Hi there anyone have the issue of Acrobat DC not recognising their subscription - it has been resolved with one of their techs but still continues. If I cannot sort it shortly I will need to look at an alternative product as it is creatign asignificant issues for the workflow of our business. Sat on a call with a tech yesterday that took 3 hours and then they discsonnected. Not happy at all with the service at this point - usually they are good.Any insights gratefully received.

I bought an old copy of Photoshop Elements 12 (new from Amazon) because I need to run Mac OS7 because I produce music and my hardware is not supported past 10.7 - when I try to instal Photoshop Elements 12, my password is not recognised (I'm sure I had it right, but I changed it anyway) but even the brand new one was unrecognised ! ... Help !

Is there something ADOBE plans to do about the daily password request on macOS from Creative Cloud "node wants to use the "local items" keychain"?

Good evening! I cannot download and reinstall LR and Photoshop although I had bought them.  A message appears which says: SERVER DISCONNECTION, ADOBE΄S SERVERS AREN΄T REACHABLE. I made these steps: I disabled firewall and the antivirus software, I tried a different browser, I reset modem, I communicated with MICROSOFT and they tried with a new administrator profil, but all the efforts failed.  I inform you that I had updated my Windows 10 Home a few days ago (Edition 20H2). I downloaded Creative Cloud, but i am not able to run it. It says its impossible to execute the code, because MSVCP140.dll was not found. I close the pop up and another pop ups : impossible to execute the code, because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. I reinstalled twice Creative Cloud, restart my laptop (hp with windows 10) twice also, and still same pop ups. Any advice? So I am trying to dowload photoshop and it keeps giving me error 120 wich means that it has no space to download. I switched my download location to a drive that has atleast 100 gigs left so I dont understand what the problem is here.

I have a problem when I try to install a software like Indesign or Illustrator, or just uninstall Photoshop, on Creative Cloud, it says "synchronisation impossible"... And I can't do anything more.. Could you help me please ?

On Dec 27,2020 I subscribed to adobe cloud but then I decided to cancel it before the days ends. The email I got said It was refunded but it's been already weeks and I still don't have the refund in my account. Can anyone help?

I had to reinstall Windows 10 when it crashed after an upgrade and and now I need to reinstall Photoshop and Premiere Elements version 15.  Both of these applications show up as my registered products on the Adobe website in the My Products section but not under Billing History or Order History for me to download probably because I purchased them through Dell when I bought my PC.  How to get these applications back?

Hi As there is no Spark forum.I've been trying to use spark to create video/slideshows for a photography competition. However, the most recent video had a very pronounced alteration in the colours of several images. The images are darker and have quite a green cast to them. I thought it may have been that the images may have been in the wrong colour profile, ProPhoto etc. I tried changing them to sRGB but this didn't help. Obviously it's important to display the images as close to the original as possible. I have attached an example, the original image being the warmer and brighter image and the 2nd being the same image in spark. Any help would be appreciated.

When I updated Mac OS to Big Sur recently I had to remove my Adobe programs to clear enough space for the update. Today I was trying to reinstall Creative Cloud and Photoshop, but the installation shuts down. I manage to download the files and doubleclick them, fill in my computer password, but then the bar runs up to 100% very fast and all the installation window shuts down, without adding the programs to the launchpad.I've been through the installation process several times and tried to restart my computer without further success. Any ideas?

Hi,We have 3-4 collaborators in our non-profit organization who are woking together on projects using Adobe CC. Each of us has a CC license. The problem is that we have proj files and assets on a shared cloud space and need to download -> edit -> upload sequence each time one of us does an edit. It would be very convenient if, like Google Docs, we can all work directly on the cloud where both data, assets and AdobeCC programs are all together so we can invoke an instance of an AdobeCC app directly on the cloud without having to go through the download -> edit -> upload sequence. Can you suggest solutions?Thanks.Venkat  

I have instaled Adobe CC on my Mac book pro and I just purchased a windows desktop computer but I cannot install Adobe CC on it. I tried Adobe creative cloud first and a message shows up as "it's taking longer than usual. I tried other help with the OOBE file but cannot find it in the folder... Waiting for your support. Hi, I recently purchased a sub for Photoshop/Light Room, and when I went to try and download it, the window asked me to switch to a supported browser, so I updated Google Chrome and tried on FireFox and still same outcome. I am apparently not on a supported browser despite seemingly being on one. Any advice?

When can we expect the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite to be compatible with Big Sur?  With no issues.

My Issue has to be primitive to you experts. I’m an 82 year old novice dependent on my Adobe InDesign CS4. During my training material design & development years we stated with PageMaker 4, then PageMaker 6, then 7, then CS2, then CS4. I have dozends of valuable docs, that I no longer can access and manipulate due to my current OS 10.13.6 High Sierra.   I need a temporary solution, but can’t afford, nor need a new suite of programs. Of course I’m long retired, but putter and am in the process of developing one more final program -  ‘What I wasn’t taught in school, but should have been’.   How can I still use my CS4? Or, what other desktop publishing program opens and allows me to modify CS4 docs?
