Download & Install

I purchased Lightroom 6 from Adobe in November 2017 and want to re-install it on my new laptop but the download button doesn't let me do this. Can someone help please?

I've been trying to download photoshop on to my community for the past two hours. Each time I try to buy it comes up as 404 error. Each time I try to start a free trial it comes up with 404 error. I have tried on multiple computers, browsers and devices and nothing is happening. Is this a common issue?

Boa noite. Faz mais de uma semana que estou com um erro bem chato. Quando eu fico muito tempo com algum app Adobe fechado ou eu reinicio meu computador eu não consigo mais abrir nenhum software da Adobe. Quando eu abro ele pede meu login e senha, eu entro com meu login e senha, o app carrega e em menos de 5 segundos ele fecha novamente. Testei os que eu mais uso: Premiere, After Effects e Photoshop. Eu só consigo abrir de novo quando vou no Gerenciador de Tarefas e fecho todos os processos da Adobe e vou no %AppData% e apago todos os arquivos da pasta Adobe. Ai consigo abrir os apps, logar com minha conta e ele não vai pedir login de novo até eu reiniciar o pc.Não sei se é uma incompatibilidade com alguma atualização do Windows, mas é bem chato o processo, ainda mais porque são vários processos da Adobe que tem que ir matando um por um até poder apagar a %AppData%.Nota: percebi que esse problema começou depois da atualização para os apps versão 2022. Tem um jeito me

I download the executable to install LightRoom Classic and but the dialog box appears with this message: Cannot connect to Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings and try again in a few minutes. I have Winows 10, I have disabled the Firewall and the antivirus and nothing.I can't install any app, please help!

Does someone Can helps me? I allready try to talk with the Adobe Support but nobody can fix my Photosop problem. This month Adobe Creative Cloud automatically update the new Photoshop 2022 Version to my Pc (Windows10). If I launch Photoshop the Error is on my screen after I try to open a New Project and the program go down. Like a Crash Issue. The Illustrator works fine the issue its only with Photoshop.I allreay try to change de Program Preferences and update the Graphics Drivers and the OS. What else can I do? Does someone has the same problem as I? I need to work!!!! Somebody help me please! =(

Hi ! I've got a problem with my Creative Cloud software and I've seen many poeples having the same issue. Every time I restart my PC (so basically every day) my Creative Cloud announce an error and said that he need to be repair. So I've to reinstall it.  Another things is that creative cloud do not recognize anmyore which program is installed on my computer. For all program that is already in my machine he said ''Install'' like I never install it before.  Don't if I'm clear but the main problem is that I have to reinstall Creative Cloud EVERY DAY.  Did someone find a solution about that ? Because I don't.. Thanks ! There is my specs: - Windows 10 Professional 64 bits on an SSD (all programs are on the SSD too)- CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 1800x eight core processor - 16 CPUs - 3.8 GHz- GPU : AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT- RAM : 64 Go speed 3800

I while back I purchased the Adobe CS4 Master Collection with the CDs. I had to update my MacOS to Sierra 10.12.6 recently and when I did, my entire Creative Suite was wiped out. I tried reinstalling Illustrator and Photoshop, but keep getting an error mesage reading (Illustrator)  "The localized resource files for this application could not be loaded. Please reinstall or repair application and try again." Ive tried reinstaling and restarting the computer but no luck. I need some Tech help.  I called Adobe Customer Service and mentioned and directed me herr to this platform.

I purchased Lr6.0 and have the license key. Need to install in other system so need to download installer bundle for Mac or Win. Adobe site does not provide this link. How can I get it ?

I have been trying to install a copy of  inDesign CS5 but every time it finishes installing it says there is an error code 5 and i need to uninstall and reinstall the product.I apent 3 hours on Adobe chat last night trying to resolve it with no luck and they directed me back here!  So i hope someone can help. When I try to uninstall it, that won't work either.  I tried useing Adobe Cleaner tool, but it didn't do a very good job, so i manually deleted some of the files that i found left over, then reinstalled InDesign. Still Error 5.When I install, a message appears that the program detected the computer needed to restart, bu tsince i'd already restarted it, i ignored that and carried on with the installation.I have reinstalled and repaired the Microsoft Visual CC files and restarted my computer. Still no joy.Help!

