Download & Install

I have a Mac running msOs Big Sur 11.2.2.  I try to download the desktop app to my computer and I get the message 'failed to open' because it cannot find the page with an address starting with aam:.  Is there a way to fix this?  I'll cancel the membership because I want the desktop app, not just the Cloud.

I am unable to activate my CS5 software on install, as the orig 2 options appear to be unsupported? I have registered the software with legit serial # on my adobe account but does not help activation. What am I missing? 

I deinstalled Adobe Pro XI and Adobe Acrobat as there where always login issues by printing excel to pdf. My Creative Cloud Desktop shows  "Acrobat".But I have an Abo for "Acrobat Pro".Nowhere it is shown if it´s Pro or not. When I login online to my account, I find any download-button (nowhere).Instead it shows me many many things I do not want to see. Well, dear Adobe, same like others, you try to make it worse and more complicated for your users. From year to year and from update to update.😞   😞   😞 Hope there will be a good alternative to you in the future so you will try harder again to satisfy your users.

Every time I attempt to log into adobe lightroom on my windows laptop it keeps sending me back to the login screen and then after succesfully logging in 3 times it says "For security reasons your access is temporarily disabled"How do I fix this. I have 2 factor authentification and it works every time yet it keeps telling me the same disabled acces message

My installation of Acrobat X was temporarily deactivated to use on another computer and now I cannot reactivate it. Support tells me that the activation servers for Acrobat X have been deactivated. If that were the case then how would they know what is activated and what is not? The computer that it was on temprarily won't deactivate it, presumably for the same reason, as it says I am not connected to the internet. There must be a way to restore the use of perfectly good software.

I sat down this morning to update my websites, (something I only do a couple of times year, if that) only to discover that Adobe have discontinued Muse! As if that's not frustrating enough Muse, has mysteriously disappeared from my list of apps on my mac, and despite what the end of service advice FAQs say, there is no sign of it to re-download amongst the apps on the CC page. Does anybody have any idea where i might download it from? As a follow up question, any top tips on what software to use instead,? I'm an illustrator, not a web designer, muse fitted the bill perfectly.

Hi there!I have Adobe's Creative Suit installed on my mac. I strictly use Photoshop and Illustrator. I'm out of space on my mac and I'm wondering if I can clear up some space by deleting the other applications I never use such as Dreamweaver, Indesign, Fireworks ect without that interfering with PS and AI?Thanks for your help,Christine

Hi,I tried to install CS 6 in my laptop, but i cannot do that, cause they say that my serial number is wrong. It just cannot be the wrong one, cause i don't have any other. So what to do? I had to recovery my system so that's the reason that i am installing CS 6 again in my laptop. So could be that the reason why they say it's the wrong one?  I have tried everything , still can't install creative cloud on my laptop. 

OS: Win10 pro ITA (always updated) With the "Creative Cloud Desktop" management app, you can change the installation language of the apps it controls.  What I can't change is the language of the app itself.On the operating system I can have the language is not English and I have no power to change it, but for the apps I have that chance.Nonetheless, I cannot find in any way, even looking through all the entries in all the menus of this app, a way to change its own language. It would seem to be tied to the operating system in which it is installed. This way of handling things does not provide me with any means of solving the problem. ( In addition to this, creative cloud itself, on the web, does not allow me to say "speak to me in English," even if I change the language of the browser: it reads the IP and forces me to use the language of the state I am in...but that is not what is useful to me! ) My priority is to change the language of the desktop app and its conten

Having started out as a raving fan of the brand Adobe, I am wiser but sadder and now have a loathing for all things Adobe.As a full time (mature) student, it was tremendous news to find I could have a huge discount on an annual Creative Cloud and I readily signed up.This gave me access to all manner of things and I felt like a child in the toy shop. Then unfortunately I did not upgrade my payment details when a current bank card was no longer within the date for payments and soon after I lost the service.Someone called from Adobe and we seemed to get the issue sorted and I was to be reinstated with a free month.Then my troubles began, it would not work, I tried the DIY fixes in line with the website and then upgraded to chat online.This is the point at which I lost faith in Adobe-- after an hour of not having my questions answered, I was put through to the technical desk and then after 10 minutes they vanished.I repeated the process and then went through all the labourious questions of

Need to re-download photoshop because some functions randomly stopped working and the only solution is to remove and re-install... Tried opening up creative cloud and can't even get in because the update won't install.  Error code 87 - Another installer is already running. Apparently this is a common issue on windows 11 and I have yet to find a solution that works. This is pretty critical because I am a full time photographer and graphic designer, so if I can't find a solution quickly I'm going to have a problem. Apparently this has been an issue on windows for a wild and it's bewildering that adobe still has yet to fix this problem. Someone please help.  Thanks

Hello! I recently updated my InDesign to the newest version, but it turns out I need to be using InDesign version 16.0 for compatibility with my company's database system. Our company will be upgrading soon, but for now this is the version we have to have. I contacted Adobe support, but they oldest version they can provide is 17.0.Can anyone please provide a direct download link for 16.0?I am desperate! Please and thank you all very much.

I am trying to put Premier Elements 11 on my 'new' edting PC but it says Elements 11 is already activated on 2 computers, deactivate on 1 to activate on this computer.  Only problem is both computers are dead so cannot remove from any.  I looked in activated devices but it is empty, also when I tried to sign in to Elements 11 it says something went wrong, is that because of the activation 'problem' as I used the password to sign in to here to write this.Thanks

This is very unusual, but we seem to have narrowed the problem down to what seems to be Adobe Creative Cloud which crashes the network for only that computer and usually we have to run a DOS command of "netsh int ip reset" reboot the computer and it works.  The question is why is this happening?  Here's some details:We've reformatted the hard drive multiple times, replaced the network card and cable, also replaced the entire computer 3 times.  So we know it is nothing to do with the hardware.  Also, they are the only person in this entire company that has a problem with local network and Internet going down multiple times per day sometimes.  The only software different on this computer from the others is Adobe Create Cloud is installed.We can ping the router and Google and it resolves the name to IP so we know DNS is working, we just can't browse the local network or the Internet and remote tools and other apps that require Internet do not work.  We fix it

Can I install any adobe programm in macbook?

I purchased the adobe creative cloud suite and i'm trying to install Creative Cloud, but it just won't do it. It says that i'm disconected from the server. It's error 206. I've tried to change wifi connection, deactivated the microsoft antivirus and the firewall, checked the firewall to see if adobe servers are blocked, no they aren't, and still nothing. Does anybody know what to do?
