Hello,  I looking for the same issue on the forum but I don't find anything, I hope I didn't miss it...When I am launching Photoshop, it loads, loads, loads... I got the work desk in background, the news screen above and the rainbow cursor... no other way out, Photoshop is stuck. I upgraded my OS (Big Sur 11.4)Photoshop is well updated tooalready try to uninstall/reinstallalready try to find "Préférences/Adobe Photoshop <version année> Paramètres/" but no folder in my librarymy laptop specifications seems to be ok (Intel core i7 duo / 3,3 GHz / 16Go ram / Intel Iris Graphics 1536 Mo)InDesign & Illustrator work perfectly... I am really blocked and I would be so glad to have your help... Thank you very much,

Can some one help please? I have CC app, 1 licence running on 2 Macs as allowed. 1 machine is at my place of work. It is directly connected to the network and I never have any problems with the app or computer. All runs fine. My Mac at home is coneected to my home network via Wifi. The CC app will not run properly and slows down my whole machine considerably and when it requests an update it has all sorts of issues. Sometimes it clears its self (this has been going on for months) and then seems to run fine again for a while but if I turn off or reboot my computer I've lost it all again and I'm back to square one. I can't keep my machine on all the time! Last night had the same issue. I cleared some memory and anything I thought would slow it down and also installed the new Big Sur thinking new updated software might help but after hours of installing and uninstalling it's still acceptionally slow and CC app not working properly. It's so frustrating I've spent hours trying to sort this.

 I have been subscribed to CC for a couple months now, a few weeks ago I was hit with this error message that appears each and every time I launch the Adobe Creative Cloud app. I have tried virtually every solution I've found on this forum (though most threads are from a few years ago), including using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and completely wiping my PC to factory settings. Each time I reinstall the app I'm met with this same error message making the programme entirely unusable. I'm currently subscribed on the student plan which locks me in over a course of 12 (?) months, but at this point I have been continuing to pay while the programme has been useless for at least one of these months. I was hoping to find a solution, or given the option to cancel my subscription if there isn't a way to receive the service that I'm paying for. Thanks,Jake.

I just signed up for the Adobe 7 day free trial and was given order # and payment dues.When I try to download onto my iPad, it directs me to the Apple store, who then again asks for payment info!  Why is this required twice?  I don't want to be paying Apple again for this trial!!  Can someone let me know if I should proceed?  This is totally confusing!!

On my macOS (Mojave), I have an folder, 'Adobe GCdata' which keeps appearing everytime my computer turns on, with one file within it. It always has zero bytes. I haven't opened Adobe DC Reader recently; no other Adobe products are on my computer, not even Adobe Flash Player.  Is this Malware or a folder created from Adobe?  My antivirus company, F-Secure, thinks it may be a hacker trying to enter my computer. Can anyone in the Adobe Community share a solution? Thanks.

my downloaded pdfs now have the adobe screen page showing around it. downloaded the free software earlier to read a proof flyer but I dont intend to subscribe to the software. Can you assist how I may quit it?

My updates have stopped because of my OS High Sierra 13.6. Does anyone know how I can update my macbook pro to a newer OS? I have read a few articles, but I'm not sure if this can be done. I have an annual photography plan and pay every month for photoshop.The photoshop that is installed on my desktop doensn't work as it is mentionned that the free trial expired.I do not need that free trial as I pay every month for the program.I tried to reinstall, but that didn't change anything. It is still stuck.Who can help me to fix this ?

I'm trying to install Photoshop on my new MacBook Air and I keep getting "Error Code 403."  I followed the steps to fix this error and checked for updates.  According tom that, I am up to date and there's nothing for me to download.  When I retry to install PS, I get the same error code ... again ... and again ... and again ...