Hello - a curious problem... my apps have been working in ACS for years and years, but a few months ago some functions began to freeze (such as applying 3rd party plugins or importing new footage) for several minutes. This increased and now affects Audition, Premiere and Photoshop.I can get the programs to run correctly if I 'run as administrator', but the problem with this is that I can no longer drag and drop files into the programs - slowing down workflow. Any idea why this is happening and how I can change a windows setting to fix these errors?This was happening with Windows 10, and has not been fixed since the move to Windows 11. Am on an Asus Zenboo produo laptop, and all adobe CC programs are up to date.

Dear Sir/MadamHow to solve this issue (see attached image). Adobe had stopped giving support to the user of Adobe Standard CS6 & CS5. I have license serial number (for two PC) & Adobe certificate for CS6 too.I m using Windows 8 & 10.I have to reinstall, since my hardisc wash crashed.My other older version software gets registered online automatically. But for Adobe CS6 it is not so.For small person or indiviual, it is difficult to invest again & again.I request Adobe to start giving support for "online registration" of older version of software.If anybody from "Adobe Support Community" has solution on this issue.Thnx

Need urgent assistance, please. Trying to update the apps, it persistently and repeatedly FAILS, giving the error of "Download error, unable to connect to Adobe server. Check internet and firewall connections." It gives this error no matter what I've tried.My internet connection is fine. There is nothing wrong with it.I tried turning off the firewall to download the updates, and it still gave the same error.I tried connecting to the updates cloud via from within Photoshop (then closing the app), and separately from Adobe via a browser.The app's not open/preventing the update.I've updated and restarted my system.Nothing works. It still is version 2019 and gives the same error for all the app updates, every single time.I'm on a PC, Windows10.

Hi,I have a class due to take their Illustrator ACA exam via certiport.com this Friday. Here are the Illustrator requirements from certiport: Supported versions: 25.0 through 25.2.3 (version 25.3.1 and 25.4.1 are currently not compatible)Technical requirements :: Certiport (pearsonvue.com) In the Creative Cloud app the oldest version they can download is 25.4.1 which is not compatible.I've been to https://prodesigntools.com and there are no links to download version 25, that I can see.I'd like access to a direct link to version 25 so I can share it with delegates and they can install it on their computers as they are remote. Any one have a solution please? thanks Ian

I recently got an old laptop from my ex-wife, and removed all of her accounts, and setup my main Windows account on it.  But when I try and install Adobe Creative Cloud, it is asking for her PIN or username/password.  I cannot get it to use my Windows PIN or UN/PW. I am totally stuck not being able to intall anything, help!

So I am in College with a ton of work to due in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Aftereffects. I am still running windows 7 and have the CC2018 and 2015 versions of the above mentioned software. Its finals this week and I have two jobs. I have no time to rebuild my O.S. Last week something happened an my computer started to have issues linking to the servers. That issue has been resolved. Unfortunatly in the process the tech had me run the clean up tool. So my old software version are gone. So I did a restore to a previous date and then did the fixes that allowed me to sync back to adobeCC. The apps are broken now though even though I did a restore. I have another computer also. On this one I did not run the clean up and applied the fixes and my old versions work fine. Unfortunatly that computer only has one program I need and is a piece of junk. Please help me repair my old adobe software. 

Mac desktop updated to MacOs 12 Monterey. Since then PSE 2021 does not start up. Neither in normal mode, nor in safe mode.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have checked location services. Before, when using Big Sur there was not a problem. What should I do?

My free trial for Animate expired some time ago, but I never could get around to unistalling it until 2 days ago. I tried uninstalling it manually from the Uninstall settings menu on Windows (screenshot here):But, when I tried uninstalling it through this menu, Creative Cloud pops up. It takes forever to load, and I close it out after about a minute. The next day, I tried inunstalling Creative Cloud and it takes me to a loading screen in Creative Cloud, so I left it there and went to my kitchen to get a snack. But, when I get back to my computer, ITS STILL LOADING! I was like, "Thats weird. I'm gonna try again tomorrow." Tomorrow arrives, and I try it again, same result. I have a good WiFi connection, with my specs being an i5 and 8gb RAM, so idk what the problem is.

The timeline is as follows:1. I first start a 7-day trial for photograph plan and install PS and LR on my compiuter.2. I purchased 3 redemption codes each contains 4-month photograph plan license and activated them successfully.3. I canceled the 7-day trial.4. I lost all access to adobe products, and was prompted that the codes have been redempted before! I don't know where is wrong anyway.
