It's staying on this step 30+ minutes.  Not installing  How install programs? 

Why is it so hard to get help with Adobe.Try to start chat and chat gets closed and when you try starting new chat, it goes to the chat chat.

I'm a student, and have a student subscription to Adobe creative cloud. I've also just started an internship in which I'll be making videos for a business. Can I use my student account to make content for this business?

Under installing from a disk I get the text: Fail to install and code 4. I can´t find code 4 in your manual. I tries to install again and then I got the failcode 81. What shall i do?I have Windows 10 Home. OS version 19041.1052Thankful for help Birgitta Lindeborg

I recently switched MacBook and am unable to download the installer (Creative Cloud). I've tried it in 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Safari) and in none of them the download starts. Is there a problem with the feature? Complicated paying for something I can't use anymore!

HiI am trying to install CS 5.5 Master Collection on Windows 10. It is an upgrade version from CS4. I have serial numbers for both. I have downloaded CS 5.5 and entered the serial number but then it asks to "Enter Serial Number Upgrade"I then have to select CS4 from a dropdown menu and enter my serial number but I get the message "This serial number is not for a qualifying product. Please try another."It looks like I need to download CS 4 as well, but it is no longer available from the Adobe website. I've activated the trial version of CS5.5 and keeping my fingers crossed that it will carry on working more than 30 days, but I'm not holding out much hope. Please can anyone let me know where I can get the version of CS4 that I need, or any other ideas that you have to make CS 5.5 work? ThanksCharlotte

Hallo, leider muss ich das System auf meinem PC neu installieren. Damit geht auch der Ordner mit den Dateien in der createiveCloud natürlich verloren, denn der liegt auf der Systemplatte. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Dateien in der Cloud zu erhalten und auch die Links so zu belassen, wie sie momentan sind? Danke und Gruß Hermann-Josef

I just downloaded the creative cloud app and it worked long enough for me to download Illustrator and Photoshop. Now it won't open no matter how many times I restart my computer. I need to download Indesign but can't. If anyone had a solution to this that would be very helpful!

 I'm a Korean user so my interface doesn't really match everyone else's, but I seem to have this issue with egress ips It basically says that "Sorry, your sign-in doesn't match the IP range of your assigned lab. Please contact you IT Administrator"  I first downloaded Adobe Cloud from my school website but it turned out that I needed to be on campus to use it so I decided to purchase it myself (student version) After purchasing it I downloaded photoshop and tried opening it but this message keeps on popping up. Can I get some help with this issue, please? Thank you.  

Hello, since I want to upgrade to a Surface Book, I would like to convert my Mac license into a Windows license. My license is originally a Windows license, which was converted to Mac some time ago. In my Adobe ID still both serial numbers are displayed, only the Windows serial number is currently disabled. Would it be possible to reactivate the Windows serial number and remove or disable the Mac serial number?Many Thanksgreeting

I have been using a new iMac since May, 2021. Illustrator causing a system crash while working on various files. I can not pin-point the problem. The iMac screen turns black and the external monitor turns green. I have to force a reboot. I understand that someone who I work with is experiencing the same exact problem, but he is mainly using Photoshop. Seems to be only Adobe apps causing the crash. All other apps that are installed to not cause this crash. I have reached out to Apple and they asked me to re-install the apps and if that didn't fix the problem to try setting up a new user acccount on the Mac. Try both and still crashing. Apple told me next step would be to reach out to Adobe or try re-installing the OS. Any ideas? I never had this issue on my previous mac running Catalina.

I have been trying to download Premiere Pro. When I click install it says Installation failed and I press retry and the same thing pops up.

I can't install AI CC I did all the solutions, but nothing helped: 1. I was updates Windows.2.Disable Group policy3.Install the latest digital certificate noting help still Errorwhat else can I do? 

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10. For some reason, after a few weeks, I now cannot open any Adobe CC files ie Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, CCloud. When I click on desktop Icons, nothing happens. I have tried opening exe files as administrator, and again, nothing.  I am tempted to uninstall & re install, but not sure if this will resolve issue.. or if in- fact I can. Hope you can help out!

I have a 13in MBP 2019 running Catalina. And I'm trying to install Photoshop any version with my Creative Cloud account. Do I need to upgrade my GFX card before I can use Photoshop on this machine or is there an older version I can install that is compatible with the factory GFX card ? The GPU is Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB. I've been trying to install photoshop 2020 from an older installer but it keeps bouncing me to an error 41 that disabling my firewall doesn't fix. Any help is greatly appreciated~

Hallo, gibt es die kostenlose Photoshop-Version CS2 nicht mehr? Die Seriennummer, die man im Netz dazu findet, stimmt wohl nicht mehr. Liegt es vielleicht an Windows 10?   Freue mich sehr über Antworten.   Grüße!

Hi there,  I have been using Creative Cloud for many years on my old MacBook Pro, mainly Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC and Photoshop. I have now upgraded to a new iMac, have installed Creative Cloud and downloaded the apps i use. When I open Lightroom and Photoshop however, none of my presets, matadata or preferences have loaded, it is just the original Lightroom and Photoshop without any of my settings that are on the versions still on my MacBook Pro. How do I get my new iMac's CC programmes to update with all of my preferences? Thank you,Shannon.

Hi,I work in a school, i have installed the software cs6 aster collection onto pc's many times without issue, the last was last month and now i have come to rebuild a bunch of pc's for an exam use in a classroom that requires the software for the students exam, when i go to install from our school networks software library i input serial key and click install, it then starts and gets to 2% and suddenly stops and error message pops up about an error occurred try the following steps like restart system etc, it also has a link to support and when i click it i get a window explaining it could be to do with the serial key being fraudulent or incorrect or corrupted somehow, can anyone help please as i need to install this program onto alot of pc's ready for exams next week.

Creative Cloud showed me 2 updates for Photoshop, 21.2.9 and 22.4.2. I did the more recent of the two, 22.4.2, but CC keeps bugging me to install the earlier update. Is this necessary, and will I then have to reinstall the more recent update?-David
