Download & Install

I decided to install Windows version of Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard (English version) which wasn't used it in years. I went ahead and registered both Windows and Mac versions successfully on my Adobe account. After setting up a Windows 7 Virtual Machine in VMWare, I launched the installer but when I wanted to use the serial number which I used to register the product, it gave me "serial not valid" error. It installs fine in trial mode which imho rules out any software incompatibility issues. What could be the problem and how do I go about fixing it?  It seems like a common problem based on what I've been reading on these forums. Can anyone check my serials and explain what seems to be the problem as I'm certain my serials are valid.

Photoshop Elements Home Screen is not shown .on my otherwise complete installation.eg  What would like to do today.  Oganizer,  Photo Editor,Video Editor.

I am having trouble re-installing my old CS6 onto my new MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 destop computer. I have tried both; using the installer from my back-up as well as the adobe websites downloadable installer file. Neither are working; they both say error, and that the install is failing to initialize due to a possbile missing file. I have no idea what this means or how to remedy it! Please HELP me! Thank you. 

this is disgusting....,obfuscation to decieve & its corrupt. Just now....when I changed the billing on the card form it changed the plan, I wanted the pay monthly plan not this the yearly commitment forcing you to pay a year plan, that is horrific that it automatically changes plans without my permission before taking payment, and I want all my stuff in english, not spanish. I want my account in english. and they talk about seeing changing the plan, when it is impossible to see that monthly plan again when I want to change it to the monthly plan pay as you go plan, I only need this or a few months. This is how big corporates rope people in and if they dont pay they put there name to bad creditors, this is coorporate corruption as far as i am concerned. Its evil greed. how do I get adobe to change that plan it decieved me to buy to a non-pay yearly one? since they do not want to give phone numbers or chats to talk to a real person so that they can

I am a college student who was originally intended to purchase Photoshop, but accidentally purchased the Student-Teacher plan.I initially thought it was a student discount for one month, and upon looking at billing, it was a one-year plan with monthly billing cycles.Unfortunately for me, I completed my college course that required me to use Photoshop, and I feel that I do not necessarily have the need to keep theprogram. Aside from keeping it, I believe I won't be able to afford the remaining monthly payments until the end, due to the lack of using the program.Sorry for the inconvenience, and help would be much appreciated. My old Macbook Pro broke down so I had to reinstall my Lightroom 6 from TimeMachine.At first glance the program startet, and I was able to browse an edit as normal, but the next day i suddenly recieved two error messages and now Lightroom won´t open.I´ve tried to follow the links from the error messages but only end up at a site for bying or downloading a trial of the new CC app. What to do? On an updated Mac. Trying to reinstall the Creative Cloud package and get an "error 42". All links for fixes are for Windows machines. Not running any virus software.....anyone have insight?  

How *** do I get in contact w/ someone at Abobe?  Their chat doesn't work, they promosed me a call back which never came, their customer service is now hidious.  I'm a 10 year adobe customer and I wish there was another option for photoshop CC.   Update, I finally got a call back 2 hours late, was on the phone for over 42 minutes at which time I was told they didn't have the experice to answer my question and told me it would be another 3 to 4 hours for someone with the technical knowledge to call me which will be well after midnight.  What a crock!!  Abobe employess who monitor this community, what do you have to say?  You have no problems taking my money every month.  I'm mad ***!!    [Profanity removed... this is a family oriented forum... Hey all, I've just formatted my computer and am currently in the process of reinstalling of the apps. However, specifically Adobe products don't seem to be installing. I'm downloading the set-up installer but  the minute I click on it to open, it loads for a minute and then nothing happens. So far I have tried Run as Administrator, with which I get the pop up "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to the computer?" to which I've said yes, and again nothing happens.  I've also tried restarting my computer but to no avail.  I'm currently running a 4 year old gaming rig on Windows 10.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. ~Drew

It is indicated that indesign is running in the background process. But the program doesn't work.I bought all the apps. And it worked until yesterday.I deleted the program today. and reinstalled.But still the program doesn't work.

hello together.since yesterday morning i have the problem that cc does not open and i have no access to my programs.as soon as I start my mac and cc opens automatically there is an endless loading screen until it says cc needs longer today, relaunch. so then I was almost 5 hours with the adobe remote service on it and still nothing of their measures has helped. it was performed the adobe cleaner, root accound, macos to the latest state, reinstalled cc and so on.please help, have any of you had this problem before ?

