Download & Install

Hello everybody. When i try to install after effects it downloads on my c drive which is full and not my e drive which has 820gb of space. i have changed the download place to my e drive, can somebody help? It also happens when i try to install adobe creative cloud on my e drive, it then automatically downloads on my c drive. Please help

Hallo ihr lieben, ich möchte AI auf eine andere Festplatte installieren da die C: Platte voll ist.Wenn ich aber in der Cloud versuche das Installations Verzeichnis zu ändern kommt diese Meldung "installation im stammverzeichnis nicht möglich"  hat da jemand eine Lösung für mich?

I have two licenses for Premiere Elements 2019.  One is running just fine on a machine that was upgraded from Windows 10 to 11.  The other, I am trying to move to a new Windows 11 machine.The installer gets stuck at the "Update Your Browser" screen.None of the fixes on this and similar pages help:https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/update-required.htmlI am a software developer myself.  I understand that the problem here is that Adobe assumed that the web browser for Windows would always be Internet Explorer.  Technically, Adobe was at fault for doing that, since it's not a documented part of the Windows API, and Adobe owes us a workaround.I also have CS 5.5 on the same machine, working fine, but having it activated (under the same Adobe account) doesn't help.

 I hope this email finds you well. I am experiencing error code 12013 when attempting to open one of your applications. Despite checking my TLS version (1.2) and OpenSSL version (LibreSSL 3.3.6), I am still unable to access the application. Macos version: Sonoma 14.3.1 (23D60) MAC address:   14:7d:da:a9:05:91 I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Estoy tratando de instalar mis aplicaciones en una nueva PC pero solo me da opción de instalar Illustrator en modo tableta. Cuando intento instalarlo para PC me pone lo de que estoy en otro país, selecciono el mío y me pone error. A Alguien le pasa? como lo solucionaron

Previously, I have been able to use my installed CS6 software but now I'm receiving the message that the serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. When I look at my account where this software is registered it shows that I have no activated devices. So, how can I deactivate a device if there are no devices activated? I do have another account with another email where I have subscriptions to Adobe Pro and Lightroom/PS. I'd love to have them all under one account but I'm not sure how to do that. I also don't know if this could be causing the problem - that I'm signed in with that account in order to use the subscriptions. If that's the case, I'd really love to consolidate them! 

I have tried to load my copy of CS5 but am told I have it on 2 other computers and should unload at least one. However, the orginal PC has long been disposed of and the PC I was using it on this Tuesday became locked after a Windows 11 24H2 update. I could not get into it at all and had to completely reboot W11.  I lost all my programs and have had to reinstall the all. When I tried to open CS5 I was told it was on too many but I cannot get to unload them and Adobe will not help as CS5 is too old yet they "know" about its history on my PC's !!  Can anyone suggest a way around the problem please?

Hello. I have a 2012 Macbook Pro, with OS X 10.8.5. I have Adobe Creative Suite CS6 installed. My problem is, I need to use Skype, which is no longer useable with my operating system. Does anyone know if CS6 will work effectively on newer operating systems? I think the oldest OS I can use Skype on is 10.9. Any info would be appreciated.

We are looking for help with licenses for Adobe products we have purchased in recent years. These are primarily different and older versions of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro, or Adobe Photoshop Elements. During several reinstallations, we found that the product could no longer be activated due to the shutdown of the activation server by Adobe. We get into a situation where we have a legally purchased product, but we are not able to operate it. We fear that over time, this situation will occur with other product versions. I would like to ask for a solution on how to proceed and legally put older Adobe products into operation. These are licenses, for example, from the TLP program.

Hi everyone! I was working from home office yesterday, so I had to relogin to my Adobe CC account on my office pc today. premium pro doesnt work on big sur, when theres previous versions that can work on the big sur os.creatvity cloud isnt allowing prevous versions?

Dear Adobe,This is really ridiculous and disrespecting towards us.You are selling a product based on CLOUD, it is called Creative Cloud. You have subscription models for 53$/month for the whole package and 20$/month for single program.But in Croatia we can not subscribe directly. Yes, in a subscription based model we CAN NOT subscribe online. We need to go to the stores where the same collections costs around 1250$/year. Now tell me, how is it fair that we need to pay DOUBLE the price, WITHOUT the option of online monthly subscription which is 600$/year? How is that fair? Why are your treating us like that?And do not redirect me to the sales department or some other outsourced department of yours. I demand answers here! My computer doesn't support the latest version of after effects, where can I find the previous (or other) version to download?

Hab das Paket von Adobe aktualisert. Dann kam die Meldung bei Photoshop dass eine höhere Version des Betriebssystem empfohlen wird - 14.6.1.Ich habe ein Mac Book pro 2017, da ist es nicht möglich diese Version zu aktualisieren. Ich habe die Version Ventura 13.7.2.Was soll ich tun? wie bekomme ich die vorherige Version des Photoshop wieder drauf?

Seit kurzem kann ich diverse Anwendungen con Adobe CD5 nicht mehr updaten. Beim Download ist ein Fehler aufgetreten versuchen Sie es später dies nützt aber nichts. Es geht um Illustrator, After effects etc.Fehlercode: U43M1D207Windows 10Hat jemand eine Idee?

Hello, I bought Adobe Premiere Elements from Amazon in Feb 2017 and now want to use it on my new laptop. I have the product key (20 numbers in groups of 4) in an Amazon email sent when purchased) but this does not enable me to download again from Adobe. Is there a way of doing this after nearly 8 years?  

i have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023. since the latest imac update , i get the error code 11. is there a patch or link i can dowload to overcome this. I have contacted Adobe support but have had no reply

Bonjour! Suite à une réinstallation de mon système, l'installation de mon logiciel CS5 m'est interdite. Un message me dit que j'ai atteint la limite de 2 utilisateurs alors que c'est faut. J'ai en effet 2 utilisateurs actifs, mais lis sont pour ma formule "Tout Creative Cloud 100 Go" alors que CS5 est un produit complètement différent, sans abonnement mensuel, acheté il y a longtemps sur CDs et utilisé également par 2 utilisateurs.Je n'arrive pas à communiquer avec un être humain chez Adobe pour corriger ce problème qui me prive d'utiliser mon logiciel comme avant...Que faire?...

I am trying to install photoshop elements 2019 on a new Windows 10 x64 computer. I have downloaded the installer from my account and installed the latest updates to windows. Here is the message I get whern I try to run the installer. Here is the current information on my OS and Internet Explorer, which seems to be required according to Adobe for some reason, although Chrome is the browser I use.  Any help will be appreciated.  

I need help with installing Photoshop Elements 2025. I recently purchased a new Dell desktop computer with Windows 11. Three days ago I purchased an PSE upgrade to 2025. I can not get PSE to install on my computer. The popup window states "Another installer is currently running & must be closed. Error Code 87." Here is what I have tried for over three days to do:Open Task Manager - can't locate a MSI running to end task only the PSE installer. Internet is connected & working.Tried downloading the install from Chrome, Microsoft Edge & FoxFire.Run as adminstrator. Copying install from File Explorer to Desktop to open & install.None of the above work. I am not tech savvy to disable the firewall. It should not be this hard to install a purchased program on a new computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
