Is it required by CreativeCloud however? If I currently have no CC apps installed, do I really need Adobe Application Manager in my utilities folder? Would it not just get reinstalled the next time I to a trial version or get a CC subscription and install Adobe applications.

Hello, both the update function (no matter which adobe program) and the full version download no longer work.I have changed the download location in the adobe cloud applicationto make sure that the destination folder is not corrupt. Didn't help either.Thanks for any Ideas

Can you help me i have more 3 months on my license and I can't download any apps on my pc idk why it happens.

The IssueAs a Windows 7 User with the cut off of continued support, I've had to use older versions of Adobe Products to continue use of my subscription like many other Windows 7 users. However, if you have an accidental update creative cloud or unknown software glitch, you can end up with the error "Unable to Reach Adobe Server" which loops infinitely no matter how many times you try to retry the connection. Even after uninstalling and trying to reinstall, the exe install files couldn't connect to the server in order to properly install. This almost made me cancel my subscription and was extremely frusterating and resulting in hours long searches through the forums to find some clarity on the issue. my 2024 version of photoshop on creative cloud is not getting uninstalled cant see it on cretaive cloud but can see it in my control panel can someone help uninstalling it 

Hey all,I just upgraded my Mac OS to Sequoia 15.3.2 and after doing this launched Creative Cloud and saw that I needed to update my Adobe Programs, which I did. My question is, after going into my Applications folder I see that I have older versions (2021) of Illustrator (25.4.8) , InDesign (16.4.3), and Photoshop (22.5.9). I would think I should get rid of these, as I now have 2025 versions of them in my Applications folder. What should I do?

I had both CS6 and CC installed for quite a while on my PC but today for some reason the license for my CS6 programs disappeared. When I launch any of them I get a prompt that asks either to buy a license key or to start a 30 day trial. It happened on it's own since it worked the day before and nobody had access to the computer inbetween when I turned off the pc after work yesterday and today when I tried launching InDesign.

I'm trying to make as much disk space as I can through add or remove programs from the system settings  but I'm unable to unstall Adobe Photoshop 2022 (23.0.2.101) which is taking up 3.7 GB. Whenever I try to uninstall it says "Specified product is not installed on this machine. Please quit the installer and start over." I've already tried using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to clean it all up but that program is still there & I'm unable to uninstall it. I know that Acrobat X is no longer supported but I am trying to find a way to use it. I switched computers and would really like to get Acrobat X working on new computer. It says it is already installed on two computers. I have one of the old computers but it won't deactivate. Is there a registry key or something I can do to get this working? I just need it for a short time and am not in a position where I want to purchase a new subscription. I can understand that I can't get support for old program but I should be able to deactivate/activate if I have the download and the serial number. Any way????

How can I download older versions of Adobe software that are no longer listed on the website? In the past over the past 2 decades, I have spoken to Adobe customer service and they would just email me a link to the specific .DMG installer file I needed for the specific version I requested. Why is this no longer possible?

I'm experiencing the same thing. I just bought a new MacBook Pro and trying to install Photoshop, which I have had for many years. It's been more than an hour and the installation is still at 9 percent and seems to have stopped. Would it be better to try to transfer this from my old MacBook Pro? I don't even know if that's possible. Thanks.

Hey Guys, I need some assistance    I subscribed for the Yearly Premium Plan a week ago, but I keep getting the prompt to subscribe again and when I click the subscription button, it shows that I'm already subscribed. It doesn't grant me access to Premium tools, and the app hole back and forth is really stressing me out. What can I do to stop this?

Hello, I have the problem with installing the Adobe apps on my external hard drive on Mac. I have created the folder in a connected hard drive, but I get the error message back: UNABLE TO INSTAL AT THIS LOCATION.What is a difference between a root and folder? Hello,  I have a license for Adobe Web Premium that I paid more than €2,000 for, which gives me the right to two installations. A few years ago, my laptop broke down with one of the licenses installed, and recently, I changed some components on my computer. When I tried to reinstall Photoshop on my computer, the application told me that I must first uninstall a license, which is of course impossible since I no longer have access to the previous installations. How can I proceed to install my license on my computer ?  The products appear on my Adobe account, but it doesn't show any activated products in the list of activated products. I also tried Adobe AI chat and Adobe on Twitter, but without success. Thank you. Kind regards

My account was auto renewed a few days ago. I was not informed about this. I do not use nor want a subscription for Adobe products. when I tried to cancel I was faced with a massive cancellation fee. This is against UK trading laws! Cancel my account with no charges and refund the payment taken for renewal!

On January 13, 2010, I bought Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium. I have a new computer and lost my backups. I want to download the software I already paid for. I don't want to install Creative Cloud (this is seriously one of the most annoying apps I have to deal with at work, it's constantly glitching and forgetting credentials and popping up when I'm trying to work on other things; I don't want to repeat this experience on my personal time, thanks). I can see in my Adobe account that it's registered and I have the serial number. I just want to get the same thing that I've been using very occasionally for 15 years. How can I go about doing this?

Im having the same trouble but repairing doesn't work. It just reinstalls Creative Cloud, which still can't initialize and asks to be relaunched and then to be repaired. If I can just get it to work long enough to uninstall the rest of my apps then I can uninstall this app and change to a different machine. My productivity has gone to zero over the past 2 weeks due to these issues. Help.

I have an older laptop that I've had to wipe a couple of times and now I want to get rid of it.  I want to activate the license on my new laptop.  I went to reinstall my Photoshop CS3 after the second wipe and it wouldn't let me activate the license to deactivate the license.I did install the program on my new laptop because I needed it but wasn't able to activate the license to get updates.  I know I can put it on two computer but I also have it installed on my desktop.Anyone have an idea about what to do?  Or should I just update to the latest version?Thanks for your help!
