After using our copy of CS5.5STD Win for a year we get the pop up that our version is not an authentic Adobe product. I spend an hour on chat trying to verify with email addresses and send them the sales reciept to find out it, of course, is not under support any longer and here we are... Upgrade sale pitch! BS! Any assistance to get us up and running again would be very much appreciated.

Hi everybody, I want to buy a new iMac.And after deactivating my old iMac I want to use my Adobe apps (Premiere, AEP, Photoshop ...) with the new device. Is there a description for a smooth transition between old and new?  Ahoi J. 

Hello, I am an old user of LR-4.4 & PS-CS4 (windows desktop)... just looking to get back into things and realized that both of these tools seem to only be cloud-based now. I have browsed through the cloud-based plans but am a bit confused by something. The LR + PS (incl 20GB cloud storage) is $9.99/month.  But the PS alone is $20.99/month. This appears to be counter-inuative (how can PS alone cost more than 2x PS + LR?), so I figured that i must be missing something.  Could someone explain what the difference is hear that I am not seeing? My main concern is that I have the full-featured PS & LR to use on my windows desktops. I don' really care about cloud storage as a have a multi-HDD array built into my PC system (so the 20GB would be more than adequate). Is there some limitations in the features of PS when bundled with LR, compared to the PS alone subscription? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Trying to install previously purchased programs. Download installtion file from Adobe website and have the serial numbers. When trying to install I get following:  New Computer install of Premiere elements 2019 and PhotoshopElements 2019 ERROR: Update required I have updated Windows 10 and all the browsers but still get this error. Chat support was ZERO help . Any ideas or alternetives to Adobe . After wasting an afternoon trying to install a legally purchased program from Adobe, I am about ready to find an alternative. 

Dear team, my CC app was stuck and could not work with it. I decided to delete the app and install again. However after deleting the app, somehow it still remained on my phone - is still listed in Settings and can't download it from App Store (offers to Open the app). It seems it is still running somehow as I can search for it on my phone and open the app, but after opening it is still stuck in the same way when I wanted to reinstall it.

Hello everybody,I'm trying to install adobe indesign latest version.But the installation gets stuck at 88% and gives error 105 (and error 186 in the log)I tried an earlier version but still the same.Anyone have an idea how to fix this? Kind regards, Michel Rijk

If so, is there a yearly subscription for Adobe rather than a monthly subscription? hello, good morning, i've decided to download FLASH CS6 to make animations with my tablet, but for some reason it doesn't only work on flash cs6, my tablet is the huion H640P, can someone help me?

I have my original copy of Freehand MX 11 and i want to use the app on my imac running Snow Leopard. The installation was successful, however, when i launch the app the icon appears in the dock momentarily and then disappears again. I have Rosetta installed. I was directed to a help link by adobe to register my product but the download from that link would not open? I really need to use this app with my old files. Can anyone help me please? I am desperate.

I have tried to download CC but keep getting the error messate that Adobe Application Manager fails to install. How can I download CC?

Hi all Is it possible to get earlier versions of Creative Cloud apps? I've just rebuilt my Mac and it updated to OS 10.12 (but no further, apparently the hardware won't support it). After installing the CC, it says that the majority of apps are not compatible with 10.12. A help page suggested loading an earlier version by going to the three dots beside the install button, but clicking that doesn't give the dropdown for earlier versions. Thanks for any assistance.

Good morning everyone. I bought a new machine and I'm trying to install Adobe CC. I get to the point where the installer launches the Adobe CC app panel and the install hangs there until it quits. A pop up says:  Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp. I've tried everything in the instructions below and still no success. I use adobe software apps daily. For the last 4 days I get the following message: Sorry, something went wrong. You're not connected to the internet... The internet works fine for everything but adobe.

Hi there, I am having iusses with Ps, everytime i am trying to access it, it says i do not have an internet conactioan which is not true. Can anybody help mw with that? also, it seems i can not delete my ps from my computer for some resone it says the date and the time are not corruct

I have a single app plan for Adobe Photoshop CC which is $19.99 a month. I see there is a Creative Cloud Photography plan that comes with Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC for $9.99 a month. What is the difference between the two Photoshops in each plan?

I upgraded to Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 a while a go and the CC Desktop App started to turn unresponsive. Now I'm unable to sync my photos between Lightroom on Mac and iPad, as I couldn't sign into my account in Lightroom CC.This is what the icon looks like in the menubar (grey means I'm not signed in):And when I clicked onto it, the window looks like this:I assume this means it's loading, but this process should normally only take a few seconds, but it's taking hours and days on my Mac. I have been using Google's DNS (8.8.8.8) on my network because my location is prone to DNS pollution. I did try reverting to my default DNS but it didn't change the response. Any ideas and instructions would be helpful, thanks!

My Adobe Portfolio website: hughadams.net, has issues with moblie devices. The text does not show up aligned as it does on the computer. Adobe says its because its how they scale text on mobile devices: see attached. Has anyone found a solution for this issue?   Thanks
