Download & Install

Hi, today I bought Lightroom and Photoshop. I have Apple Macbook Pro M1. I have installed LrC, evertything is fine. But when I try to install Photoshop, it says "Installation failed". I could not install it. Can anyone help? I need to work asap. Thank you!

Hi,I'm running Adobe Creative Cloud on my Desktop . My plan includes Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign.Now, I installed Creative Cloud on my Laptop. I installed Photoshop and Lightroom. Somehow I can't install InDesign because it is not available in "Available in your plan".How can this be different from a Desktop to a Laptop? Any idea?Many thanks!!

Hallo,Ik had vorig jaar een abonnement voor 1 jaar via Surfspot. Die was verlopen.Ik heb nu opnieuw een jaarabonnement geactiveerd en in mijn account gegevens is te zien dat ik een prepaid jaarlidmaatschap heb dat vervalt op 19 februari 2022. Dat is een jaar na het activeren van mijn abonnement. Dat lijkt dus helemaal goed. Maar .... Na het downloaden en starten van bijvoorbeeld dreamwaver krijg ik de volgende melding:"Je Dreamweaver-lidmaatschap is beëindigd. Verleng vandaag nog",  gevolgd door betalingsopties. Ik heb al een keer alle Adobe-software verwijderd, maar ik blijf deze fout houden. Wie heeft raad? Groeten Rinus

Can anyone help? My Windows laptop has broken and I want to move my copy of Photoshop Elements to a new MAC. I can download and install the software with no problem but when I try to enter the licence key it fails. Having searched on the web and here it looks like I may need a new key but I have no idea how to get one.

I need to install photoshop to a school computer. I have found it is imposible to install CC from online becuase the computer blocks installs from online. So what I did was bring a portable version of photoshop from home to school. I doint have to install the version, so it worked better. But i was never able to get it to work fully. When I launched the app it told me that the comoputer didnt allow registry editing, and it wouldnt work giving me error 16. So my question is if there are any loopholes I cloud go thorught to get it to work on a computer I cant edit the registry or anything important, maybe make it work only from the flash drive or hard drive.

Hi I am getting error message 113 creative cloud can't update. I have good  internet connection and I have tried to turn off my fire wall while I update but this hasnt worked. I am at aloss what to try next?Cheers

I have tried with different browsers, but I always receive an error message: with Firefox, PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR, with Edge, ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Could you please help me? Hello,i can´t install the adobe creative cloud on a windows 10 pro system.Everytime i want to start the cc app or a single installer app (photoshop or indesign), the app shuts down 2-4 secondes after opening without showing an error.I also can´t log in into my account on the installer apps, they shut down before every time.The problem only exist with the cc apps, Adobe Reader DC or flash player are working.I also used the adobe cleaner tool and tried it again, same error.The windwos 10 pro system is new installed, adobe cc ist the first thing i want to install.Maybe someone can help.If its easier, you can answer in german.Thank you in advance

What means Errorcode 131 during Update Photoshop Elements 2021 ?

I had creative cloud/Adobe Bridge installed last week and it worked fine for a while. This week, I started to have some issues with software. Some of my programs have disappeared.  Haven't figured out how many more have.  But the funny thing is that I download Bridge again and start the install and it starts to install Cloud, it finishes, it disappears, then the Bridge_Set-up.exe disappears.  I'll do a search through my computer and it won't be anywhere. Not even in the trash.  It's acting the same way Flash would act.  You download Adobe Flash and install it and the executable file disappears.  I've downloaded Bridge about 10 times now and tried to install it and it happens the same way over and over again.  I downloaded Cloud by itself first and it acted the same way.  Can't figure out why this is happening. Not that I like Bridge anyway but I barely got a chance to try it out before it disappeared.Any ideas?

HI all. I currently have the photography bundle (LR & PS) and InDesign and now I may want to switch to the all apps plan. I've already prepaid a yearly subscription to my current programs and was wondering if the pre-paid amount would somehow apply to my new all apps subscription? Otherwise, I'd be sort of paying for the same programs again.

I have not upgraded to Catalina because I still have a number of 32 bit apps. Most of them are adobe products. What is the best way to uninstall these files. FYI I have the 2019 versions of various adobe products. I uninstalled the old version(v14.0) photoshop using a third party tool(god I should not have used that...). But it still remains installed, as the Creative Clouds Desktop says.
