Download & Install

Hello, I came across our old CS5 Design Premium CD set (educational set) the other day, and noticed that this set still seems to be in demand from the looks of all the ebay auctions that are selling. There are lots of the educational sets on there selling too. I thought these sets were not transferable. So why are so many folks buying and selling them if the buyer cannot use them? I would love to find someone else who could use these, but I do not have that old serial number anymore. Is it worth selling this without a serial number? 

In a quick nustshell, have and have had PR  attached to a gmail account for some years. I got a subscription for PS, however, that...not sure how..is attached to a second different account. The subsription was paid but I can't install because the install keeps going to the gmail adobe account where I already have PR and that account wants me to pay before it installs. Any ideas????

I have a two activation license for CS5.One activation is running on a WIndows 11 PC and the second activation on a Windows 10 PC. I am going to install Windows 11 as a clean install on the current Windows 10 PC.If I deactivate the CS5 activation on Windows 10, will that activation become available to use on my Windows 11 install? Also, when I deactivate one instance of CS5, does it in any way affect the activation on the other PC?  I mean I don't want to lose CS5 on the other machine! Does all this deactivation and reactivation of licenses happen via the internet? Will Adobe provide any assistance if I have a problem? Thanks for your help.  

I bought Illustrator CS4 directly from Adobe online; I never had a disk.  My hard drive has gone whacko-, I had to replace it.  Now I can't get illustrator to run, and the link I had that used to bring me to the download site no longer has a download link.  I don't mind buying software online; but I didn't get a disk.  I don't want to have to buy an upgrade just because my hard disk crashed but by removing the link to my software, it appears they're trying to make me do that.  I still have the serial number and it was a full install, not an upgrade.  Anybody know what I can do about this?   Thank you.

First off, I realize this software is 13 years old. I update 1 file every July, and it just doesn't make sense to be forced into a subscription model. That said, I recently got a new computer. I properly deactivated my old cs6 on that computer. My Adobe accoount shows my registered product, and also shows 0 activated devices. My new computer won't activate cs6, as it says I have too many activated devices. I still have access to my old computer, but now that cs6 is deactivated on it, I\m not sure that\s much help... Customer support told me to subscribe to their new services...but I just want access to the product I paid for, and properly deactivated 😕😕 I saw numerous posts with cs6 activation issues, but they all seemed to stem from not deactivating the old copy, so this case seems different. Any great ideas? TIA

I'm at a loss with the issue I'm having and I maybe this is the right place to look for help.So I've been using CS6 Production Premium for a long time and recently I started getting the 30 days countdown that I must deactivate another computer or provide another valid serial number. I'm not able to deactivate because the product does not appear on the "products activation page". I also don't have access to any old computers I might have used CS6 on.I've looked endlessly for a way to reach out to adobe and get help to reset my activations, but apparently I can only talk with the Adobe Virtual Assistant which told me this:"Since we don't provide chat support for discontinued products, versions, or free apps, you may find help at adobe.com/go/eos". This don't help me at all!The chat then pointed me here as I clicked "More contact options".Is there anyway possible I can get contact with Adobe and get help to open up CS6 softwares again? I'm terrified that I'm about to lose access

I've seen some similar posts but nothing that has exactly what I have and the full solution so I'm trying again.  I know CS6 is old and outdated but I use Bridge/Camera Raw and Photoshop for casual photo editing.   I have a brand new Dell PC running Windows 11 Pro.  When I attempt to do a full install I get issues with PxHIpa64.sys or Px Engine Device Driver for 64-bit Windows Rovi Corporation.  The later issue I resolved by not installing Adobe Flash Builder.   Do I need to just install using admin privileges?  Or, do I also need to take memory integrity off while I do the install?  Can I turn it back on after?  If I just install PS6, Bridge and InDesign will that remove this driver requirement?   Thanks!

I am having issues caused by the PxHlp20 driver installed with CS6.Anyone know which program within the collevtion uses that driver? Thanks,Doug

Hi There, I am running an imac ,I installed creative cloudbecause I was looking for a pdf reader, and that is what I got sent to. Having realised it's not what I wanted I have used the uninstaller to get rid of it. The installer gives a message removed with errors, and I am left with an  app manager icon on my desktop and various other elements in my launchpad, none of which I can do anything with. I tried the chat bot  to no avail, it just told me I needed an account to speak to a human. I don't want an account, I just want rid of all the dregs. If anyone can help me I will be very grateful T.I.A. Don

I own a valid photoshop cs5.1 version. In the pass I had it installed on two other machines with different email accounts. those machines became obsolete ,trashed. And the email accounts are gone as well. Upon attempting to log into photoshop now it brings only a pop box where some of the information says that my serial number is already activated on two other computers.  I need a solution to be able to use my product again. Please advise thank you.

