Download & Install

Was working on business project when I needed a PDF. Downloaded Adobe pdf edit. Tried to create a pdf and it wanted me to pay 9.99 so I did. Then went back to create, and it still wanted 9.99 being in a hurry with potential investors waiting I paid again. Went to create again and guess what? It wants 9.99. So now my 4.5 million dollar investors are gone and I still don't have a way to write on pdf. And Google took my $20. 

 Can anyone tell me why I keep getting this?  

I've just purchased Premiere pro again.  Everytime I open the app or creative cloud (or any other adobe app) I get the sign in window but it's completely blank, it'll then dissapear then reaapear continuously until I force quite. Any help would be appreacited, I have a deadline today lol and I'm starting to lose it. Many thanks

My computer crash and need to install Lightroom 5 in new computer, does anyone have the download link for Lightroom 5 for Windows 10? Customer service does not have the link anymore they said.

I just purchased a Creative Cloud application for OS High Sierra. I was told it would work. The files are too big to download. I need a disc. I can't even download an earlier version from the link support sent because of my dial up speed: OOKLA: 21 ping; 2.72 download speed; .52 upload speed. I can't even use the link sent by Adobe support because it's too big All support is oversees, not in the United States...so the phone connection to support is barely audible...crackling or too soft.  So I ordered a iMac 27-inch, due to arrive tomorrow, but I have to return it because I can't carry it down to Main Street in Bishop, California where I might be able to use another business's broadboand.  This is why Adobe always provided discs in the past...for 3/4 of the USA which still does not have high speed DSL.  If Adobe is looking to expand their market, they might consider producing a disc for customers who are internet challenged.    &nb

Hola, mi problema es que cambien de formula y tenia otra activa asi que activé la nueva y espere que la otra se acabé pero ya se acabo ayer y miro mi formula y sigue como siendo la anterior en esa tengo 100gb y en la nueva 1Tb pero todo sigues saliendo igual, recibi el mensaje como que mi formula anterior se habia acabado y todo, he cerrado la conexión y vuelto a brir y no pasa nada.

Please help.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud and the main dashboard opens fine but when I click OPEN on an app (Audition/Premiere Pro) nothing will load.  Just click the button and nothing happens. Again, I've restarted computer, uninstalled/installed program.  What else can I do?

I cannot find any link to download the previous versions before 25.4.1. I checked all the links Adobe published, but it's just taking me in circles. Anyone know? 

Does this include one license being use offline? IE I have a paid license that I use which is connected to the internet and I would like to use the other license offline (not connected to the internet and I can never be)

Hi... im wondering how i can install photoshop via creative cloud if the "install button" does not react? i have no chance to start the installation... the only thing which can be installed is the "extension manager". what can i do?thanks for your help.

I'm going to install Photoshop and Lightroom on an old Mac.The Mac version is High Sierra. the creative cloud app is installed, but other programs can not be installed. I wonder if it is compatible until the 2019 version.

C'mon Adobe... Dark Mode for CC and XD, is it really that difficult??  

I received an email from mail@rt.adobesystems.com advertising a free preview of a new version of the Creative Cloud desktop app.  I was just wondering if anyone knew whether or not this is a real domain Adobe uses and whether anyone knows if there really is a newer version of CC out there.  I'm suspicious that this may be a scam email 1) because of the domain and 2) because clicking on the link in the email immediately takes me to a page where I am asked to put in my Adobe username and password. 

Yes I agree. I used to always use "backup" versions of Adobe software until I started a business and went for legit copies of everything. And that's when it started to give me grief with updates breaking things and significantly more quirks than are reasonable to maintain productivity.Right now I'm trying to get sense out of online help people because I just need software that will work on an old iMac running OS 10.13 and it's been an exercise in frustration all the way. I've been advised by Apple to keep it on High Sierra for its own wellbeing, but I can't even install Bridge now. New versions aren't compatible, old download links to 2019 and 2020 versions of CC software are now dead. The online support person I have can't provide straight answers as to whether anything will run on the damn thing.   Their first suggestion was to come here to find links. Hi there,I searched for answers for hours before writing this.I tried all Adobe solutions, nothing worked.This all happened because I wanted to move Photoshop from C: to E: the other dayI basically had 2 Photoshops on my PC then, one on each Hard Disk. I wanted to uninstall the one on C: but little did I know, that that wouldn't work. So then I removed PS completely, when I wanted to uninstall, it told me it couldn't because there was no Photoshop on my PC, I removed all files with Avast. I installed Premiere Elements on a Windows 10 computer via CD and now need to install it on my new computer (Windows 10, soon to be Windows 11).  Whether I use the CD or attempt to download the app (which is registered with Adobe), I get a message that says my operating system or browser are no longer supported.  How can that be?  What to do about it?

Is Photoshop and Creative Cloud the same thing.  I just needed Photoshop, but i ended up with Creative Cloud and have no idea how to pull up photoshop. Help

Hey everybody, I have a surface pro 5 with 4GB RAM and only 14GB of free space. I have lightroom installed and just installed photoshop. My computer freezes up and slows down tremendously anytime I open either program. I tried deleting some files and programs from my computer but it's still sluggish.Is it possible to run these programs from an external drive? If so, what would be the best drive for this? Would I have to uninstall and reinstall onto the hard drive?

Elements 15 is only installed on one other device and I am not signed in on that device.  When I install it on my new computer, it says that the serial number is active on too many other devices and I need to deactivate some.  But when I go to my account on Adobe.com and find that product, it says that it is not activated on any devices.  Help?

So my Creative cloud just stopped connecting the the Adobe servers for no reason. Been working fine up until today. There is no number to call, just a chat box. Chatted for over an hour and they could not help. I was told I will get a call within 24-48 hours. Why can't they figure this out? When I search it on the internet there are hundreds of post relating to the same issue. I've tried eveything and nothing is working. I'm helpless with out the use of Photoshop and Illustrator. I was able to find an old CD of Illustrator but can't find one for an old Photoshop. Anyone else having the same issues and how did they fix it?

Hi I've had the Creative Cloud Membership Plan for a few years but when I opened a piece of work on it this morning an error message said that Adobe Creative Cloud is missing or damaged. It advised me to download and install a new copy of Creative Cloud. I downloaded the uninstaller package and also found the uninstaller file already included in my Creative Cloud apps. Whenever I launch ether of them I'm asked to fill in my password as shown on the screen below but when I hit OK nothing happens.  Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

I have elements 2022. I upgraded from version 15.Can I install the redundant v15 on my second PC? Thanks,Jim
