Download & Install

I have a Mac with OS 10.13.6.  It seems I can't run Photoshop Elements 2021 on this computer.  See screen grabs attached of my computer specs and system requirements of Elements 2021 please.   I have Photoshop Elements 11 from 2013 on the 10.8 OS partition of my computer.If I want to upgrade my Photoshop Elements, is it that I have to purchase an EARLIER version than Elements 2021, in order for it to run on my Mac with OS 10.13.6? If yes, how do I purchase older versions for Photoshop Elements? I am also not sure if my processor is adequate.  It is 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7Is this a further problem? Thank you!

can i dowload older versions of after effects? my pc doesnt support new versions. is there any direct dowload link for version 2017 for example?thanks 🙂

Hi,the only part of CC that I use on my macOS is Bridge that comes free (I use LR6 and PS CS6 that fortunately are not associated to CC).As Bridge CC is a part of the CC Suite some extra apps were installed too.I get the Adobe Application Manager app that it's called Adobe Creative Cloud inside itself. In the Preferences of the app I unchecked:General -> Launch at loginCreative Cloud -> Files -> Sync On/Off -> Creative Cloud SyncCreative Cloud -> Fonts -> Typekit On/Off -> Typekit SyncSo, this helped me with the AAM that I have to launch manually if I want to upgrade the Bridge CC. Actually, it's interesting that Adobe Reader is not updatable via the AAM but use it's own updater.What I don't like is still many processes from Adobe in my operating system, even after clean restart of my system.How to remove/disable them without destroying anything? I'm talking about the following processes that run in background:Core syncCore Sync HelperAdobe Desktop ServiceCCXProces

I can't get any thing done because it keeps asking for my redemption number or as if I don't have it, bought this program from Best Buy this week and can't get it to work well at all. What is the problem it was downloaded on the internet with help as my new computer does not have a CD drive. I have the disk with the serial no. and the redemption code. 

Everytime I try to install Premium Pro it says "Conflict installing premium pro Save your work and close the following programs before continuing. learn more". I clicked learn more and and went through all of the steps and that same message keeps popping up... I don't know what to do. please help.

Recently I purchased a new iMac which runs Big Sur. On my old computer I was using Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 6 because I do not believe in subscription software. This is upsetting because Apple no longer supports 32 bit applications and because Adobe no longer supports anything but subscription based software. It would be nice if Adobe continued to support these legacy apps and charge for upgrades but I guess that doesn't fit in their marketing strategy.  It appears I can buy a "subscription" for Lightroom and Photoshop for $10.00/month but I am not sure exactly how this works. Does the software physically reside on my computer or am I running an app that is in someone's cloud? If it is in the cloud, will I be able to use the numerous addons and plugins I have? How does this work? Thank you.

I used a USB DVD drive to install the DVD. Mac mini does not recognize it. The box says it can install on Windows/Macintosh. I know it's old - so am I - probably 30-40 years. But it's never been opened. The Finder says it does not support the Partition Map or SMART status. Is there a way I could download it from the website?

Hola... Hotmail me dio de baja la cuenta con la que había iniciado en Creative Cloud, por lo tanto nunca pude verificar mi cuenta... Ahora que intento desinstalar toda la paquetería no puedo, Adobe me abre directo la ventana de verificación de correo.¿Qué puedo hacer?Ya he intentado recuperar la cuenta en hotmail, pero es imposible, todos los formularios me los rechaza

I just recently got the creative cloud installed and have been trouble downloading the apps, after going through the community solutions and tried a few of the methods was only able to downloads one of the few apps I need for my college course. I keep trying these methods over and over again and even restarting my laptop and doesn't work, I really need help.the error code 403 solutions provided didn't work for me anymore, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I was able to download one of the apps I need. any help would be appreciated.

I installed Bridge and Photoshop on my machine and am getting some ill effects on my laptop after having uninstalled. Effects were most obviously caused by Adobe software as they appeared right after Adobe software installation.  After uninstalling, the problems did not go away.  I would like every file Adobe software put on my machine to be off. Is there a way to do this? Thank you. 

My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC stopped working. I uninstalled, and then reinstalled. However, when I click on Acrobat_DC_installer, I get the error message "The following disc images could not be opened. Reason. No such file or directory." I really need to read pdf as in yesterday. Consider me waiving my arms and crying for help.  Thanks! Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6  

I originally purchased Photoshop Elements from Amazon US, at a US Dollar price in 2013.I now want to purchase the upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2021 at the discounted price that comes up on the web page.  See attached images.  When I proceed to purchase, I am given the UK price, which is not discounted.  I happen to currently be in the UK, but I first set up my account from the US. How do I purchase an upgrade to my 2013 purchased Photoshop Elements, at the US price being offered on the website?  Thank you in advance!

I currently have an iMac in the office and a Macbook Pro for when I'm out on the road. Both have CC on them. I'd like to get another machine for the office. I have a standard subscription for all of the apps which allows me to have two active CC systems operating at the same time. Is it possible to have CC put into my third machine so I can use either both of the office machines at once or the laptop and an office machine working together? So at any one time, only two of the three installs are active? Or if I want to have a third install available to me, I have to upgrade my sub? Thanks.

Dear Adobe Community, I have the following issue. I can´t update any Adobe CC Application or install a new one. It always starts a few percentage of success but than the typical colorful apple wheel appears and the complete MacBook get frozen or it starts automaticly new with the message "An error has occurred". I tried the steps below:Repair Mode of the Creative Cloud (with the uninstaller app)Deinstalled Creative Cloud and and all applicatians and reinstall them after itDeinstalled my Anti-Virus-ProgramTried the CC Cleaner ToolTried a different Creative Cloud version for my MacBook requirements (version of MacBook) But the problem is still there. I spended really a lot of hours with this drama. I would be very happy for any tip. Reinstall the MacBook would´nt be my wish... Kind regardsDominik

My Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year) (Paid Monthly) has just ended, but I can not renew.When I open the programme it shows the box"Renew your subscription at Adobe.com today."I clicked it as usual just like the month before. The browser shows up I choose the plan and It shows"You're already subscribed to the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year). See your plan details We are unable to assign a license of the product you are trying to purchase to this account.How is this possible? I am doing this for almost a year and the problem never happened before.

Resently my PC was formatted & another hard disc was used for installing Windows 8 & other software.But I was unable to install Adobe Design Std CS6 6.00 again. It is showing 7 day trial.During activation it gives internet connection issue.

Hi, my legitimate (bought from adobe) CS6 Web Premium serial number was revoked and I can not use them anymore. I have my serial number registered and available on my account. I have all the packages and disks with me.Would you tell me how I can fix this?

Will Elements and Premiere 2021 work on a MAC running Big Sur ver 11.5.1  I would like to know if there is a problem before purchase because I had Photoshop Elements and Premiere 7 and after updating to Mac OS Big Sur the software no longer worked.  I have since delete the software from my PC.  So I would like to know if there is issues with Elements and Premiere 2021 before purchase Thank youDeb

Howdy CC People.I have CC on my work computer for various stuff. I am trying to now download/install Photoshop and Acrobat. The status bar climbs to 6% then hits me with this bad boy:Upon clicking 'More Information' I get this wonderful thing:My main drive is a network drive with countless terrabytes available, but my D drive - where all my CC stuff is located - has around 75GB on it (It's an SSD, if that makes a difference).Now I have another PC next to this one that is absolutely identical in specifications and build set up. It has every single CC program installed and runs like a dream. For some reason that I cannot find, this one just won't play ball.Anyone here that can help? My companies IT department are absolute horsesh*t.
