There needs to be an app-level "Skip this update" feature in the Creative Cloud auto-update feature. Photoshop 22.3 is broken for me because it appears to have a problem with using the graphics processor. It must be turned off in order for 22.3 to work without crashing with the "Unable to complete command because of a program error" dialog that renders 22.3 unusable. I use features that require the graphics processor to be enabled in the Performance preferences, so I'm stuck at version 22.2 until they come out with a fix. Meanwhile, the Creative Cloud auto-update feature keeps pestering me about upgrading to 22.3, at least daily. I don't have an issue with auto-updates to the rest of my apps, but in order to stop being nagged about 22.3, I have to turn the entire auto-update feature off and turn off notifications. Which leads to two problems:The rest of my apps that are not affected by the Photoshop bug will not be updated for a whileHow will I be notified that

Re-downloaded PS twice after re-formating my computer and many of the menu item are grayed-out and I get a message "Could not complete the Image Size command because of a program error".  Help!

Since last July I've been charged on my bank account almost 20 euros per month. I am trying to contact adobe but no email address is available for assistance nor a phone line. Anybody can help me in solving the issue? Any other similar experience? I am thinking to scale up this message on twitter and other social in order to stimulate better assistance. Thanks. Hey everyone. I am trying to clear some space on my HDD and noticed Premiere Pro and Media Encoder are taking up space (and a good amount of it) in both of their '20 and '21 installations. Is this a normal occurrence?

Photoshop 2021 kept crashing, so I looked online and multiple people said they reinstalled it, which basically solved the problem for them. So, I uninstalled it, but now I can't find it on my creative cloud. It is included in my plan, but it doesn't show up. When I search for it with the searchbar, it doesn't let me click on the desktop version (it immediatly goes back to the main screen). I've tried to install it trough the site, which redirects me to the creative cloud, but then nothing happens. I've tried changing the language, but it just doesn't show up.

I downloaded vesino 13.2 for my Mac and my Windows 10 systems. The Mac installed OK and works. When I run the downloaded installer, I get the error "This program does not support the version of Windows your computer is running". I am running Windows 10 64 bit with the latest updates. I also saw some posts that Visual C++ was required, and I'm running Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistribution.

Hi! My creative cloud desktop app went something wrong  therefor I can't load any of these panels. My macbook pro is 2011 late version and it runs with OS X 10.11 Capitan so I was able to launch Premiere Pro and After Effct 2018 cc. So far no problems to using these programs on my MacBook but I can't install plug-ins  like Motion Bro which I could install it via Creative Cloud desktop app. Tried to slove it via Adobe help center  FAQ and I even deleted creative cloud with Adobe Creative Cloud Clean Tools and then relaunched it several times-adobe apps are also- I haven't solved yetWhat should I do to slove this problem?? OTL   

I bought photography plan today.But when I access the adobe page, It says you're using a creative cloud free plan, and you need to upgrade to a paid trial version to use all of the features.But I made the payment!Also, only light room had been installed.If I buy photography plan, I can use photoshop as well as the light room, right?So I tried to install photoshop, but It says I need to buy additional photoshop.

Hello, I have two computers. One of them is Imac (Mac os High Sierra 10.13.6 Mid 2010) and the other one is Macbook Air (El capitan 10..11.6) . When i try to download Premiere or After effects Trial Versions, it says they are not compatible. When i try to choose from Creative Cloud, it doesnt let me choose older versions of Premiere or After Effects. Is there any solution for that? Thank you. 

Hi! I purchased an annual subscription to Adobe CC which includes all apps. I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on my computer but I cannot download Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere. It says not compatible. I am using Windows 8.1 single language. Do I necessarily need to upgrade to Windows 10? Isn't there a way to use older versions?

Hi!I took over a computer that was using an other creative cloud account. That account is suspended and I want to login using my own login. I have a creative cloud supscription.  I tried to reinstall creative cloud desktop but it is not letting me login. Only get a message that I'm logged out. Nothing happens when I click on "Logga in".I tried to uninstall the app, but no luck as other apps installed on computer are using creative cloud desktop.I tried to uninstall (klicking on the uninstall icon in finder) other apps and nothing happens. What steps do I need to take to be able to use creative suite with my own subscription on this computer?/Martina

I am trying to install premiere pro after having to uninstall it, however creative cloud thinks I still have it on my PC so it wont show an install button I also cannot use the update link it gives because the program isnt really installed. I have reinstalled creative cloud and signed out and back in however still no way for me to download premier pro. 

So I recently Installed the Creative Cloud desktop to test out Animate, but whenever I go to download it it gets to about 4 or 5% And then says Retry, any solutions?

I have been using Adobe Spark mobile version for 4 years with Photography Plan. From April 1st I am unable to use Premium features. Does anybody know why? I tried to communicate by chat but this is a chatbot and hasn't understand my problem.

Hi, at first I don´t speak english so its not good.I´m in 7th graede and I want to purchase the student pack with all the Adobe programs. (Premiere, Photoshop...) Could someone tell me what I need to do to proove that I am a student?Because I am not sure if my school has all the requirements.Thx!

Hi, This may be a stupid question but I am trying to free up hard drive space and thought that I would remove some of the CC programmes that I am not currently using. Will this have any affect on my account and will I easily be able to reinstall them later?Thanks 

I hate asking for help, but I am stuck because Creative Cloud is stuck!  I get error 81, another installer is running.  On Win 10, I have stopped everything in task manager that mentions Adobe, then restarted.  problem persists.  I downloaded creative_cloud_uninstaller and the exe file gives me the same issue with either the repair or uninstall option.  Control Panel>All Items> programs and Features will not repair or uninstall Creative cloud.  Any help greatly appreciated

I work with the military as a contractor and need access to Adobe CC on disconnected systems. I have reached out to Adobe several times on options. I usually get a response similar to, "Hi! My name is ______ and I'm the Adobe contact for military and DoD and I'd love to schedule a time we can talk!"I respond but I NEVER hear back. It's incredibly frustrating when I'm trying to pitch Adobe as our solution up my chain but I can't even get a response. Any ideas on how to actually speak with someone?

Hello.I'm from Bosnia.My one year adobe subscription is over, and I don't plan to renew the license because resellers are too expensive and I don't have the option to buy for individuals.The yearly adobe subscription is around $599 for individuals, which is acceptable for my budget.Why I have to purchase a business plan for teams for $839 through resellers, I mean I don't need a business plan for teams?And why resellers are so expensive, it's not $839, it's around ~ $1260, way too much.Why things must be so unnecessarily complicated.Is there any way around this?P.S. can I ask my friends from the U.S. or Germany to purchase a yearly subscription?

So, I want to buy Photography Plan this year, and Adobe is telling me to buy from resellers in my country (Serbia). A lot of those resellers are out of business, etc. and I am kinda in a hurry so I would like to buy a product online. Is there a way to do it somehow from my location. I've tried using VPN to change my location, doesn't seem to work, does anyone have an idea how can I quickly buy Photography Plan without resellers?Thanks.

I want to scan 6 photos at a time, I have hundreds of old photos and be able to touch them up 1 at a time & make a family tree photo album. which program will work with my iMac PRO computer with 8 core processor.

I just signed up for the Phtography Plan and then discovered that I need Windows 10 to download and install Photoshop (the primary tool I was needing).  Am I screwed or is there an option to download an older version under the plan until such time as I upgrade to Windows 10?
