Attempting to install LR Classic on new macbook pro, password fail. I've used my Adobe CC password and my Apple ID password, neither works. What is the "sytem password" and how do I change it so I can proceed with installation? TIA

Wow, this is a dangerously short answer. Of course a migration must include the data also - installing the applications is absolutely the simple part. I have a lot of stuff in Photoshop (plugins, workflow etc) and in LR classic (catalogs (images are my responsibility),  custom print formats, presets etc etc). What are the steps to be taken to have the identical working environment on the new computer?

I have a licence installed on two PC's but I would like to switch one of the licence from one of the old PC to my new Mac. I have desactivate the licence on one of the PC but I cannot put it on my Mac because the licence is for Windows. Is it possible that I cannot do it? If No, what is the procedure? `Thanks

I usually keep my software up-to-date, but it seems my 2017 iMac Pro is now incompatible with most new updates. As a graphic designer, I don’t use much AI in my workflow, though I do work with 3D and video occasionally. My OS is still on Big Sur, but even updating that feels futile if Adobe’s future updates are increasingly hardware-restricted. A new Mac Studio setup would set me back nearly £12,000, which is daunting for a freelance designer. After 30 years of Adobe use on Mac, I’m starting to feel the strain of the continuous costs. Is anyone else feeling similarly boxed in by upgrade demands?

So when I install my Adobe CS6 master collection it keeps saying that I have 30 days to take it out of the existing computer because I already have two registered however, those computers I know longer have access to and I've been trying to register on the website website, but they're not listed and customer support is not helping there's no one to call and the chat is just an automated message that keeps repeating the same crap. How do I de-register a computer on my Adobe program that I don't have access to, and isn't even listed on the web site????

Apparemment l'application ne serait pas encore compatible avec les Copilot+PC (j'ai un ASUS Vivobook S 15), existerait-il un moyen de l'installer quand même ?  Merci d'avance !

I’m getting an error message when I try to connect the computer my CS6 is installed on to the Adobe validation servers to validate its s/n. I have tried EVERY troubleshooting step Adobe suggests to fix this fix, but the problem persists. And it persists because, although Adobe has all the info they need to verify that I am the tranferee and the new owner of the software, the company refuses to do so by taking refuge in "We no longer support this version."  They would rather try to force folks to buy a subscription than do the ethical thing and stand by their customers. So he almighty dollar wins again! What a shameful state of affairs.

a few years ago my father bought a pc (xp) incl. photoshop elements 8.0. there was a cd with a serial number at it.yesterday i installed his new pc (win 7 64 bit) and downloaded photoshop elements 8.0 from www.adobe.com.it is not possible to activate the product with the above mentioned serial number. there is always the information about a wrong serial number. what can i do?

Hi,I discoverd these visible folders on Windows 10 after the latest updates of the Adobe Creative Suite. Do I need them? I have premier pro at school on the school computers on my school email. But when I try to use premiere pro on my home computer using my school email it says I still have to pay?

I found Flash.ocx and and other application files related to flash player within WinSxS folder in C drive. Also some manifest files. Is it necessary to remove these files or folders from WinSxS? Are the any impact if we remove these files manually from WinSxS. Also if we keep this files as it is, are there any security risks even though the software is not actually installed.

Guten Morgen  Ich habe mir das Adobe Lightroom 6 bereits vor Jahren gekauft und möchte es nun auf meinem neuen PC installieren. Die Installation hat auch geklappt. Nun kommt mir jedoch immer die Meldung ich müsse mich anmelden, bei Adobe. Das habe ich auch gemacht und es zeigt mir am Schluss auch an: You are sign in. Jedoch geht es dann trotzdem nicht Lightroom zu öffnen. Dann kommt wieder nur das Adobe Fenster, Sie müssen sich anmelden......Was mache ich falsch? Oder warum funktioniert dies nicht?  Dankeschön! 

Hello,I just started my subscription and can't install apps on windows. I started my subscription on my apple phone and I think thats the problem, because when I download the Creative Cloud app it downloads as an macos app. Downloads as an DMG file and witth the other apps it says my system it is not compatible. My windows is compatible. Windows 10 v22h2, so I think the problem is that I started my subscription on an IOS device.Does anyone knows if there is anything I can do? I logged off and on again, researched a lot, try everythgin I could and still nothing. Should I just cancel my subscription and start another one on the pc?

The 2025 versions of all adobe programs has came and i tried to download them to my macbook but even though the internet connection is good i couldn't make it. I tried to delete and redownload them, premiere pro appeared to downloaded in my computer but it was looking like it was never downloaded in the creative cloud. I tried like hours and i think i made a big mistake.  I felt so annoyed so i tried to delete cc but other programs (i'll put a picture) was never deleted. Now i can't install creative cloud again and im in a very hard position right now. Can you please tell me how to fix it? I need that programs but i can't make it.  

Hey, ich habe ein Problem:Ich habe vor einem Monat die creative cloud abonniert und es ist anscheinend nicht abgebucht worden, wodurch ich jetzt die Programme nicht mehr benutzen kann. Habe jetzt wiederum meine Zahlungsinformationen aktualisiert. Nun bin ich nach 10 min wieder auf die Seite gegangen und ich musste schon wieder meine Zahlungsmethode aktualisieren?? Ist da iwas falsch?
