Download & Install

So has anyone ever figured out how to stay conected and do updates? its been years and mine still just keeps timing out every 5-10 seconds. I have a Cox bussines conection--its not the internet. I have goggled and googled this over the years, I would have thought there would have been a fix by now! any ideas? John

I downloaded Premiere Pro to my SSD C: and am assuming that all the files that are needed for adobe premiere are on that drive. I want them on my storage HDD 😧 however and i don't know how to get them there.If anyone knows or is experiencing the same thing please let me know.Thanks!

My 10-year old iMac recently needed a new hard drive - other than that, the machine is going strong and with the newly-installed SSD dive it's probably good for another ten years. The CS3 activiation (as I'm sure you've heard from many others) died. Since the software had been working flawlessly until three weeks ago, I didn't hear a peep about the servers and support ending. I recall that I spent $1500 on this software. I join many others in the community who are disappointed and angry at Adobe for their lack of respect, their placing profit above service, and their policy which, regadless of the EULA, is de facto theft. 

I'm a student from The Netherlands.3 weeks ago I've renewed my year licence for Adobe Creative Cloud. I've paid €140,50 at Slim.nl, which is a website with products, licences and software downloaders. But then Adobe sents me that my licence is 'ended' and that I have to pay to renew it... So I don't get access anymore to the programs as Illustrator and InDesign. I've received an special code to redeem and install, but I haven't seen it before and I think it's over time to redeem it right now. How can I solve this???

I just swapped Mac computers and managed to (finally) re-install my old Adobe Creative Suite CS6 Standard on the new machine (with a lot of sweat and some help from Adobe chat). Now I have Adobe Applications Manager trying to upgrade my apps, every morning when I boot up. Every time I try, I get the message "There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U43M1D207" for each upgrade. I know that Adobe have stopped doing upgrade for CS6, and I accept that, but I just want the Applications Manager to stop trying and to disable it, without uninstalling all of my Creative Suite! 

Hello. I purchased the adobe cloud for students. I downloaded adobe cloud but i can see only XD, premiere Rush, Fresco, Bridge, and Aero. I cant download illustrator, photoshop or any other adobe programs. But my plan includes 20 apps.In the web profile, they are offering to download all the apps but in the adobe cloud I can't see them and they are not downloading when I try to download them from the web (adobe profile)...

I keep getting this message..... Adobe Illustrator CS5 15.0.2 Update  There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later.I have tried to manually install and I get the same thing. Also every time I open an application it asks me if I want it to fix the registry.I have the CS5 web premium that I paid a lot of money for and would like to see this resolved. Thank You.

I just recently updated my OS to Catalina (and the recent update 10.15), and since then purchased a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud suite. However, the installer for CC stops at 25% and won't go further. I hear rumours about Catalina and CC not yet being compatible. Is there anyone that has found a solution?

Hi there anyone have the issue of Acrobat DC not recognising their subscription - it has been resolved with one of their techs but still continues. If I cannot sort it shortly I will need to look at an alternative product as it is creatign asignificant issues for the workflow of our business. Sat on a call with a tech yesterday that took 3 hours and then they discsonnected. Not happy at all with the service at this point - usually they are good.Any insights gratefully received.

I bought an old copy of Photoshop Elements 12 (new from Amazon) because I need to run Mac OS7 because I produce music and my hardware is not supported past 10.7 - when I try to instal Photoshop Elements 12, my password is not recognised (I'm sure I had it right, but I changed it anyway) but even the brand new one was unrecognised ! ... Help !

Good evening! I cannot download and reinstall LR and Photoshop although I had bought them.  A message appears which says: SERVER DISCONNECTION, ADOBE΄S SERVERS AREN΄T REACHABLE. I made these steps: I disabled firewall and the antivirus software, I tried a different browser, I reset modem, I communicated with MICROSOFT and they tried with a new administrator profil, but all the efforts failed.  I inform you that I had updated my Windows 10 Home a few days ago (Edition 20H2). I downloaded Creative Cloud, but i am not able to run it. It says its impossible to execute the code, because MSVCP140.dll was not found. I close the pop up and another pop ups : impossible to execute the code, because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. I reinstalled twice Creative Cloud, restart my laptop (hp with windows 10) twice also, and still same pop ups. Any advice? So I am trying to dowload photoshop and it keeps giving me error 120 wich means that it has no space to download. I switched my download location to a drive that has atleast 100 gigs left so I dont understand what the problem is here.

I have a problem when I try to install a software like Indesign or Illustrator, or just uninstall Photoshop, on Creative Cloud, it says "synchronisation impossible"... And I can't do anything more.. Could you help me please ?
