Bonjour, suite à la réinstallation de mon système d’exploitation (Windows 10) j’ai un message d’erreur qui me dit que je ne suis pas à jour et il m’est impossible de réinstaller le logiciel. J’ai mis à jour récemment mon PC avec  Windows 11, le message est le même. Quelle est la solution s’il vous plait ? Cordialement

HELP! I am getting "Unable to Conndct to Server" message. Use Photoshop on PC with Windows 7 and only 4gb RAM.I have updated system as suggested but the only change this has made is I get to stage where an authenticating code sent to me after that get message. I have not reinstalled programme again as do not think my system would be compatible. Clock at correct time.Firewall allowing all Adobe.Windows 7 updated. Previous answers do not cover my problem it seems. Hi all! My Photoshop CC 2014 suddenly stopped working on my PC with Win 8.1 ( Error: Browser or OS too old - I installed the latest Explorer & Edge, but that didn't work ). So I updated Adobe Creative Cloud, uninstalled the old Photoshop and wanted to install a newer version.  Now I am only offered the latest version ( 22.51 for Win 10 )  and it is not compatible with my operating system Win 8.1!I don't have a selection point for an older version! In the settings I have also activated the button "Show older apps". But I still don't have a choice for an older version! So how do I get an older Photoshop version installed for my Win 8.1?Hope someone can help - thank you in advance. David

I have downloaded all apps in my Creative Cloud subscription to give them a try. Now I find that some apps take a long time to load and looking at the Activity monitor on my MacBook Pro, I find a whole bunch of Adobe processes eating up a lot of CPU time. I have no idea what these processes are doing. What does the Adobe Acrobat Synchronizer do? What are multiple Adobe CEF Helpers and multiple AdobeCRDeamon processes doing ? I happen to think that my MacBook Pro is my own computer and I would like to have full documentation on what these processes are doing so that I can decide if the current situation is normal or not. If someone knows where all of this is described, then please answer with a link to that documentation.

Hi all,I purchased and downloaded Lightroom a couple of years ago, and have been using it frequently and now can't imagine life without it.Last weekend following a crash from my MacBook Pro, I needed to install a new hard-drive and lost all the data that hadn't been backed up, which, I found out belatedly, included my emails.I have today visited my Adobe account to re-download to my new hard drive but find that my account shows no download history and therefore no record of my previous purchase.Is there any other way of proving my purchase and being able to download something I've already paid for.Any help or advice would be appreciated.Thanks in advanceNorm

I have downloaded Lightroom and when I try to open it I get a message saying there is a problem connecting to the Mac App Store and that I should contact support team with a reference number of 1005 - can anyone help?

I have a creative cloud membership and have it installed and usable on my work desktop. I would also like to install the programs on my home laptop. How do I do this? I log in to adobe on my laptop and go to the download center, download Adobe Creative Cloud desktop and it gives me Error code: A12E1

I have had this issue for several months now, where I have been unable to use the Creative Cloud desktop app as it simply displays a white screen when opened. I have tried every solution I have seen in the FAQ and these forms, including deleting the contents of the OOBE folder, uninstalling the service through the cleaner, and updating Windows 10. Nothing has helped to resolve the issue. Even booting in Safe Mode, the issue persists. Are there any other methods to fix this?

Serial number confirmed by support as legit and mine.WIN7 computer crashed, did a rebuild and now I am not able to activate my license. Everytime I open any Adobe application I get " Please Connect to the Internet and retry". I am not able to activate the product. If I generate the key code and insert it, it claims I have illegal serial number. I would like to use this computer because it is all setup with Matrox hardware. Can anyone help me? Support simply claims that product is no longer supported, therefore no help.

I have tried all of the solutions I could find on this website, because this seems like a common problem.  When I select the creative cloud installer and try to either select eject or just drag it to the trash, I get this message: I have deleted everything adobe that I can find on my computer, even the acrobat reader, emptied the trash, and still can't get this thing off my desktop.  I searched the activity monitor for anything adobe, "code," "cc," "cloud," "daemon" - nothing I do will allow me to eject this thing.  It is making me think it is harmful to my computer.  Has anyone had this experience and knows what I can do?  I'm running my antivirus software now to see if that can help, but nothing so far. This is my activity monitor, just to demonstrate that there is nothing else adobe that I can quit:  

I get this message when I start PS. I'm on the monthly photography plan. My payment isn't due to the end of the month. I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate. Also it says I cannot connect to Adobe server.  I've read this may be a security error? and I should update Windows? I do not want to update to Windows 10. I've read that maybe I am a victim of fraud? and I should call 866 493 4991?  Can someone please help? There is nothing more frustrating when you are trying to finish a project.  Thank you.-Joseph

Hi I own Lightroom 6 CD.I can't download onto my new computer, because it either says it's too old to download, or that it's active on to many devices. But all my other devices have been in the landfill for a while already.Any ideas?My customers are waiting for their photos.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin mittlerweile komplett am verzweifeln und vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen. Ich hatte über mehrere Jahre eine "Creative Cloud"-Lizenz über meine Berufsschule mit eigenem Login. Jetzt hat meine Berufsschule mir die Lizenz entzogen und ich habe mir mit meinem eigenen Account ein eigenes "Creative Cloud"-Abo zugelegt.Wenn ich "Creative Cloud" auf meinem PC starte erscheint diese Fehlermeldung.  Wenn ich auf den "Anmelden"-Button klicke, erscheint die selbe Fehlermeldung einfach nochmal und das immer wieder. Im Reiter "Hilfe" sind die Punkte "Adobe-Konto...", "Abmelden" und "Nach Updates suchen" aus gegraut.Ich habe schon alles versucht. Deinstallieren mit dem extra herunterzuladenden Creative Cloud Uninstaller, Deinstallieren mit dem RevoUninstaller, manuelles Deinstallieren (durch löschen aller installierten adobe-Daten, inklusive löschen von Registry Einträgen) und sämtliche auf der Adobe Seite angebotenen Hilfestellungen und Lösungsmöglichkeiten.E