Hi there, I am completely unable to remove any Adobe programs. It's driving me nuts they are taking up so much space on my computer and i need them gone. I go to the settings > apps to remove them like any other program and click 'uninstall' which then opened up the creative cloud - which would not allow me to log in. SO i uninstalled creative cloud, then reinstalled a new version (it's been years since i used these programs) now when i go to apps and click on After effects 2017, Animator, or Media Encoder,  "UNINSTALL" button and click or any other adobe program it pops up with an error saying it cannot find the uninstaller. So after reinstalling a new version of CC once i open the CC becaue the old version would not even let me sign in i entereed my email and click continue and NOTHING happens. Now it lets me log in, and the apps page just does not load anything. I have multiple apps and it doesn't even show them. It says 'loading' but just doesn't actually load anything

Many apps appear as Trial or Buy. I had installed Acrobat DC, but it was still in trial mode. So I uninstalled, and tried that, but they still appear at Trial or Buy. Many of the apps appear this way.I've checked my account is paid up.

I cant download Lightroom, everytime i click to download it just goes to a white page and nothing happens... Payed for something that doesnt work?

I have an old Imac 27 from 2011 and I cant download the latest version of Indesign. I understand that I need to go to Creative clouds and click on the three dots and choose "other version" but I dont have that option. I only have "more info". Whats wrong, why can't I download an older version?

I purchased Photoshop CS5 Extended last year from a shop.  Now I need to download the program on a computer that does not have an optical drive.  How can I do this?

Win 10 - 32 GB Ram - Amd Ryzen 5 - NVIDIA GTX 1070 - enough HHD spaceI have a problem with CC Cloud and the Apps. As sonn as I install CC Cloud and sign in all Apss get closed. When I sing in With an App CC Cloud crashes.I have tried tech support 5 times and they tried all the same solution. I have been promissed Senior Support - but never got it. I'm paying for something I can not use and I can not work,I have uninstall and removed all the Adobe Apps with the "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner App Tool" and I have cleaned out the Registry from all Adobe junk. It did not work. I don't know what to do anymore.As soon  as open open www.adobe.com and sign in I can install the apps and they run. But then it forces me to install the CC cloud desktop and the Apps will open for like 5 seconds and then close. Also, the the same time the CC Cloud Desktop will close too.Any ideas would be helpfull - especially since the Adobe Tech Support can not resolve the issue. After w hile get giv

Regardless of *how* I try to, whatever guides I follow (both on here and elsewhere) I still get error 205. Yes, I've removed AV and deactived windows defender firewall, yes I tried wired/wireless and yes I tried and alternate internet supply (mobile hotspot). Yes I tried safe mode, yes I did all the things. I will be trying on a different machine this evening but if that doesn't work - I will be seeking refund, and apparently this forum is the ONLY way to contact adobe in a meaningful way. Urgh.

Goodmorning, I want to start my Adobe programs. When I start the programs they stay on black screen. This happens with all Adobe programs. I've already tried everything, like downloading again, etc. Nothing helps. What should I do now? 

My question is what happens after the free trial is over? Can  i still use the image, can i get sued. Im using it for an Esport Team. Please let me know if i can stil use the image as a logo   Thanks.

Trying to download CC on my newer computer and It is aking for a PIN on the Adobe Installer.  I cant remeber and it tells me to go to Settings>Accounts>Sign-in options to reset. However there is nothing there to reset the pin.  What am I missing?

Adobe couldn't solve my problem either. We talked for almost half a day. Ancak illüstratör hala açılmıyor. Tried many things including installing new system. I deleted all apps and reinstalled from Creative cloud. I tried from 3 different internet connections. But nothing changes. All my work has been delayed please can someone help? Thanks in advance for your interest.Volkan
