Hi I need to download indesign 2017, the editorial company i work with only uses this version as they work with an app that is only compatible with 2017 but i can find it in my older apps tab is there somewhere I can find it to download it? I dont have an option before you all say well they should be working with a newer version, I am not going to argue with a multination company and tell them what they should be doing!   thanks

Hi there, I really need some help i don't know what to do. I have I want to install my Adobe Creative suite cs.5.5 on my macbook 13 that i purchased recently. I've downloaded the install folder but it says to contact the supplier.....Can someone help me please ? I work with these programs and i can't afford to buy a new version ...

Using Migration Assistant to move my data from my old Mac to my new M1 chip Mac also brought along Lightroom 6 and Photoshop CS6.  Although each of these programs also has an Uninstall program,  they do not work with the M1 chip.  I can drag the old LR6 and CS6 folders to trash, but won't that leave various files in various places on my hard drive? Is there a way to do a real uninstall? Thanks.

I'm not sure if this should be here, or if I even worded the title subject correctly but here goes. I'm looking to transfer Adobe CC from a 2019 MacBook Air to a 2021 MacBook Pro M1. I've seen some posts saying that I should NOT use Migration Assistant to transfer Adobe CC from one laptop to the other. Some say to deactivate CC on the old laptop and uninstall every software, while others say you can just deactivate CC on the old laptop. So, how should I go about this? Can I just deactivate and uninstall CC on my old laptop then reinstall and sign into it again on the newer laptop? Or is there a more complicated procedure I have to follow? On another note, I'd like to use Photoshop and Illustrator native to M1, so does this mean I would have to uninstall Photoshop and Illustrator and reinstall them on the new laptop, if I only need to deactivate the CC account on my old laptop?

When I click one Update button in the CC Desktop app, it ends up wanting to update all my apps. See screen shot below. I clicked the Update button for Premiere Pro v22 and this is what ended up happening. Not wanting to update all my apps at this time, I had to click Cancel repeatedly on the other apps to stop the process.    I have a new iMac, M1 chip, running macOS 11.6 (Big Sur). Is this a bug with CC Desktop running on Big Sur (or with the M1 chip)?   

I just bought Creative Suite monthly.. can't install any apps, can't uninstalll the trial of Illustrator...  its completely useless at this point. Support was any help either.

I have an old Lightroom 6.14 that I use (used). But I bought an Adobe CC a while ago when I studying. This installation corrupted everything. I first began to complain about my Lightroom (stand alone), then it started to behave starnge, and now it wont open any of the programs I use, InDesign PhotoShop, Lightroom, etc. I had to remove the whole Adobe CC installation, including the Lightroom 6.14. I will not continue use the CC after my studies, I will go back to my Lightroom stand alone again, but this is impossible, the installer is not available!!! I logged in into account.adobe.com, I can see my registered software, but can't use it any longer since teh installer is removed by Adobe. This is really crap. The CC package is messing with so much in the computer and I'm rather tired of it, to be honest. How can I reinstall my standalone Lightroom? I bought v 6.0 and upgraded it to 6.14.    

Occasionally the following message pops up on my screen. I have no problem with my internet connection. Any idea why this happens?

Bonjour la commu, Depuis plusieurs jours, impossible d'ouvrir mes app Adobe, j'ai un message d'erreur qui m'informe que je ne suis pas connecté à Internet alors que ma connexion est excellente. Je suis sur MAC. J'ai suivi tous les tutos Adobe mais sans succès. J'ai fini par désinstallé Creative Cloud mais au moment de me reconnecter j'ai le message d'erreur 206 qui s'affiche, j'ai pourtant suspendu le pare feu et l'antivirus.Auriez-vous une solution? 

I am having touble downloading the indesign cc trial after I have downloaded creative cloud- half way through the download it asks me to ' please close the following applications to continue: -dynamiclinkmanager' I have no idea what that is/ what it means, please help! thanks

good morning, I would like to subscribe for the complete package, but doing the free trial I noticed that no software is compatible with my mac (10.13). is there a chance to download previous versions? Thank you

I used a 120GB SSD as C drive to house Windows, MS apps and Adobe CC and its apps. Upon CC updating, error occured as space is insufficient. I therefore tried relocating the apps to D or F drives which are free. However still getting the same error message everytime turning on the computer. Pl kindly offer assistance. 

I need help reactivating my Adobe Photoshop CS (version 8.0) after upgrading my system to Windows 10. The steps provided by Adobe when I try to open the app do not work.

I am trying to move my CS5 to my new laptop. The original media was on discs, and the new computer does not have a disc drive. I downloaded the direct download from the Adobe site, but it does not accept the original serial number. Does this have anything to do with it being an Education Edition? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi sir/mam, I have a one login I'd and password in Adobe. Use my login I'd and installed Adobe InDesign in one system. Again use to my same login I'd and installed Adobe illustrator in another one system if it's possible or not. Good evening,I've received an email from Adobe 8 hours ago where they told me to check my account because they failed to withdraw the monthly fee from my Paypal account.So I logged into my adobe account where it now tells me that ''there is a problem with the payment method'' and I get an automatic pop-up to change edit my payment method. However I don't even have the option to change to another payment method. It tells me that I can either edit my saved Paypal payment information or switch Paypal accounts. Since I don't own another Paypal account, I clicked on the first option where I get redirected to my Paypal account telling me to add a credit card.Now the thing is that I don't own any credit cards. My Paypal account is linked directly to my bank account which is kinda normal for German payment methods.Also, the first time Adobe deducted the subscription fee, it worked perfectly fine and the amount was withdrawn from my bank account to my Paypal and then sent to Adobe.Why is it sud

Hello,I have not enough space to install the Adobe apps to my drive C:\I would like to install on my other partition D:\I tried many times to install an uninstall photoshop by changing the destination address of apps in Adobe cloud preferences and it didn't change anything.Can you help me ?Thank you in advanceP.S. : Also on Cloud Deskop all "links to resources" doesn't work. I'm a bit worried because I took a Stock subscription and I would like to use Fonts too.

I have downloaded the trial version of photoshop but cannot initiate it on my computer. I have an icon creative cloud on my desktop but no photoshop icon can anybody help me

While installing photoshop, the window that allowed me to select a path and such was not displaying correctly, almost like an HTML window, but the CSS didn't work.Here's what it looks like:
