I am from a third-world country, and I have been using unauthorized copies of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to earn for myself. However, upon realizing that such practice of mine is forbidden according to my religious convictions, I have decided to discontinue using them and am willing to compensate for it, be it financially.I also hope Adobe will accept my apology for years of breaching their intellectual rights. I'd like to confront Adobe regarding it if necessary and possible, and would be grateful if I am made aware how to.

So it used to be able to, but now it can't. Its CC2018 i think, using WIndows 10 and it won't connect, Adobe installer (for a troubleshooting thing) is stuck on "trying to connect to the server" and i can't connect to the ADobe thing. If there is more information you need, please ask!

Hi, i have Adobe Acrobat XI pro installed on my PC, i have the license key for activation .. during the installation it's accepted the key but the application is suddnly closing after 10-15 seconds. i tried to re-install the software many times and used a diffrent source but the same issue there. So, Seeking your support \ advise on the same.

Hallo bin fast am Verzweifeln.Ich habe vor 10 Jahren die Creative Suite gekauft. Registriert und alles. Ich finde das Produkt immer noch in meinem Account zusammen mit dem Key. Ich bin seit zwei Tagen am Versuchen die Suite auf dem neu aufgesetzten PC (WIN 10 frisch installiert ((mehrmals)) zu installieren. (Key und Anmeldung und Aktiviereung gehen problemlos)Ich habe die Suite mehrmals von meinem Account gedownloaded und es endet dann immer mit der Fehlermeldung:"Applikationen und Browser aktualisieren". MS Edge ist auf den allerneuesten Stand.  -> Und die "Adobe Anwendungen zu aktualisieren" macht ja keinen Sinn, wenn man eine Software gekauft hat. (wie soll das gehen?)Ich habe auch den virtuellen Support angefragt. Dort heisst es, Support sei eingestellt für CS6. Dann werden mehrere Links angeboten, die aber alle in den Sand führen. Die Lösungen sind reine Haarsträuberei. Bitte kennt sich da jemand aus?Vielen Dank 

I realized I havn't touched adobe products for the past 2 months and just discovered that I'm stuck in the year long subscription with a 90$ cancelation fee. I guess I didn't read the fine print. I'm annoyed at that, but I guess it's my fault. Right now I'm looking to just turn off auto renew so by the time next year comes around I don't get stuck into another year. I really don't make nearly enough to afford an extra 20$ on my monthly expenses especially for a product I don't use. 

I am trying to download Premiere Pro, but every download link I click brings me to the same page. But I'm not trying to install it, I'm trying to download it. I can download previous versions, or move it to a new computer. Yet, I can't find any download links. Where is a download link I can use?

Hello!i recently bought a sub to the photography package and tried to install both lightroom and photoshop but ran into os compatibility issues. I updated my windows 10 to the newest edtion and this did not solve the issue. so i upgraded to the nesest version of windows 11, this also did not solve the issue dispite being a newer version of the operating system then the requrement pages state. I am running a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor32 gigs of ramRadeon RX 6700 XTThank you!

  I chatted with support. They weren't very helpful. Maybe I'm being unreasonable. I wrote I have a question. I know the answer is probably no but I thought I'd ask anyway.   I'm interested in Adobe Apps and Cloud and Stock Images. I see you have discounted plans for students for example. I'm not a student but I am disabled, in a wheelchair, don't work, and receive only very little social security a month.    I could provide whatever proof you need. My hobby is playing on my computer and working on a few webpages for friends. I'd love these apps for this reason but I cannot really afford them. Is there any way I could get a reduced rate for everything?   I would really appreciate it and if the answer's no, I understand. I normally wouldn't even ask but I am really interested in your apps and services and I know they'd be a great asset. Hello, I can't download Photoshop because I get a message that my system is too old, but that's not true. I have Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-bit)Version(Build)22H2 (10/0/19045). what should I do?

Our company has 30 perpetual licenses for Audition CS 6.0. As older computers crash, I now have no way to get a validation code from Adobe during the installation process. Talked to customer service numeriour times and they advise:  please write a post on the Adobe Community ”and the team is going to revert you”. I have no idea what that means? But here is the post. Can anybody help? What does it take to get our perpetual license working again? Thanks!

Hi. I have a paid membership and have Photoshop on the laptop that no longer works. I want to install and update on my new laptop. The issue is I am being asked to BUY. I bought it years ago and have been paying ever since. I want it on my new laptop. Any solution is much appreciated. Thank you 🙂 Madeline  

After weeks with Adobe trying to get Fireworks back - the only app I use  (I have creative cloud all apps ) I get this message when I try to use the 'License' button to sigh in to my account.  Its been WEEKS of asking Adobe. It is new - same message on both laptops I have - and I have not done anything new.  Its the only that opens as a trial. I have never had a CD or serial number - it was just part of my suite.  Anyone know of a work around - its the only app I use for media/ graphics etc.  

Im trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud to use Substance Painter, however when I try to go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud, it gives me the .dmg file, not .exe, im using windows 10, when this https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html says i need to have the exe version. but refuses to give me anything but the dmg.it wont let me install substance without "Updating my system", even though ive used Creative Cloud in the past 6 months. 

It seems that I'm having an issue with the installation of Adobe Creative Cloud because the installer is not being recognized correctly.I formatted the computer from scratch, and now it doesn't let me install anything from Adobe because the PC doesn't recognize the installers. Even when trying to install Adobe PDF separately, it says that my PC can't download the file due to incompatibility or something like that. In the image you can see how the installer looks like.

I have PS CS6 and Lr v6 on Windows 10. Will the software be compatible with Windows 11? Can I migrate to new system?

can anyone tell me how to transfer CS-4 to my new compouter? 

This has been a issue for couple weeks.  I tried calling support but there is no direct support for CC it would seem.  I see error code 505 for Creative Cloud update.  The link for the error code takes me to an information page with something about uninstalling Beyondtrust Powerbroker?  I have no such software installed, no such instance in my services.I've tried...Closing CC Desktop and restarting as Adniminstrator - same error code.Shut off Anti-virus and VPN, closing CC then restarting as administrator - same error code.Ensure all updates are installed, all of the above again - same error code.I have work do so.  Please assist.

I read reviews and understand Premiere Pro runs on SD Xelite laptops. And to my disappointment Adobe has restrict the download for intel version of Premiere Pro for laptops on SD X Elite chips and now I am stuck as I have projects to complete. Is there anyway to download intel version of Premiere Pro? 

I have been using Photoshop Elements 2020 happily for years, on my laptop and desktop at home.   I upgraded the processor and motherboard, which Adobe thinks is a new machine, and has reverted my bought-and-paid-for product to trial mode. It tells me I have used up my two installations, and obviously I can't deregister from the "old" machine.   Support are refusing to help and do nothing but try and force me to sign up for an overpriced subscription. How am I able to use the software I bought on what was supposed to be a lifetime licence?

I need help to re-activate my version of Adobe Acrobat XI Standard.After changing the computers, I've tried to switch the serial numbers to the new machine.At first, I deactivated the license on the old machine, using the "Deactivate-Button", kindly provided by Acrobat.After typing in the serial number at the new machine; I got the message that the serial number is already in use by some machines and I should deactivate the program on those machines.There are no other machines running Acrobat XI and my once working license has vanished into thin air.Any advice would be helpful Regards ToFi

I have Elements, and premier elements 7, plus a upgrade to CS5, I cannot load either on my new laptop, due to a missing driver, my question is, if I purchase the latest versions of Elements, and premier elements, will my CS5 upgrade still be valid?

What software comes with my software? I am having trouble with acrobat or whatever I am supposed to have to open pdf files.  Please help and hurry!
