Download & Install

Hi, I recently updated to Illustrator 21 and Photoshop 21, but find that both apps freeze at the loading stage or screen. One time, Illustrator was able to get past the loading window, but froze again once I selected an .ai file to open. I had to keep force quitting both applications as they were stuck for so long. How can I fix this? I need to work on projects asap but cannot get anything to work.

I bought new Hardware. MSI GP66 Leopard (CPU I7 10750 an RTX 3070 16 GB Ram)its awesome how fast the hardware is and the display of the laptop is so much better than my DIY Hardware stuff.But when i install the adobe cloud the hardware becomes very bad. the taskmanager is full of adobe stuff. the voltage and watt usw. raises more than double.its hard to create just a poster in Indesign.  is it because adobe forces me to buy a Mac? ^^ there the software works often very good.i try to  use open source instead. blender is great also in preformance. also on older cpus.i am addicted to adobe because of my job.  what must i buy to have fun with adobe again? is it possible to deactivate some functions i never need? it cant get a feeling of creativy with adobe anymore. 😞  Please Adobe publish your software for Linux!!! we are in a century of MediaInformatics. Hello I recently got a new pc and have the Adobe Suite CS3 on CD my new pc has no DVD drive is there a client I can download to put onmy pc and use my key on it?

Bonjour à toute la communauté. Bon, hier, j'ai eu un souci pour installer la maj 22.4 de Photoshop, mais ce matin nickel, ça s'est installé, en revanche, l'application Creative Cloud plante complètement (CF screenshot). J'ai réparé 3-4 fois, réinstallé l'application 2-3 fois aussi, mais rien n'y fait, ça plante, ce qui est assez gênant, puisque j'utilise PS, LR, AI, ID, AE et XD, donc j'ai impérativement besoin que ça fonctionne. Je n'ai pas non plus la possibilité de désinstaller l'intégralité de mes applications puisque je n'ai pas la fibre, et je n'ai pas franchement le temps de passer 5h à tout re-télécharger. (Je suis sur Macbook pro 15" mid 2018, OS 11.2.3 (big sur) ). Si quelqu'un peut m'aider... Merci d'avance. 

Does the two device limit for a licence subscription include a phone or iPad? As in, can you have it installed on a Desktop, Laptop and an iphone/ipad, or is that considered to be a 3rd.

Bonjour, J'ai fais les mises à jour de la cloud hier. Indesign, Illustrator marche mais photoshop a un gros bug. Il m'ouvre une image que je ne vois pas (juste en zoomant et dézoomant mais ça vibre) je peux appliquer des retouches sans voir l'image mais je ne vois pas le visuel. A côté de cela j'ai sans arrêt des messages d'erreur de la Creative Cloud (voir capture jointe) j'ai beau réparer, réinstaller rien ne marche. Pareil quand j'essaye de réinstaller la version photoshop avant la 22.4 rien ne répond. D'autres ont ce problème? la plateforme d'aide étant fermée à cette heure-ci. Merci  

I have a Lightroom 6 I bought in store long time ago and I had to change my Windows computer - Changed motherboard, reinstall windows etc.Unfortunately my license does not work because it says I already activated on that license 2 devices and I cannot do anymore. One was the computer I simply upgraded to new windows and reinstalled windows.I tried help with adobe, but they simply will not help clients of legacy box versions at all.Is there a way for me to still activate it?Or was it money thrown to thrash?

Hello,Trying to install PSE 21 stops after activating installation from the gray window and after a short while a white window appears, the DVD-station stops spinning. I already uninstalled my PSE 13, removed the PDApp or renamed in -old by other attemps and tried to install PSE 2021 again. Up to the white screen....  I've been busy with this all afternoon and I'm frustrated that Adobe makes it all so complicated. For even help isn't easy to find. All my hope is now on the community...does anybody have a good idea to make it work?My taskmanager (W10 64 bit) shows each time a 32 bit installer is activated?? I closed them all and started all over again without succes...So HELP Leo

Would anyone be able to tell me how I can install any application in Compatibility Mode? I am unable to install any single application because of restrictions. I am waiting for solution.

Hi guys, I have been having this issue for the last two weeks at least and as a i need to update adobe xd and photoshop is getting quite annoying this problem. 

