Download & Install

Hi, I have a CD-Rom licensed Adobe CS6 Student Edition version which I purchased many years back when I was a design student back then. Now that I have recently upgraded to Apple M1 Chip Macbook, how can i install the CS6 onto my new MAC and register my CS6 student license with my new MAC M1Chip MAC doesn't comes with any CD/DVD Rom, so how can I install the CS6 to activate it using the license key printed on the box?

Hi, I followed the instructions on https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/student-teacher-serial-product-code.html and went to https://account.adobe.com/products to register my Licensed CS6 Education (Student) Edition on my account but it gives me "This serial number is already in use." error message. I think it may be due to i have registered it on my previous Mac laptop that is already gives me the "Apple White Screen Death" where there's the Bootup Error - always hang there with the Apple Logo.. So here i am on a new Apple M1 Chip Laptop, but have the error message. Please advice what can i do to re-install, re-register my CS6 on the M1 laptop?Constructive, productively comments and replies appreciated, especially from Official Adobe Support Staff if possible.  Thank you.

In Activity Monitor I can see that Adobe CC Libraries are using 90% of CPU and my fully charged MacBook never last more than 2 hours because of that. My battery status is normal. I uninstalled all apps and also Creative Cloud and then reinstall again 2 times, but nothing has changed. Can somebody help? This is super harmful to my MacBook and I need to find a solution how to fix it. Thank you 

Hi there, I just got a new MacBook Air and searching my CC for versions of InDesign 2020. I need it to work together with the publisher app «Wood Wing Studio» which doesn't work on InDesign 2021. But my Creative Cloud only show's me versions to intall from InDesign 16.0 upwards. I also had InDesign 2020 installed on my old MacBook Pro running on Big Sur and had no problems with it. Is there any solution for this? Thanks!

I need to register my product and need a serial number. It says to find serial number, go to your registered products. Real nice. I have the full Creative Cloud suite I got from the Adobe website, and it shows up in my order, why do I have to register anything? Anyways it would be great if someone could help with this serial/register paradox.

I have had $527.87 taken out of my account without my direct permission.I have no reason why I would be paying this much money for a product I did not ask for?I have been using the adobe suit for a few years at teachers rate but now its this huge amount and I can not afford it.I need to see my account details and this is not there!Its against the law and I have banned my bank from dealing with them.Need answers NOW

I signed up for a "one year" plan to Adobe Systems Photoshop, online based photography editing software. The payment for the one year plan was to be made monthly for 12 months ("one year") and charged to the credit card that I had on file. During this time, I received many emails from Adobe for various products and services. I saved all of them. After the 12 months of service, my credit card was automatically charged again on the 13th month as this was the start of the second year of the Photoshop subscription. At no point was I ever notified that my subscription for the first year was about to expire. At no point was I notified if I wanted to renew for a second year. At no point did I agree to subscribe to a second year of service. My plan did in fact state "one year". I reviewed the terms and conditions and there was nothing stating that unless notified, your subscription will automatically renew for a second year. I started using Linux full time about 10 years ago because it's so fun and I enjoy the freedom.   I'd love to run Adobe creative products on my Linux computer.   The argument against porting Adobe products to Linux is "too few humans use Linux" but I think this is not the right attitude to have. I have updated to CC 2019.Since doing that all my Adobe apps are very slow to openThey worked fine before

The problem is when i go to control panel and try to uninstall it it takes me to adobe creative cloud and forces me to update the creative cloud when i try to uninstall abode which is wierd. Please help me get around this.

I'm currently using Lightroom 1TB across my iPad, iPhone and new MacBook Pro. This is the Lightroom CC. Purchased it through the apple App Store. I now want to replace this with the Lightroom Photography 1TB package. I guess this is available through Adobe, not the App Store. I evidently can't replace my subscription through Apple with the new product until it expires in a month. Alternatively can I just add Lightroom Classic to my MacBook separately?  I wouldn't get Photoshop this way either. Thanks. 

Hey, does anyone know how I can download PS19. It's the last version that works smoothly for me and it got overwritten today when I updated other stuff on creative cloud. I tried 'older versions' option and they don't go back far enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am stuck at the moment, all versions after 2019 are unusable for me.

How do I stop Adobe Services Password every 3 minutes?  Thank you I think It is Creative Cloud and it started asking 4 19th 2021.  Wants keychain password, when I put password in it will not accept it.Thank you

I am trying to install Acrobat DC and InDesign, but I am not able to do so. When I try to click "install" on each program in the CC desktop app, nothing at all happens. There's no error code, no download failure, and no attempt to download whatsoever. I have tried installing older versions and installing from different tabs within the CC app, but no luck. I definitely have lots of free storage and I should have the system requirements, and I can use Photoshop and Premiere Pro with no issues.