Hello! I'm trying to install Adobe XD but when I double click on the app icon an error message comes up saying "No internet connection" when I am fully online. I've tried restarting my computer twice and I also unplugged and restarted my router. It's still happening and doesn't make any sense and obviously, it's very frustrating! I've had CS6 installed on my Mac Pro and used if for years until the computer's power supply failed last week and it went dead. I bought a second, identical Mac Pro, and moved my hard drives into it and am back up and running again. However, when I start up any CS6 application, up comes the CS6 Adobe Application Manager window asking me to sign in and re-enter the activation code (otherwise it says I'm running it on a trial basis for 30 days). That's no problem, I have the serial number right here, ready to enter. I click on the License This Software button which takes me to the Sign-In Required window. When I click on Sign In Now, my e-mail address is already filled in for me, so I add the password in the box provided and click Sign In. All that happens is that it goes right back to the Sign-In Required window.  Again I type in my password, click Sign In, and once again, back we go to the Sign In Now window. Around and around we go in circles, every time, stuck in

I have an old CD version of lightroom 1.1.  I want to install it on my laptop, but chat support and phone support are zero help because there is no new revenue for Adobe.   How do I go about downloading lightroom and using the Serial Number that i have from the CD box to install it on my Surface Pro.  

[Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]   Hi! I have a physical DVD version of PSE 2019. I had it installed on one Mac Mini and one MacBook Air. It work perfectly on the Mini but I can't start the Photo Editor on the MB Air. I decided to uninstall and reinstall from the DVD. When I did so, i got a popup telling me that the 'install.app' is damaged and that I should please download it again. Well, that alternative is not possible. Then I tried to download the .dmg file from the Adobe web site, using my registered serial number. Worked like a breeze up until when I clicked the 'Photo Editor' icon in the startup window. Then I get a popup saying that my installation seems to be damaged and I should reinstall. Either way, I seem to be... well, I won't use the F word, but that's what it boils down to. How can an installation app on a DVD become damaged? I've used the DVD, like, twice before. My system: Mac OS Big Sur, version 11.1. It's a MacBook Air 13-inch, 2017. Thanks for any inpu

Hi there! I am looking to completely uninstall Adobe Acrobat, and I would like to do it with the Uninstaller as that is the cleanest way to remove all traces in my opinion. Unfortunately, it seems like the Uninstaller did not come with the app when I installed it as it normally should. Any way I can get the Uninstaller so that I can use it to remove the app and its contents/files? Thanks!

I purchased a USED and legal cs3 with serial #. The trial is over, tried to activate iit by phone and they do not do tbis anymore. Again this was a ONE license LEGAL owner. I was told it was diacontinuesd, but just need to find out how to activate it? It was a used CD one owner I should say LEGAL, and just need to make it work past the trial period.

I have two products: Adobe InDesign v1.0 and Photoshop CS2. They are both registered to me and I have used them on a legacy PC running Windows 7. I need to transfer them onto a new legacy PC. Adobe no longer recognises my original account login details. I created a new account and I get errors: For inDesign it doesn't recognise the serial number For photoshop it says the serial number is already in use.   Is there anything I can do? Although they are old products they were expensive at the time to purchase and I would still like to use them.   Thank you.

Having been helped previously on the forum to find the serial number to this old but much used programme i was able to install it on a new computer. Unforunately when i try to open the programme i get the message "could not start AP because volume windows is using for virtual memory does not have enough free space..."i have tried running the programme in compatability mode for win xp to win 8 but no joy.for information the computer is running win10 64 bit.asrockb450 pro mainboardamd ryzen 7 3700x 3.6ghz 8core processorgigabyte gtx 1650 graphics card32gb ddr4 2666mhz500gb seagate mvne ssd 2tb hdd.thanks. 

could not copy a file to the destination folder because it is not writable or is not enough free space (3) I am on window in lightroom clasic  and get this when trying to download my imagers from my sd card, they seems to be only answers for OS and am windows. How do i re tify this problem?

Hi Guys, Any guidance would be grand, I recently embarked on a part time course (as I work full time) to get certified by adobe on indesign, photoshop and illustrator. I signed up for the students plan and it charged me with no problem but I am quite ocnfused as to how once I finish my studies, how I can cancel it and how it all works, My current course end on November 2021 but I will be doing more courses till at least the end of next year. Do I need to send something in? All I was asked was the institution im studying at.
