Download & Install

Hi,I using After-effect 2019 with adobe media encoder 2019. Unfortunately, my Adobe media encoder had been updated to the 2021 version. So now I unable to output all my files by using AE 2019 with ME 2021. Is that anyway I can download the older media encoder version? Coz I had been check the oldest version I can download from the creative cloud was 2020(14.0).Hope somebody can help me on this, Thanks  

Hello,I've attempted to update the latests updates of Animate and Bridge on my MacBook Pro Laptop with Mac OS 10.13.2. My Creative Cloud Connection desktop app has not been able to connect for over a week and half now. I have contacted support with no succes all they say is log in online which does not help me at all. I've tried unistalling the application as well as the application manager application all with no success.When I click the menu icon and select sign in, the sign in window pops up I enter my password and click sign in, I get the little spinning image showing its doing something then the window dissapears and nothing happens, I go back to the icon and it says sign in again.Does anyone have this issue or have a solution to this issue?

When I can no longer afford creative cloud, will the CS6 apps downloaded from creative cloud still function after I stop my cc subscription? Also... I know I need to save InDesign files, as IMDL, but I'll be able to open CC Illustrator and Photoshop files with the older CS apps, right?

I have tried EVERYTHING, installing, uninstalling, reinstalling, erasing the OBEE files, modifying the registry, certifications, installing on Safe Mode, I've been searching for answers for two days, but anything seems to fix the problem. The app keeps saying that it needs to be repaired. I'm open to the craziest answers, I'm really desperate. Thanks!

I agree.  I signed up to get only ONE basic feature - the ability to draw using a touch screen - and now they're asking me to upgrade to get that...which comes with TONS of other features I would NEVER use.  This isn't the first time they've done this.  They're trying to take advantage of their near monopoly position.  I will go to great lengths to hopefully find an alternative to continuing to have to rely on them

My Creative Suite CS6 Production Premium seems to have lost its serial number info. How do I re-enter my serial number?

I am in the process of listing a bunch of older adobe products I have for sale on ebay. I discovered now Adobe has discontinued the activation servers for many of these products. I have several copies of the following:  Acrobat Pro 6, 7, & 8Photoshop 6.0, 7.0 CS, CS2, & CS3Illustrator 7.0, 8.0, CS, CS2, & CS3(I know some of these are REALLY old but people are still buying them for some reason.) Are these products impossible to activate now? I read Adobe used to provide a link and new activation key for some of these versions but I don't know if you can still get that. I don't want to sell something that can't be activated without telling the buyer that there's no way to activate it and at that point I don't see why anyone would buy it. People are still buying these versions on ebay so I don't know if they are just geting scammed or if there is still a way to activate them. Thanks for your help!

Earlier today I got an e-mail giving me a security code. I never asked for one so I immediately switched passwords, activated authentication, added secondary e-mail address etc.Now opening up Photoshop it got stuck in a login loop. It opens up the login window, loads it, closes the login window and then opens it up and does it all over again forever.I shut down PS and all CC related stuff and opened just the Creative Cloud app. It got stuck in a loop too saying "loading creative cloud" for minutes. I used the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall all CC stuff, but now trying to reinstall it tells me to login in the installer. I log in, it loads for a while and says it can't connect to the Adobe servers. I deactivate my antivirus and firewall as prompted and then try again but nothing happens. I tried looking around Adobe guides seen here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html1-1. I have purchased a Leica camera that came with a TAN number for Adobe products.I have never used that TAN number and as the number has recently expired without use, Leica was so kind to  issue me a new TAN number through their customer support.I do own a perpetual Lightroom 6 license since a long time and am using that version.I would like to look into this new Adobe CC thing but I am completely confused with the offerings.1) I want to use Adobe CC Lightroom and Photoshop - what do I need to do to install it?2) How do I use the Leica TAN number I have received?3) Will I be able to continue to use my old and familiar Lightroom 6 installation?

I bought PhotoShop in 2018.  My computer crashed this year and deleted my files.  When I bought it in 2018 I was told I owned the file - I did not need a disc to prove it or have a disc sent to me.  I tried to get it straightened out online by reloading 2018 but instead they gave me a "trial" and now I have 2021 on my computer, which I neither want or need.  I am 74 years old and just play with PhotoShop occasionally, but it's nice to touch up photos of grandchildren, flowers and an occasional animal I see when hiking. Oh, and I also raise feral kittens and post photos of them on Facebook.  That's the extent of my interest, and it is crazy to delete my 2018 program when you can get into my computer.  Trying to find this customer service link was virtually impossible. Dear friends, On my mac with Catalina 10.15.7 I have installed long time ago Photoshop CS6. Now I am using Photoshop 2021 online.The issue since Catalina 10.15.7 upgrade my Mac stop getting connected to the internet but only through wi-fi. It was suggetsted to me to uninstall all older versions of Adobe software including Photoshop CS6, bridge etc.Can you please help me to uninstall all oder versions of Photoshop from my Mac running Catalina 10.15.7 ? Many thanks

Recently very often when starting Windows I get error/warning message saying that some file cannot be found or is corrupted and I need to download creative cloud anew. This is getting very annoying. Please advise what can I do apart from downloading Adobe Creative Cloud every time anew. Thanks.

Screen with "Signed out...-> sign in"3. click on "sign in"4. for a short moment the "sign in" screen appears 5. after that a white screen with "loading Creative Cloud" 6. after some time -> same as 2=> repeat forever (as I'm writing this, sometimes no 5. is "unable to reach Adobe servers" and when I click on "retry" the "Signed out" message appears again) I reinstalled it a few times but its always the same :c(bought it like a week ago)

My question is that is adobe 2021 softwares are more optimized than the 2018 with respect to speed and workingI have i5 8th generation HP laptop with 2 GB radeon GPU which version is more optimized for my machine 

Creative Cloud Update and App Updates fail on Mac OS 12 (Beta)

I`am trying instatalling Elements 2021but its says when i am tryin to start it. Can`t find VCRUNTIME140.dll, MSVCP140.dll. I tried install this program severall time but it dont start.I have installing card no DVD. Also i have older version 15 Sorry my bad language.Antti Finland

I have the latest Windows OS (Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.985) on my Lenovo Ideapad (16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD). When I update LR Classic from 10.2 to 10.3 I get the Error 195. I have never had this issue in the past. I have an older computer that also has the latest Windows 10 OS and LR update worked fine. Any help will be appreciated.