I am on a Macbook Pro, macOS High Sierra, and, looking at the Activity Monitor, I have noticed that Adobe Desktop Service uses more than 220 Mb of memory. This cannot be right! I am also utterly confused by the plethora of other Adobe processes running, such as CCXProcess, Creative Cloud, Adobe CEF Helper, CCLibrary, Core Sync, Core Sync Helper, AdobeIPCBroker - and these are only the ones that I could spot easily.What I am trying to find out is:1. Adobe Desktop Service using so much memory can't be right. Why is it using so much, what is it anyway, can I shut it down and how?2. Are all the other Adobe processes really necessary? Which ones can I terminate and how?I know this has been discussed before but I could not find anything recent and what I could find neither made much sense nor were the proposed solutions workable. (I am not a great fan of "try uninstalling, re-install and see if this solves the problem".)So, if anyone has any useful input ...Oh, and if someone from Adobe shou

Any ideas? I recently clean installed Windows 10 21H1 after it screwed up.  Went to reinstall creative cloud and it always fails at around 6.8% with error code 1. I have deleted everything related to adobe on the computer, all files and used the creative cloud uninstaller which also says "uninstalled with an error" but fails to tell us what that error is. Do I persevere or simpy stop subscribing to CC? There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and things still fail when I turn of firewalling and anti-virus.

When I go to run the program I downloaded and pick the folder location I get an error that says "A problem occurred while extracting some files. Check available space on your computer and the write privileges on the destination folder."Can you help?

I keep on getting the P1 error code at 0.5% installation. Please don't give me the generic answer I have been seeing on all the other posts about the P1 error code. It hasn't helped at all, sadly. My macbook pro is 10.10.5 and it says the creative cloud installer is compatible. I just wiped my macbook pro so I shouldn't have to create a whole new user, because this is a new account/user.  Thank you for your time.

When I try to install from my disks I get a progress bar indicating Installing Adobe Installer, when it gets to where it should open it quits instead. Icon shows briefly on task bar then disappears.When I download the .dmg file from Adobe and open it to install, when I click on install.app I get the message install.app cannot be opened, eject disk.I think I need to get a compatible version of Adobe Installer but I am baffled as how do that. Apparently so is Adobe support, I spent 1 and 1/2 hours on chat with support stating the problem as above, they had me download the .dmg and when that didn't work I asked to download Adobe Installer, they then told me that I had to come to the community because Adobe didn't support CS5 any longer?

I got a new computer and want to install my Creative Cloud apps on it.  I have the all apps plan, and it's paid up, renewing annually in March since 2016.When I go to my account settings it shows two instances of my iMac Pro are active - one is called "iMac Pro on MAC" and the other is called "iMac Pro on OSX" - see attached screenshot.  It says I need to deactivate one of these devices, but I only have one iMac Pro and there are no other computers using my plan. I've never seen this previously when I've added or removed other devices. Question:  Can I deactivate one of these instances without any consequence, or are they both necessary on my machine for some reason?

You see I'm having the problem that is not opening or installing at all it tells me that I need a VCRUNTIME140.dll Which I don't know what that means please help me figure this out.

Is it possible to put photoshop or any adobe software on a flash drive and run it with the ability to save files? and if it is, would it be againist Adobe's terms of service and would my plan be violated? I'm mainly talking about if I want to get some work done and my primary setup is a desk top which isn't portable. Could I run the software on a library computer or friends laptop?

I searched for a similar question in here but didn't find anything specific to my issue. If someone can point out a thread and/or solution that would be great.  I have my CC set to auto update and most of the time there isnt any issue (this is on an older (but not ancient) MacPro btw with the latest OS). New updates pop in and old versions exit gracefully, just as they are designed to do. Somehow a month or three ago I started noticing that along with my updated apps, I was seeing an icon for much older versions of Ps and Ai (my Id is blessedly not affected) and they are in my dropdown menus and dock. When I pop open my CC interface, I do not see these older versions (nor do I expect to). I've tried searching for all the Ps 2015 folders and such and deleted them but they seem to spawn anew like nothing ever happened.  It wouldnt be a big deal but what is annoying is my muscle memory has me dragging and double clicking on what SHOULD be Ps 2021 but instead is Ps

Hi everyone, I have tried contacting customer support a couple of times about this issue but they just disconnect every time I say I want to complain to a managr, so I figured this is the best way to give my feedback and let people know. So I signed up for the free trial version of LR to see if I want to buy the product. I had login troubles and so contacted technical support. The guy connected to my PC and spent about an hour working on it. At the end the issue was fixed BUT the text on my computer was completely screwed up. The remote desktop app crashed and so I had to contact another agent to help me figure out how to fix my computer that the technical support person broke. At that time the second agent just disconnected. I tried to connect to another person and I did. As they were trying to figure out the issue I was doing that simultaneously as well and manged to fix it on my own. When I told them I want to speak to a manager or have some way of filing a compl
