Download & Install

To install Acrobat DC I get the request to type my " Systemkennwort " sorry no english word found for" Systemkennwort " it seems not to be my password. Can somebody help 

I just bought a new Macbook and migrated my old Macbook over via Time Machine backup.  I updated my OS and the CC updated all my software.  Now I'm showing that I have the 2019 versions of the programs AND the 2021 versions.  Anyone know why that is?  I assumed it would just update the old software.

I am trying to cancel my "FREE" plan because it keeps poppong up and doesn't allow me to do anything else. I can't canel it as instructed by the help page because I haven't downloaded it. I am using a work computer and don't want to download anything. I just need the "FREE" plan canceled.

I'm trying to install Creative Cloud on my Mac. Installation finishes successfully, but then CC won't open. Not message or anything, just nothing happening when I want to open the programm. Have repeatedly deinstalled and reinstalled, deleted the whole Adobe folder in the library, run the Cleaner Tool. All did not help. If I check Activity Monitor, each time I try to open CC, a new AdobeCRDaemon task will start. Any idea what else I could try?(Might be related to older Adobe installations I had running on my old machine, based on which I have set up my new machine.)

Recently I had to validate my student status again. I use a student license since I am enrolled to the Open University. Adobe has outsourced this process now to a company called SheerID. The people who work there, or at least the one I got in contact with, Jonalie D., is not the sharpest tool in the shed.  As requested I provided a recent confirmation of the university that I am still enrolled there, with my own name and student number, just the same as last time I had to prove my enrollment to Adobe.  This was not enough for her since the letter did not contain my initials. So, as requested by her, I send some screenshots from the portal from the university where she could see my account details. Again, this was not enough because my official first name is not the name I daily use and which is on my Adobe account. Official my first names are Jan Alexander, but I go by Sander which is short for Alexander. To show proof of this, I also send a copy of my passport. Again, t

I've been using 2021 since it's release, but whenever I save a project, it shows the PP 2019 icon (see pic below).  I want to remove 2019, as well as 2020, and only have 2021 on my computer.  If I uninstall all the old versions, would it compromise the projects that were saved showing the old PP icons or if they were editing in the old versions? When i download from my adobe account the system tells me after installing that the serial number is not correct but it is in my account. What do i need to do

Hi is there a way to remove old versions of Photopshop from the list?Its says its there in Add and remove programs but in CC its not there.Why is this and is it really taking up  2.37GB Its it on my PC or not?Is there a way to remove it from the list?

Bonsoir,Je viens de prendre une formule étudiant pour mon fils et lui ai cré un compte.Malheuresement lors de la finalisation du compte, après avoir rentré le code de verification et mis un mot de passe fonctionnel (maj, chiffres ...) un message d'erreur s'affiche. J'ai changé de pc et de navigateur et refait la manip plus tard mais rien n'y fait.Donc pas moyen de se connecter nul part pour annuler l'achat ou suprimmer le compte.Auriez vous une solution ? Merci d'avance 

Fiz a assinatura do cloud porém não consigo fazer o download porque meu notebook só tem 32 bits e quando vou fazer o download aparece a mensagem que não foi possível fazer o download pois requer 64 bits, o que faço agora? Não tem uma versão para notebook com 32 bits não? Vou precisar cancelar a assinatura? Espero que respondam

Hi, I think I might've solved Error Code 146, but something fishy is going on with my desktop. Adobe Creative Cloud thinks that I don't have Premiere Pro and After Effects installed, despite the fact, it's on my computer. Why?

I LITERALLY DELETED EVERYTHING IN MY FILES AND STILL GET INSTALLATION FAIL ERORR 189. MACBOOKS ARE SO STUPID

I recently did an entire wipe of my computer to start clean because I was having severe issues with the internet (typing delay and video playback).  I was very careful as I reinstalled anything to make sure that it wasn't the item causing any issues.  Things seemed to be fine until I installed Adobe Acrobat Professional via Creative Cloud and then all heck broke loose on my computer yet again.  Things were extremely slow updating when typing and causing major issues and video playback was horrible.  I haven't been able to update or get into the Creative Cloud app.  However, when I quit the app from my toolbar (macintosh) I was able to get my computer to work normally again.Please advise on how to solve this problem.  It is causing severe delays in my work as a graphic artist.

i contact adobe support team 2 days ago regarding a bug with lightroom and m1 mac.with screen sharing they make some changes on settings - and now the lightroom is running under rosseta.as i want to open lightroom im facing an error message and i uninstalled all the adobe applications including creative cloud and reinstall it again.the problem is that all the settings remain the same + that bug.i really want to dellete all and start from scrach.please help.

I have just got a new Macbook Air and im tryting to get Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium on to it. It worked on my old Macbook Pro. Does anyone know why it will not work on a Macbook Air 2020 with M1 chip? I have attached screenshots showing the issue.
