I have paid for abbonnement and I changed to new computer! But every time I click install its says my test period is run out and I cannot use Photopshop!And there is NO contact form or email! Even on your contact page there is no contact, even it says "only real humans"! LOLSo how do I get rid of the test-version? I even uinstalled and installed again from the program telling that I have it in my plan and playing every month!How do I get a working PhotoSHop for my money?And how do I contact Adobe? - it seems impossible!?

I have an old CS5 Design Standard mac install disc which has never been used. I am trying to install to an old iMac that i have recently received so that my daughters can learn to use illustrator and photoshop. I have it installed, but when i try to activate it, I just get a notice that there is a network issue , and to try again later. It does not give me an option to activate offline or generate a request code. Thanks

How do I report or who do I report the websites that have Adobe Cracked Products to illegally download? I'm so sick of this Facebook group Im on. All they do us share the same websites to get the illegal downloads and then paying customers down the line wonder why they raised the prices again.

Hello everyone. I hope everyone is doing well. I recently purchased Adobe Illustrator. I am unable to unstall it. The app kee loading. I have tried everything and followed the instructions on the help page but nothin works. Any help in this regard would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have reset my Windows 10. I tried to re-install Creative Cloud, but I keep getting an error, "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load" after a little while I get another message "Relaunch Creative Cloud or Restart your computer and try again". I then get a dialog box to "repair" or Quit". This is just going on for 5 hours, without any result.

I tried to update photoshop desktop to v22 but it fails each time at 75%.  I uninstalled but adobe still thinks it is installed and tries to update again.  Same failure at 75%.  Please help

I've recieved this error message a total of 5 times, and no matter what I do--even after following all of the steps on the help page here, I still get the same error message. I use photoshop for both school and work purposes and need it on my computer. After the new update failed, I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall--I was getting the same error when trying to update.Please help! 

I bought yesterday the Full Package, but the download is blocked at 21.5%, I tried many times to cancel and start again, but it stops every time at 21.5%!! 

I've changed my password to download photoshop few times but It's only possible to login into my accout but it's not working when i tired to download photoshop.Please let me know further way to fix this situation. Thanks

Hi all, we just updated our Macbook Pro 2018 to Big Sur 11.5.1 and have not been able to open any files or even start new in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Acrobat DC without crashing. Upon starting to edit the file, the spinning wheel comes and I have to force quit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, updated, and of course restarted the laptop multiple times. I have closed the "Adobe CR Daemon" in activity monitor as well, if that helps... It does look like InDesign is now up to 16.4(?) even though Cloud is telling me I am currently up to date with 16.3.2 and all other programs are up to date as well. I'm not sure how long it takes for the updates to be available to us. Any help is appreciated... This is all after being without internet for half a week and thinking my wireless card was out of commission, and then updating to Big Sur, having my internet back and now all my design programs don't work! 😞

I just purchased a new MacBook Pro with M-1 Chip and did Transfer Assistant for all my Applications. Trying to open Photoshop, but no go, spinning, spinning, spinning. Just signed into my account from the new computer... do I need to re-load the program? Can I keep it on both computers?

Hi Community, I've bought a license of Adobe CS5.5 Design Standard some years ago. I'm not using it any longer. Is it possible to sell it / hand over to someone, who can use it? And how can I swap the Product registration to the new user? At the moment Adobe Homepage just says "This serial number is already in use.". Please advice! Best regards, PengLi

I recently purchased a Mac Book Pro, that came with OS Big Sur 11.1. It is my first Mac and I was upgrading ( or so I thought) from a windows laptop to this.  I'm a working artist and was looking forward to using the as my new creative tool.    I have downloaded Creative Cloud 8 times and have had NO luck with the instalation of creative cloud to access my paid subscription.  I have read this was a n issue with older versions of Big Sur... I would have thought this would have be resolved by now??  Can anyone help?    

Hello!I am currently living in Saint Lucia (in the Caribbean) and I recently tried purchasing one of your products called 'Premiere Pro' and did not work. It brought me to a blank page saying, "Purchase Unavailable This product isn't available for purchase in your country or region (Saint Lucia)." HelloI have a problem in downloading Acrobat Pro, when it reaches about 50 or 60%, it shows an error 136. I tried all the solutions on the Internet, I deleted all the program files and acrobat reader files I tried again but to no avail

The rest of the message says...The code execution cannot proceed because mscms.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.I have tried to Reinstall a few times with no success.Any help with be greatly appreciated!

I am new to macs with a macbook pro with M1 processor. I was trying to install the adobe creative cloud desktop app. I got a message saying I needed to download rosetta which seemed strange but it wouldn't proceed with the install without it. I clicked ok then got an error which simply stated "An error occurred while installing the selected updates." No other designation and I cannot seem to find any way around the problem.

I´m told "to face the end of my test Abo" supposedly free of charge, although my credit-card is charged since May2021 monthly with EUR 24,99 by Adobe Systems Software in Dublin /IRE for having ordered "Adobe Acrobat PRO DC", which I originally intended, but I realize since May many problems to start my PRO DC everytime as appearantly there is still another program of Adobe Acrobat DC installed on my PC which fights against the new-installed article. So I want to finish the use of it as it is helpless in that way and I want to cancel my Abo. There is no easy possibility to contact with a mail address to do so and I don't want to spend such a lot of time with a cancellation.Is there anybody from the support team to help me in this matter?

Is Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustration, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, compatible with a Microsoft Surface Book 2 with Windows 10 Pro? I don't know what the difference is between Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 V2004.

Hi,I have just subscribed to CC and installed it on my laptop. I'll be getting a new desktop soon, and would like to have CC on that system as well since it's not good for the laptop to be working for hours on end. I wouldn't need to have them open at the same time, of course - the desktop would be the workhorse and the laptop for doing tweaks.  How would I do that?
