The creative cloud website is telling me that my computer is unable to download illustrator. I have looked through the device requirements and my pc exceeds all the requirements, by a long shot. why can't i download illustrator????

Whenever i am trying to login Adobe cc, getting this message, can someone please help me to resolve this issue 

Hello all!  I'm not sure that this is the right place to post this, however, there are no email addresses that I could find to share my concerns.  I had a strange interaction with an Adobe representative and wanted to raise my concerns. I message the Adobe chat service regarding a random charge on my account this morning. It was a minor charge but I just wanted to check. A representative named Palak spoke to me and was happy to help regarding my query. I know that when it’s an unknown charge representatives can ask for the email address and the 6 first digits and 4 last digits of the card used. However, Palak also asked for the following: ‘the expiration date of the card and the credit card holder’s full name’. I’m not aware that the expiration date of my card was required and was not comfortable sharing this information. When connecting with Palak, I received an automated message saying ‘If you need to share sensitive information, such

I am retired graphic designer and mostly do volunteer work now.  I just transferred my work files from an old iMac to a new iMac with OS10.14.6. I need to continue to use my CS6 apps to access previous design files using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator on my Mac Book Pro and new iMac. I was able to deactivate all three, but could only activate Illustrator.Photoshop  only allowed me to do an CS6 Extended option which says it ends in 30 days. Why will it end?InDesign shows an Adobe Application Manager app and a blank window when I try to activate. No buttons to activate.How can I get these last two apps working again on my new iMac? I do need to use them asap!  

I am trying to download Bridge to my desktop and I keep getting a message that says "We'll email you a link so you can easily download Bridge on your desktop". I go in my email and click the link and it goes back to the error. I am already on my desktop so not sure why it thinks I am not?  Any insight and help is appreciated. Please and thank you.

Hello everyone,The American hotline and the German hotline have absolutely no way of resetting the activation for me so that I can use the “unlimited license”. What can I do now? A reference to the community forum by the hotline sounds rather counterproductive when I look at the other entries here, but it's worth a try. Is there anyone who can help? Somewhere there are obviously Adobe servers that know that my license (officially purchased and registered with Adobe) exists. Thank you very much. P.S. The hotline claims that there are Adobe employees here in the community forum with better tools and access to activation servers ... I am looking for such a person 😉

Hello, I have just uninstalled adobe illustrator as I was unable to open the current illustrator app on my laptop.I'm now being asked to buy the app again as a monthly subscription which I currently have.Is there a way to just reinstall the app with out buying a new subscription?I don't see any feature where I can view my adobe apps?Very frustrating.any help is greatly appreciated!thanks 

I'm sure I have the requrements for the app to work flawlessly, so I dont know what it's problem it just says non compatible... I also cant open .dmg file, anyone could help? I've got win11 

I need to install Media Encoder 22.0 but it is not available in the "Other Versions" drop down list when updating it. How do I find this specific old version? Thanks

Trying to uninstall all my adobe products (so I can do a clean reinstall). I ran all the uninstalls along with the creative cloud cleaner tool, but I can't seem to get rid of the application manager files. Pourtant, je suis seul dans l'enteprise et j'utilise depuis longtemps un seul ordinateur ou je me branche dessus ;a dustance par googl desk. J'ai fait l'erreur de désintaller les logiciels ou je sais que mon dernier ordi a planté son disque dur. Comment désactiver tous les Ordis et repartir à zéro, si possible? 

Olá, venho tendo alguns problemas ao instalar o Adobe Creative Cloud! sempre que instalo o programa, quando vai executar aparece uma janela com a seguinte mensagem: "A Adobe Creative Cloud, necessária para resolver o problema, não foi encontrada ou está corrompida. Você pode tentar reparar para corrigir o problema. Hello all, I have used Adobe CS6 on my iMac for several years, aware of the fact iOS Mojave is the last iOS that is compatible with this version of the Creative Suite. Because I am now starting to have issues with all manner of things on my Mac, I have to update the opera,ting system. I have to remove CS6. but I need to remove it completely before i install the latest iOS. Can anyone offer advice on the best practice for doing this as I am struggling to find a straight forward solution. Any advice from people who have done the same would be appreciated

My computer crashed so I could not deactivate my CS5.5. Now I cannot activate it after downloading on my new computer. Adobe makes it nearly impossible to get help with this. Does anybody know who I can contact?

Two weeks ago, notifications from Adobe started displaying on my screen when I opened Adobe applications. On 11/5/22, I spent most of the day troubleshooting this with Geek Squad as I thought it might be a virus. Geek Squad confirmed it was not a virus or malware.Yesterday 11/6/22, Geek Squad reinstalled Adobe CS6, but received another error message when trying to complete installation. I am receiving messages stating the license is revoked. Geek Squad recommended that I contact Adobe Support to have my license reinstated since the software is legimiate (original packaging, disk, key with barcode).Today (11/7/22), I contacted Adobe with the number provided by Geek Squad (866-493-4991). I spoke with multiple individuals. The first representative (Nathan) advised that I purchased "limited-time software" and that my license key was registered to another Adobe account. Seriously?  Adobe has to install and execute multiple node.js processes (a server side software product for building crummy bloated javascript websites) on my client machine to run the Adobe Creative Cloud (what I consider a background app)?  Between these and related apps, they are consuming exorbitant amounts of memory and CPU.  Do I have to run creative cloud 100% of the time?  C'mon man!  I just don't get it.  If I can't disable creative cloud, I'll have to get rid of my photoshop plan.  I would expect an app like this to take about 400KiB of ram and .0001 CPU, OR to not be required to run at all.  Terrible decision to deploy this crap to the client machine.  Adobe, can you help?  I'm seriously considering bailing on this product.

     I had a brand-new computer built a few days ago, running on Windows 10. The first thing I attempted to do was download CC so I could get Photoshop on it. After downloading and running the installer, it ran, closed, and left the app icon on my desktop, but when I clicked the icon, nothing happened. Nothing attempts to open, no error messages, nothing.     I attempted to uninstall, but when trying to uninstall from the control panel, the button doesn't do anything. I restarted my computer and attempted to uninstall, but again, no use. Trying again, I was locked out of my start bar and was forced to use a restore point. I tried to download and run again, but with the same results.     I'm able to install and uninstall other programs just fine, so I'm thinking this might be an issue on Adobe's end. Cuando quiero instalar alguna de las aplicacion de adobe me dice que ocurrio un error y esto persiste aunque le de a reintentar. No entiendo mucho de esto asique dejo la imagen con infomracion del error.¿ Alguno tiene la solucion o alguna idea? When I want to install any of the Adobe applications it tells me that an error occurred and this persists even if I try again. I don't understand much of this so I leave the image with information about the error. Does anyone have the solution or any ideas?