I have a version of the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard edition I purchased when I was in school in 2012. I was using it for many years and that computer has since died. I never wrote down the 6 digit serial code thinking I would always be able to get it later if I needed it.  Inside the packing was a piece of paper on how to get the 6 digit serial needed to download the suite. Since then, the website on that piece of paper "www.adobe.com/go/studentlicensing" no longer exists. The email it suggest for help DL-s&tlicensing@adobe.com also bounces back. I have a 24 digit serial number, my student Id, & the coupon code used to make the purchase and many other numbers on the packaging, but NO WAY to get the 6 digit serial number that I am prompted for when I try downloading the suite because it apparently was only available on a website that Adobe has since gotten rid of. Support had no clue how to get me this 6 digit code and suggested this is the only option to get h

I just got a new computer, and I was hoping to download Photoshop, Flash, etc. to give 'em all a spin, but I can't seem to find a download link anywhere. I do own Web Premium CS5.5, but the computer I'm using lacks an optical drive for me to put my discs in. I have the key, though, of course. Could somebody direct me to where I could download Web Premium CS5.5 so I can use it? I've already done some searching. I actually managed to find a download page on the main adobe website, but when I clicked the download button, nothing happened. I did some searching on this support site, too, and the closest I got was finding download links to Production Premium CS5.5. I don't have a key for that, though.

I have Lightroom 6 on CD-ROM with perpetual licence (2016). It stopped working on my old PC. I bought a new one, with recommended by the Adobe consultant OS Windows Home 10 (not the WH 11!). Then I installed successfully LR6 on a brand new PC (in order to avoid any interference, PC is still without any other software except the OS), but when I want to open it, it requires to sign in on Adobe website (see attached screenshot). Unfortunately, even after signing in (I attached the screenshot), nothing happens - it still asks for signing in and LR6 does not open. I tried to sign in several times, the same result. I want to use my perpetual licence and don't want to buy subscription. What shall I do? 

I haven't used Premiere Elements for a long time, but after Filmora removed a lot of much needed functions from my Lifetime License I have no option. As I had upgraded to 2018 but never used it, was now trying to edit a video but I don't like it at all!!!! How can I go back to 2012? Because after all I paid for both version? Not right to disable one? I only quit 2012 because it had huge problems with the constant, very long rendering, but I was hoping that maybe they had fixed that? Really hate 2018. Tried 2025 and was prepared to buy it, didn't like it at all! All getting ever worse, just a way to get our money and then no technical or costumer service to speak to. Awful! 

I am installing a Adobe Acrobat (2020 pro) version and I have the serial number for that software. However, after the installation it will pop up a login window. I tried to log in but Acrobat will close itself and when I open it, the same window pops up and I am unable to use the software. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Can't find the options for Illustrator legacy versions. It's showing system incompatible, and thats's the exact reason why I need a legacy version of Ai. But at the same time, legacy versions of Photoshop is showing. How to resolve this issue? 

HelloThis is deja vu all over again, because I swear I hd this problem 3 years ago but I failed to record how I solved it so here I go again...I have 10.14.6 Os X Mojave and I'm trying to install CS6 Web Design Premier, so I can reinstall Photoshop CS6 on this machine.I successfully downloaded the dmg file, opened the installer, and when I run the installer I immediately got a pop up error as follows:I then went down a rabbit hole of trying to find solutions in this forum, including:installing from the terminal (new more verbose errors! see below)restarting is safe mode and installing from the terminal (same error as in screenshot above)installing aobe air help and then using the installer (same error)following someone's random code to undo "apple quarantine":sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine...and then installing from terminal (same more verbose errors! see below)So I'm at a loss.Can anyone please help me try to solve this?  I use photosop a lot and I would really like to get

I have my new license uploaded through July 2026 but cannot operate my programs because it is still referreing to my 2025 license. When I go to remove it I get this message in terminal: sudo: ./adobe-licensing-toolkit: command not found Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I do or do not try to unintall or delete the Adobe suite / all apps before taking the steps anew to download Reader only and then upgrade to the full Adobe Pro installation? Do you have steps to how to best / fully uninstall/delete what initially added Creative Cloud to my Mac? Thanks!
