nothing happened. I don't think the problem is on our end. Already tried to uninstall, and everything. Still nothing happened. I've been paying for it for 3 months now, and I need it for my work. Can somebody please help me?
