Hi, I cannot activate my old Lightroom when swapping all my stuff to new notebook. When I enter S/N then installer complains about invalid key. AFAIR I did it several times when changing HW, I believe I deactivated old instance and activated new one without issues. Now referring help page says something about inability to activate old software. I do not think licence was time limited in classic to ban activation. Please tell me how to proceed to run LR on new hardware. I do not want to experiment with activated instances not to loose them. Thanks Kind regards-Tomas
I bought the premiere pro 2025 subscription. I have not studied this program yet and wonder if I am going to have to buy a separate program for photo work. Thank you very much.
I downloaded the app three times, but I am still not able to install it.
After purchasing and installing 25, it says I don't own it and won't start the program. I am a CC subscriber on my work profile, and use those products at work. I also have a private profile with the same login information, and when I purchased 25 it showed up under my "personal' profile for some reason. I have the receipts and download link for 25, but when trying to open it after installing it i get the "Start Your Free Trial..." screen. See screenshot attached.None of the options on that madatory screen lead to opening the program, i've tried them all. Thinking it was somehow related to the fact that the program showed up under my personal profile, I chose the "log out and log in under a different account" button. However, my business profile (CC user) and my personal profile use THE SAME LOGIN, so when i log in, it goes through the same protocols.Give me a solution or refund my $$. I should NEVER have uninstalled Elements 22 😞
Alright, so I've been going around and around in circles on Adobe support with no helpful answers, I've also called what I thought was Adobe support only for them to tell me that they cannot help me. SO, my computer is in the shop being repaired but they have to wipe it clean and then they can reinstall my programs, however they won't be able to reinstall photoshopCS6. I've read that you can deactivate from your Adobe account, which I've tried, but when I get to my account none of my products are under the registered tab, there is no deactivate device option under manage plan for creative cloud, I see nothing. I'd like some real help here. Going around on these forums I'm seeing a lot of what seems like automated answers from Adobe "experts". Clicking "Contact Us" has done nothing but send me in circles and it's the most maddening thing. I've even tried putting in my serial number where it says register an older product, and it says that my serial number has already been registered, so
The path is: C:Users/Username/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/CRLogsThis CRLogs folder takes up 31GB of my hard drive.Inside the folder :What are those files? Is it save to delete those?Because I'm running out of space in C.
I recently created my Adobe account and downloaded the Creative Cloud app to start using the apps on my Windows 11. But unfurtunatelly the app does not open, and I already tried everything I could find in the internet, including in other similar posts in this community. I have checked the system requirements for the Creative Cloud app and my computer does meet the requirements. I have 8GB RAM and more than 50GB of available hard-disk space. I do have a good internet connection and an Intel i5-10 64-bit processor. The error I see after trying to launch the app and waiting some minutes, is described in this Adobe page and I already followed all the steps there, which are: 1. Repair Creative Cloud desktop app (using the Repair button that appears in an error window that I see).2. Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app, and then reinstall it (I did it multiple times, installing different versions I found in the end of this Adobe page). ( I downloaded the Ado
I installed Creative Cloud desktop and am using it to download/install several adobe CC programs. I installed Premier and Illustrator without issue, but get hung up on After Effects. It downloads fine but during extraction it stops and gives me a "Installation Failed" error "Errors encountered during installation.(34)"If I go to "read more" button I get this message:Exit Code:34Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.-1 fatal error, 0 errorFATAL: Payload "Camera Profiles Installer_9.0_AdobeCameraRawProfile8.0.0All 9.0.0.60 {36BF72E8-4EE9-4868-AB3F-1ABF6FABDE7E}" information not found in Mediia_db.I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleanup Tool and did a full cleanup, then reinstalled Adobe CC Desktop and started over but this happens every time. I've repeated twice.Any ideas? This is extremely frustrating!
Got a refurbed computer, which has Windows 10 Pro on it. I tried to install Elements 12 and it goes through the whole process. I have to got to the website it says to, get the code, and then it says "You're all set" yet nothing happens. When I double tap to get Elements open, the whole process starts again. I recall that every time I would install Elements 12 it was a hassle, but foolishly didn't record what I did to make it work. This is probably the 5th computer. I tried everything I could find online and asked ChatGPT. That last attempt, just now, was in safemode. Understand, it installs fine, but just won't let me actually get to the program. I am kicking myself for not buying Elements 24. I just kept spending money on bills and one Christmas and now here I am not able to use a product I own.

When I try to login to CC on my laptop computer it tries to log me in using a different email. Oddly enough, the email it is trying to use is my email with "+old+ inserted before the "@". When I login on my desktop it works fine. When I login on Safari or Chrome on my laptop it works fine. Logging into CC it does not allow me to sign out. It will let me quit the application but when I start it again it has the same incorrect email. It keeps saying that it is sending me a verification email. Of course I am not getting it as it is not a valid email. I have tried contacting Adobe and have not had any luck. I have updated my OS and should be on the current CC as well. Anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this?
Hello - I'm new to this forum, so please forgive me if my question is somehow out of line. I need to update Adobe Photoshop CS5. Purchased it for company use in 2011 (purchased in DVD format). I recently installed it on a new computer (iMac running El Capitain 10.11.1). I downloaded Adobe Photoshop 12.0.4 update for Adobe Photoshop CS5, but when I run it, I get error "update is not applicable." Can't contact customer support - seems the forums are my only hope. Thanks.
I hope there's someone who can help me. I'm trying to install Adobe CC 2025 but I'm hitting a snag. I had no problems doing this in the past but now I can't. When I load Adobe Installer I get this:What I've done so far:checked the hosts fileturned off anti-virus and firewall for both Avast and WindowsAm I missing something? This is the first time I came across this problem. Please help.Craig
I can't solve this problem, and cant open any app of the desktop.I've reset everithig
I am being unable to recover/reset password because you keep sending delayed emails with code to be verified. By the time I receive the email, code is already expired. After couple tries, then you block account for repeated attempts. You guys need to resolve this ASAP.Request support! PS.: It's not a problem in my email, as I've done multiple tests and emails are received instantaneously from different other companies.
I have enough space in my computer I didn't have no problem downloading photoshop. For some reason when I try to download illustrator or Indesing I keep getting a pop up saying "Illustrator is not yet available for your device". I could really use a help or advice. I really need those programs in my laptop

HelloI mistakenly followed someone's advice to clear up my Photoshop scratch disk and accidentally uninstalled my Creative Cloud. However, I have tried everything to reinstall Creative Cloud and keep getting the error 702.Before you ask, yes I have tried the terminal code sudo chmod 1777 /tmp/ but all I get is "No such file or directory." I tried restarting my MacBook, downloading Cloud Cleaner, and using first aid on my disk utility. I have contacted both Adobe and Apple support teams and nothing is working. Please help me if you can, Thank you!
