Download & Install

downloaded plugin from adobe exchange and it says acquired but when i install it i cant find where its gone...any help folks would be good...thanks

I can't install the lastest version of Adobe reader to my Macbook lastest ver (11.1)I also downloaded the others old version and select different langauges for the Adobe reader, but it get hang again.Also, there are not any remain Adobe floder in library for me delete, so that I can install this again.Firewall already turned off.

I tried to download Creative Cloud and I got a VCRUNTIME140.dll error. I don't know what this means or how to fix it.

Lr is not opening.Creative Cloud icon in the working bar is grey.Tried to open CC from Finder but does not work.Uninstall not allowed.Have downloaded a new version of CC but the installer does not perform the installation until the end, after a few seconds it vanishes.What can Ì do to fix the issue?Thanks in advance.Pedro

I've uninstalled and re-installed the plugin, I've uninstalled ESTK, but I am unable to make the plugin work.  The "Select the target application" does nothing (apart from highlight) I've tried manually adding a targetSpecifier but have no luck.  Is there official support for this extension?   Mark

I recently signed up for creative cloud and i ran into the problem of an adobe update within creative cloud is frozen and is not updating which is haulting me from downloadingn any of my adobe apps. Anyone know what I can do to resolve this problem?

I have to use adobe connect for my online classes but the program does not work on my new M1 chip apple laptop. How soon will this be updated?

Like the title, trying to use Software I pay for to get somesort of "access denied". Tryed disableling KIS, deleting browser history (using opera) and other unofficial solutions found around the web. Mail is gmail don't know if thats important.I know this problem was asked a few times over the years, I just can't imagin why adobe trys so desperatly to patch up a filthy boot with more holes than swiss cheese rather that making something new that does actually work in both ways: secure and reliable.Any help and experience is welcome.

My C drive filled up with all the apps from Creative Cloud so I want to move the whole thing to my D drive.  How do I do it? Do I uninstall Creative Cloud?  If yes, how do I get it again since I am already paying for it.Do I uninstall all the apps for Creative Cloud?Do I do see where the language and file location are located (from an earlier question that was answered that way).thank you, Gloria

Hello everyone, I have just registered for Creative Cloud in order to use all prossible programs that I need such as Photoshop XD and other.My problem is that as soon as I run the downloaded file (xd for example) I run it and then a circle goes round and round (after a minute or so it opens my chrome to sign in) and continues this kind of behaviour for 4-5 times and than I get a message "Server disconnection, The installer cannot download Creative Cloud because Adobe's servers arent't reachable. Check the Adobe status page for an outage and retry the installation later (Error code 206). So, I have tested these things to resolve but no luck.1. Checked adobe's status page obviously 🙂2. Checked if the secure connection with adobe server is ok and it is (gives me back pong)3. Tried using Cloud Cleaner Tool (It gives me two errors, 1st Fix Host File and 2nd Adobe ID credentials. 2nd is done but when the 1st is run I get successfully completed, 0 entries were fiexed.4. Chec

When trying to install premire rush, I get this message:"the code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." An identical message is second but with MSVCP140. Any suggestions? 

В требованиях к загрузке ПО указаны, что необходима ОС виндоус версия 10 и выше, а у меня 7 ОС профессиональная, как быть? Устанавливать 10 не хочу , не удобный функционал. В требованиях к загрузке указано, что можно загрузить с меньшими требованиями более ранюю версию, но на этом информация заканчивается... Как и что сделать не ясно ((

Atachments to my emails are now saved in a PDF format to the cloud regardless of the original format (i.e. Word, Jpeg etc.) in the last few days without my permission - how can I restore file atachments to their original formats?

I had a computer that suffered a disk crash.  I need to activate Creative Suite on my new computer.I can't seem to contact Adobe because the "contact options" seem to be limited to accessing this format ("Ask the Community").  What do I do??

Hi everyone,I would like to contact the Adobe support because of a suddent probleme of white/blank preview screen on Premiere Pro AND After Effect.Unable to work under these conditions.I try to find solutions on different forums (Adobe CC, PPro and AE), but nothing I tried works...So I wanted to call or mail or chat with an agent Adobe. The only solution Adobe proposed to me is the chat, but it doesn't work!When I click on the tab "chat" (you can see on the picture below ) nothing happens! However I'm in the right times (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm CET).Very frustating...Please can anyone help? I've got two Adobe accounts but only 1 windows PC:1. A personal account with a photography subscription which allows me access to PS & LR etc for personal photography use2. A work account which allows me access to Acrobat DC which I need for my job Each is associated with a different email address. My company has set up the work account so I'm not able to add the photography subscription, even if I pay for it myself. Each time I flip between accounts (i.e. logout of one profile in Creative Cloud Desktop and log into the other) I have to download the software packages again. Yesterday it took about 20 mins to download Photoshop for example.  Is there any way around this? A way I can access both accounts at the same time or prevent having to download PS / LR each time I need them?

Hey so I am trying to install photoshop and it keeps downloading adobe creative cloud. And when i try to open it. It shows these error messages. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but its still missing files. This is on acer aspire 5 and i am currently updated on windows. Does these not come prebuilt? Do i have to download it from somewhere else
