Download & Install

Hi all,  I was at a corporate meeting attempting to present a gallery of photos I had taken, when suddenly Lightroom requested I sign in. I pressed sign in, and it said "loading", showed a new pop up with 4 squares circling, and then it said "Your software is incompatable with Adobe products, please update" and force closed Lightroom. I tried in other programs, with the same issue. I know for a fact that I am updated. I tried restarting with no change. Every Adobe app now does it and I cannot get anything to work. I am fully logged in on the creative cloud program though which doesnt make any sense. For reference, I am running the most up to date version of Windows 10 as well as all browsers and CC apps. Never had this issue until yesterday. I have a limited amount of time to submit these photos and this is now completely blocking me from doing so. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Dylan   

I'm currently unable to get Creative Cloud Installer to get past logging in with this error:JavaScript is disabled. Please enable JavaScript and try to sign in again. I believe I have the latest Java installed and running well on my fully updated Windows 10 on all my browsers. So I'm a bit stuck. This is possibly connected to my original problem whereby Premiere, After Effects and Lightroom were unable to connect to Adobe for verifiying my account, so basically locking me out. Photoshop and other apps still worked fine. So I'm attempting to do a fresh install of everything, but am now stuck at the very first step!     

Impossible de télécharger une ancienne version CC sur mon macOS Sierra. La méthode indiquée dans le lien suivant n'est pas à jour car dans l'onglet"..." , seulement "En savoir plus" est proposé. C'est une boucle sans fin. Quelqu'un aurez une solution ou bien c'est une malice de la part d'Adobe ? Merci d'avance?

Apple MacbookPro, 2015 vintage, MacOS 11.4, 16GB RAM.Installation dtops dead at 91%; no error message. Activity monitor shows two PSE2021 apps executing, one is marked unresponsive.I had the Monitor kill the unresponsive module. The other gave "unknown error" message and offered a window "Quit." Clicking on that initiated activity that is going on now for half hour. What gives?I was hoping to re-statrt one more time before asking for help but now I'm at a loss. The last time I had installation problem like this was on a WindozAny help would be appreciated and TIA.Pete 

Dear Team,  I am unable to login to adobe cloud & lightoom classic , it shows some Clock timing issues/ internet issues on pc windows 7 pro . My clock time is appropriate and there is no internet issue. Request for assistance to solve this .

Hi I have received this message when installing photoshop - Error code 22: Case-sensitive drives not supported.I have had photoshop before and never got this message so unsure why. I am unsure what to do to get around it.

Greetings,I need to operate my Adobe products for a few months without internet access. Is there an option for a prepaid monthly or yearly license file (six months or one year)? I cannot find any clear answers for my situation and I am finding some companies do offer such licensing, others don't. One company's answer was to send me software two generations old to use (last version not requiring active internet for licensing). I dearly hope Adobe's answer will not be to use pre Creative Cloud software.Thank you for your input.

As i need the Adobe Pro at work, licenses was added to my email. Nevertheless when i try to download Adobe pro always creative cloud opens up instead uf upload Adobe pro. Big Problem i first used a test version of Adobe pro. As soon as it ran down, i got the license. Problem now is just i does not disappear even i have the license in my online account i still shows adobe pro inactivated 

showing that an update is available but when i try to download and install on a Mac i get the following message,                I cannot find anwhere to install the update, any help would be appreciated. ThanksMartin

Hello, Is it possible to delete the creative cloud app, but still keep Photoshop, premiere etc.it is draining my battery, and I just Got the new MB pro 16 inch, and use it alot on the go...

Hello, I completely forgot to click "do not uninstall previous version" when updating to Premiere 2021. I only wanted to test 2021 out.  How can I get back to a 2020 version of Premiere Pro? There is no option for it and I know Adobe has the ability to get it back. It's just a matter of their willingness to allow reinstall. Thank you.

All of my pre installed adobe programs on my HP laptop (windows 10) inc acrobat and master collection (CS6) are now unusable. Ever time I try to open any program it gives me this screen message.(see pic) I have not knowingly downloaded any cloud update or program.

I bought CS6 Master Collection for iMac on eBay recently but during the installation process (90% complete) I was prompted to quite Safari and Safari Bookmarks. I quit Safari and clicked continue on the installation window. This did not work, I just got the same window come up telling me to quit Safari again and again. In the end I had to cancel the instal. I am really not sure what to do now. Can I post the serial numbers anywhere to make sure they are genuine adobe numbers? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. 

Every time I try to install Photoshop Elements the installer takes forever to load, then stops after 3% giving the 113 error, saying it can't reach adobe servers. At that point the creative cloud app is installed, but nothing else. When I start the Creative Cloud app it wants me to log in, but then just hangs without asking me for my credentials for several minutes, then goes right back to the log in prompt. Other info:A fresh Windows 10 Pro (64 bit) installStable internet connectionRebooted several times, tried different local usersRemoved and re-installed all adobe applications/services several times (via windows settings)Cleared temporary files, browser chacheDisabled windows firewall & antivirus, no changeNo pending windows updatesOther apps connect to the internet just fineI tried installing the log collector tool, but that too won't install because it can't connect. 

I want to install Adobe Acrobat XI Standard that I bought in 2013 on a new computer.  Previous computers where the software was installed are no longer available. When I try to install on the new computer is says I have 30 days to deactivate on other devices. But these computers are kaput. How do I do this?

I have Photoshop Elements 11, from 2013. This is on a partition of my computer that is running an old Mac OS, 10.8.  I would like to upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2021 at the discounted cost, to the newer partition of my computer with OS 10.13.6.  If I pay for the upgrade, how do I get the new software to work on the OS 10.13.6 partition, when the original software purchase is on the older OS 10.8 partition. Thanks in advance!

I've been using Portfolio for the past couple years for my website, and just today when giving it a refresh I noticed my images aren't sharp when viewed in the Lightbox. All images uploaded are 2500px on the long side, giving more than enough resolution for an average screen, but the fine detail just isn't there.  Over the past couple days I had been looking at other options for hosting my site (Squarespace, Wix, etc...) and my images there look fantastic! Seems strange using a platform from Adobe themselves, wouldn't give me optimal resolution.  I've combed through the options for Portfolio and see no way of making any changes other than just turning the lightbox on or off. Is there something I'm missing that's causing loss of image quality? Again, they look great on other platforms (even Facebook and Instagram have rendered them better). 

I purchased Premiere Pro CS6 a few years ago but recently got a new pc.  I tried installing it from my account under programs (yes its listed and shows the program and serial number) but the downloaded install files dont actually install the program.

After installing After effects it won't open. I get error code MSVCP11O.dll.  Please help 

Hello, I just downloaded Photoshop today by purchasing the subscription. However, it says that all Adobe Creative Cloud apps are not compatible with my computer, hence I could not use any of the functions. My laptop has a Windows 10 system (64 digit) and in theory it should work. Is it possible to install an older version of Photoshop so that I could use it? Or any other methods? Thank you！

Hi, I have a license for this product and still like using it for occasional vector graphics work. However, I can't find the DL link (although I know that it exists, as a customer support worker has given it to me some time ago). Could someone please post that link? 

As others have stated, we paid large sums of money for Adobe Creative Suite CS3 and NOW, when we buy a new computer and install it,  we cannot ACTIVATE IT !!!    I understand it is old, but I need it for my job. The only way I can continue to use it is to keep my VERY OLD COMPUTER as a backup. This is a shame and Adobe does not care  about their customers... I am OK using an old program, I do not need the new CLOUD features, but they are blocking me.
