Can anyone please help me, I have a subscription of Adobe creative cloud on my desktop, i want to use it as well in my ipad but when I look for the Creative Cloud on the app store I cannot find the app. Now I have trouble on downloading Photoshop fonts for my ipad cuz i don't have a Creative Cloud on my ipad, and the tutorials are telling me to use the Creative Cloud App on the ipad to be able to download the fonts for my Photoshop ipad. Can anyone please answer my concerns? Thank you

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this issue? I downloaded the Adobe Account Access app to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud on an Android device and it works perfectly. I downloaded it on to an iPhone 11 running IOS 14.2 from the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/adobe-account-access/id1514571935) and after installing it on the device, I immediately received an error message upon opening it that said "Device not supported" and was given only two options: a blue button that said "Learn More" and when clicked took me to this page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/passwordless-sign-in-adobe.html and another button that said "Close App." I've read everything on the link from the "Learn More" button, including the FAQ at the bottom about this issue. The iPhone meets all the requirements of the FAQ but I'm still getting the error message. Any suggestions?

There is a supposed option in creative cloud to install apps to whatever folder you want. But what it means, is ANY FOLDER ON THE SYSTEM DRIVE.  HOWEVER, here's how to hack and workaround that.  Go to Disk Utility and highlight the drive you want the apps installed on If there is a partition or not, reformat that drive or partition to Mac OS Extended (Journaled). DO NOT reformat to Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive, Journaled). There be dragons. Adobe app installations are not apparently compatible with case-sensitive drives.Once that is done, go to the Adobe Creative Cloud Preferences, under your user icon (see below)Select Preferences > Apps > Install location (which is a tiny edit pencil on the lower right (see below)At this point you will be able to install most apps on the external drive except for a few, specifically Acrobat Pro for some reason  WARNING: It will be slower to open than usual. Hey, I have a problem uninstalling adobe creative cloud from 2 other users on my mac, without interfering the 3rd user that needs it. Basically there are 3 users on my mac and 2 of them do not need CC, but only the one user needs it, the reasons for which I do not want to elaborate now. How do I setup my mac so only the one user has CC. All the users are administrators of my mac. I want only the one user to have the CC and other users nothing. I have tried to move all the apps and all the "crap" apps such as AdobeIPCBroker, Core Sync etc. to the user's ~/Applications directory properly (Others folder all the "craps") and also change the Sharing & Permissions preferences so it would be accessible only to the one user. I have done this many times with slight variations without a result, when I launch the creative cloud on the user where I want it to be, it doesn't work properly and it basically needs to be reinstalled and when I reinstall, it reinstalls itself to the other

So, I want to use Premiere Pro for a month, but not too long ago I got a prepaid gift card of $25. I want to use it, but apparently you can't...? How does this work, kinda annoying that they won't allow me to use this.

Hello, I'm stuck with my Mac hardware and the latest operating system that can run is macOS Catalina. Just brought the Adobe product, creative cloud all applications, but it pushes the AI installation 2024 versions. Only 2023 27.x versions are compatible with Catalina. Any suggestions rather than the obvious one, changing the hardware? I should be able to download 2023 27.x too right? But where and how? Or things are getting old rapidly these years that I don't find customer friendly...

Hi everyone, We are currently using the external tool "Xactuell" from Codeware, which is fully compatible only with Adobe InDesign 2021 (Version 16.0). Unfortunately, the older versions listed in our Adobe account only go back as far as Version 19.0. Is there any way to access or download InDesign 2021 (Version 16.0)? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

How to Activate Adobe CS4?I have purchased CS3, then upgraded to CS4 with a vaild INDESIGN UPG code.Now my computer box has died, I need to install CS4 again from the boxed DVD.When prompted for serial number it says serial number invalid.The serial number is the one printed on the box.It is correct.How to activate CS4?

Whenever I attempt to download one of the files from the Creative Cloud it says I have insufficient disk space. This is not surprising, as I only have a 32 GB computer with <1 GB open. However I have an external Toshiba hard drive that holds 1 TB on it, and changed all of my preferences for the downloading to happen on that. I have 921 GB open on my Toshiba drive, however I feel as though it is not downloading it to the Toshiba drive as every time I try to download Premiere the CC gives me error 120 (insufficient space). Any help?

old computer has died replacement trying to load and activate acrobat 9 standard?

I still use Photoshop CS2 as I does all I need and I do not use it enough to warrant updating.I have downloaded the replacement version to overcome the activation problems with my original disk.My previous legal edition for some time (and I assume it dates from when you discontinued activation) and the revised edition asks me to register when I start it running each time despite the fact that I have registered it.  Is there any way to stop this slightly irritating question?regardsColin Reid<Removed by Moderator>

There is absolutely no reason for Adobe to force its customers to stay logged in. I can understand the need to check the licensing once in a while or i'd even accept to briefly log in each time (even though a waste of time) to check the license. But forcing cutomers to stay logged in whilst using Adobe is more about Adobe collecting background metadata from cookies etc than it is about checking the license. We as customers have a right to our privacy when online. It is not a privelege. I have been an Adobe customer for over 20 years and this is just pure arrogance on Adobe's part and will ultimately lose customers. I teach for three photographic schools and usually recommend Adobe but i'm beginning to think twice. And i know i am far from the only person who has this issue.

I am re-installing illustrator because i could'nt open the app. It just downloading 1% and then stops and i need to try again. No error message or anything.

Hello, I purchased Adobe Illustrator for Mac on Sun. March 1. For the past two days I have tried downloading it many times. It will load to somewhere around 10% then stop. It says remaining time is around 160 minutes. I have let it run, but I still won't load. It freezes around 10%. I have High Sierra OS and plenty of space on my computer. I even turned off my firewall. I have tried Safari and Firefox both. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. I need this program to do work. Thanks for your time.

Hey I recently upgraded from a 2014 macOS CATALINA to a 2022 macOS 12.4 Monterey. I had no issues transfering everything over using the migration assist except for my CC doucments. When I tried to open up CC on my new mac it came up with problems with migration and that it couldnt be opened. I couldn't open up Lightroom or Photoshop because of it and I need those for school work, etc. I tried to use the unistall app for CC but that had the same problem.  The notification would come up saying the CC is unssported or damaged. Anyway, I binned everything CC from my apllication and utilities, even downloaded the Adobe Cleaner thing that you guys suggest, so now everything adobe is gone. The next suggestion thing was to download an apllications manager for adobe but that wasn't compatible with this new mac, which was annoying cause that seemed to be the step that worked for everyone else. I have a school provided account that has access to everything so signing into adobe is no problem

Hi, I've been trying to set the preference in Creative Cloud to install apps to another location on an external drive, on which I have numerous other programs. But it refuses to install Adobe apps there, giving me the following error (see image).  I have seen other folks say that they've been able to do this but for some reason, my system just won't do it. I'm running a Mac Mini with Sonoma, and have numerous other apps on my hard drive that work fine. It's not encrypted. It runs the standard Mac format, has more than 40GB free,  I even tried creating an "Apps" folder on the drive to see if it would install there, but same error. Any ideas, friends? Thanks! 

I can no longer use Photoshop or update it because Creative Cloud cannot update or download anything anymore. It simply leaves the download sitting at 1% and I cannot even the cancel the download, forcing me to restart my computer (Windows 11) if I want to close the CC app after attempting a download. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC, it used to work fine. What is going on? I have no clue how to fix this.