On my new computer everything worked fine (including Photoshop elements) until I got the message "activate windows". Since I did that I can't access elements no more. Strange. In ADOBE I found "download non-subscription app for new computer" with a exe download file for my registered version. When I click the downloaded file I get the message "the archiving part for Adobe photoshop elements 12 is missing". Before unpacking I should "first download the files for my operating system" ??? Any tips? In what directory should I copy the new downloaded exe file? (I tried to copy into the directory to wich my shortcut refers to). Does not work.Question 2: in case i'd buy the newest edition (P El 2022) is it a good idea to uninstall everything of the old version?              Many thanks

Seit dem letzten Update kommt immer der Fehler 87. Das Update wird gestartet und nach 2% wird der Fehler 87 ausgegeben. Die Fierwall wurde schon deaktiviert und der Host repariert, das hat alles nichts gebracht. Bis jetzt hat immer alles funktioniert auf meinen Windows Rechner. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn jemand mir hgelfen könnte bei meinen Problem.

Bonjour,J'ai depuis ce matin un souci inexplicable avec Creative Cloud qui ne cesse de m'afficher un message d'erreur et me demande de le réinstaller OU de le réparer. Ce que je me suis emplyé à faire sans succès. Si il affiche bien mon profil et les aaplications installées, il lui est impossible 1) : de se connecter à mon compte via l'application de bureau, 2) : de désinstaller les applications demandées, 3) : l'application de bureau mouline dans le vide à la recherche de polices installées ou d'autres paramètres (synchronisation de fichiers), 4) : ne coche pas et n'active pas les options demandées dans les préférences (désinstaller les anciennes versions par exemple). Je possède un Imac récent (fin 2019) et avec le dernier Os Mac BigSur. Tout fonctioonait alors correctement jusque là.Seules les mises à jour automatiques exécutées par la CCsuite ont été faites.D'autres rencontrent-ils ce problème ? Merci pour vos aimables retours.

I recently purchased the Adobe bundle for 9.99/mo that includes 8 or 9 applications, including Lightroom and Lightroom Classic.  I'm been using LR Classic on my desktop for working on pictures from my mirrorless camera, but I wanted to download Lightroom on my iPhone for quick edits on the run.  However, I can't tell which app to download.  I see one called Lightroom (with the LR logo), but it says it comes with ads, and I'm thinking I don't want to endure them since I'm paying for a subscription.  Maybe there's an option to enter my subscription credentials once downloaded and I can get rid of the ads?  Any advice would be appreciated.

Bonjour,Suite à un changement de carte mère et réinitialisation du système, j'ai réinstallé PhotoShop et Première qui sont installés par ailleurs sur un autre PC portable.Après avoir saisi mes numéros de série, j'ai un message m'indiquant que le nombre maximal d'ordinateurs est dépassé et je suis invité à en désactiver un. Jusque là, tout est logique.Le problème, c'est que sur mon compte, la liste des appareils activés est vide. Je ne peux donc pas désactiver l'ancien.Avez-vous une idée ou un contact qui pourrait m'aider ?Merci

Fortunately, I'm done with Windows and all of its forced update resource-hungry bloatware shenanigans and I've gone back to Linux.Unfortunatey however, my subscription to Adobe for Photoshop and Illustrator was purchased and used on Windows.Fortunately however, I've got Wine on Linux so all is not lost. I can get back to work.Unfortunately however, I need assistance figuring out where I can download the Windows-Specific exe installation files. Under my list of products, it's already detected I'm on a Linux machine and won't let me specify an operating system to download it onto. If it's available for Android, Apple and Windows, wouldn't they have something somewhere that'd let you decide which format you want to download it in?Thanks for the help in advance

Just upgraded to PSE 2022. After download I tried to open. I got an error message that installer was damaged. I'm running win 10, ad bocker off, tracking off. I downloaded again with the same result.I also have Topaz software as an addon to my current PSE 18.  Thanks in advance for any help.Walt 

It looks like I am at the end of the road on getting Acrobat 8 running again on my Windows 10 PC.  Long story, but it’s very discouraging to spend hours trying to get the software I’ve used happily for years to work again.  I used to love Adobe (I was at the product announcements for both ATM and Acrobat in the early ’90s) but not so much these days.  So I guess I just need to get this off my chest. I’ve read many posts in here about the problem, about activation servers retiring, posts by Nancy O’Shea saying very firmly that it is dead and obsolete software.  I can understand any company not wanting to support old software 10 years on, but if it works, why prevent people who bought it in the past from using it—it’s not costing them anything.  It just seems mean and greedy to prevent people from using software they have bought.  My original purchase worked for years on Windows 7, 8, and 10 (the last 3 years), but when my Windows 10 PC died and I got a
