Hi, I happily had Indesign 19.1 installed on my MacBook Air (Early 2015) with 4gb ram. today I did a clean install on my macbook air, as it had several users (my kids - with all the rubbish) and I wanted to reclaim it as my own. It is now like new with no applications and running the latest version of Monterey. I went to reinstall Indesign, which I desperately need and was using fine before and now it is saying my laptop is incompatiable and I need 8GB ram. I never had this before and it was fine! Help! I really need this app. Is there anyway I can download  a version?

Hello, right now on my main computer adobe creative cloud will either be constantly loading or it will say 'you have been signed out' with an option to sign in. However, pressing the sign in button just brings me back to the exact same page - it doesn't even let me enter my username or password. Also, I have looked at this page: Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedlyand none of those solutions work. Because the Creative Cloud desktop iteself handles the installing/uninstalling of apps, and said apps need to be uninstalled before CC can be uninstalled.There is also no obm file in my Adobe appdata folder, like this thread ( Solved: "You've been signed out" error every time I try to... - Adobe Support Community - 5570906) suggested. The one thing I can do is stop all adobe related processes using task manager. What can I do to uninstall the CC apps and get a fresh start or sign in?

Can I move Photoshop and LR Classic from my internal C drive to an external G drive? The internal drive is almost at capacity and I constantly get "low disk space" warnings. If moving them will work do I uninstall then reinstall specifying the external drive? My technical IQ is very low but I will greatly appreciate any plain English suggestions. Thank you! 

Sinceramente me parece absolutamente RIDICULO este problema. yo en mi caso estoy intentando instalar unos complementos DISPONIBLES EN LA SECCIÓN DE STOCK Y MERCADO de la misma app. me dice que me aparecerá un mensaje donde debo confirmar mis datos de loguin pero NUNCA APARECE ya desinstalé todo y volví a instalar y para las apps (premiere, after, photoshop) funciona perfectamente pero para complementos me sale este error. Hi Community I have a new laptop and want to use my Adobe Acrobat Pro X with my physical license key. I signed out of all other devices so I can log in on this new laptop but the software says I've reached the limit of 2 device. This is not true as I'm signed out of all my devices (followed the sign out instructions on screen).I need someone who can check or sign out all my sessions on your backend so I can use my Adobe Acrobat Pro X license again... I already reached out to the support from Adobe and they advised me to post in this community in the hope that someone can help me here as they do not provide any additional support on this version of Adobe Acrobat. Is there someone here who can help me revoke my sessions so I can use the application again?PS: I have a physical license key for this.

I need to set up Adobe Authenticator on a new phone, but the app asks me for a code that I can't find in the desktop account settings. I've tried turning two-factor authentication off and on, and it confirms the connection has been reestablished, but it doesn't give me a QR code. The only explanation I can think of is that the QR code would be displayed in the app on the old phone. However, that phone has since been erased. Does anyone know how I can gain access to the Adobe Authenticator app? And if I need the QR code, where can I find it? Thank you.

I am unable to download the adobe creative cloud, i keep getting this error even though i uninstalled it with both avaible options given by adobe. My firewall is deactivated, wifi connection is stable and there is more then enough space on my computer. What more can i try to download the application?

So the issue is that all of the programs I'm using lost their start screens, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, all of them don't have a working home screen since the laterst 2022 update. Tried reinstalling, updating, clearing cache, disabling graphics processors, all of my start screen functions are ticked and it still doesen't want to show up, also updated my graphics drivers and windows is up to date to the latest versions, I'm running this on Windows 11 and an Nvidia RTX 3090 card, any idea on how can I fix this? 

I have recently had a problem with my laptop disk becoming corrupted. After rectifying the problems, I took the opportunity to upgrade to Windows 11 at the same time as reloading my software.I have reloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro as per instructions and after the process completed, when the software was run, I was directed to a page to authenticate the software.  I then followed the link and logged into my Adobe account and agreed the terms of use, which appeared to work correctly. However, when I subsequently restarted Acrobat Pro, I was once again taken to the same authentication page once more. I then tried to log in using the alternative email address registered with the same result. I am able to log in to my Adobe account using either of the email addresses, and to go through the acceptance process for the terms of use, but this does not appear to register correctly and the software remains unuseable. Please can you assist?

Hi guys.. I have a problem.. I just reinstalled windows because I needed a general cleaning.. after the reinstallation.. I couldn't reinstall lightroom.. I want to specify that the windows was taken directly from the original Microsoft website, the previous one was a windows 10 from the filelist... I need help and advice because this is so annoying..  I can't figure it out.. or understand why it still asks for a different version of windows..

Purchase Premier Elements 24 half a year ago.  When I tried to use the program recently I was required to sign on to my account, then asked for a serial number.  I provided the one from the "Your products" page (yes I double checked the number)  but was told it was invalid.  Tried reloading the product and was againg told the number was invalid.  Could not find a customer service number, so what am I to do?

Hello,I am currently using a Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 and have been trying to install Adobe apps from Adobe Creative Cloud. However, the installation process gets stuck with a loading animation, and the apps never fully install. I have tried restarting my computer, logging out and back into Creative Cloud, and even reinstalling the Creative Cloud app, but the issue persists.Could you please help me resolve this issue? Any troubleshooting steps or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

I own  Adobe Indesign CS4 since 2011, and have been running it frequently on the very same PC since then. Today, I cannot open my InDesign, and I get a prompt to enter serial number. I do enter the serial number 24 digits found on the back of my installation disk, but I am told that the serial number is not valid, BUT IT IS! The last time I ran InDesign was sometimes last month.Note I am not installing the program just trying to open it. It is already installed and activated.What's the problem, and what can I do?Windows 10 auto-updated recently, if that has something to do with my problem.

I had a hard drive failure in my Windows 10 PC which was unreadable. I replaced the HDD and reinstalled W10 and Photoshop Elements 9. I then bought a new Windows 11 PC and installed PE9 but got a message from Adobe that I had exceeded the number of installs. I uninstalled it from the W10 PC on the new HDD but I am unable to do that with the failed HDD. I now have just one install of PE9 in the W11 PC but I cannot use it. What can I do, I do not believe I should have to purchase another licence?

All of my space has filled up in my "C Drive" and ive been trying to install adobe creative cloud on a different hard drive or external hard drive like my 2TB hard drive or my "D Drive"... But everytime i try to reinstall adobe creative cloud it always downloads on my "C Drive"   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Hello, it's stuck 98% updating new AE, it takes long time. Now I cancelled the installation but it takes very long time to canceling as well.  I can't do anything... Please advice what's going on? My internet speed is fine.

I am curently using elements 2021 version. I have to upgrade my OS from 10 to windows 11. Wondering if the switch will have any effect on accessing it or if there are things I need to do/expect after the switch is up and running?Thanks

Hello, I have got adobe application manager installing issue. I have been chatting online with one of the expert, but the line has been cutting off because I pressed Ctrl plus R instead of Press window plus R during the process. So the conversation is over. How can I continue it again. I could not open the chatting option now. It said: 'Please quit and restart your browser to start a new chat session.' But I did restart my browser and computer, it did not help me to continue the chat session. I did call the hotline, but no one answer it. also, I did receive the email from the expert. but I could not contact him/her back. How can I do now please?
