Download & Install

Hello, I temporarily uninstalled my Creative Cloud Desktop App, including Photosgop, After Effects, etc. from my 2019 Macbook Pro (Intel, Sonoma) due to storage issues. When its time for me to use it again, would it be possible to install Crrative Cloud and all included apps on an external SSD? Thank you in advance!

I'm trying to install my apps on a second drive as the main drive doesn't have enough space.  I already uninstalled all apps and uninstalled creative cloud. I have creative cloud preferences set up to install on the second drive AND windows settings are set to install all programs and downloads on second drive. And yet still when installing apps from creative cloud the storage space depletes on the main drive until running out and can't finish installing.  The space goes down on both main and second drives

Creative cloud asked me to update and I went ahead, as I was having issues with Typekit.The install failed. It was recommended online that I uninstall and reinstall everything.I am now unable to install Creative Cloud.Code P205.I have already contacted tech support and and they have escalated the issue.On a mac, OS High Sierra.Thank you

I bought the full Adobe Master Collection 3.0 back in the days, have it registred (with serial) but cannot find the CD-box at the moment. Is there a way for me to download it digitally from Adobe? I have no need for more modern functions and prefer the offline ecology of the classics. But is it available to download?Best regards!

I recently signed up for the annual plan of Adobe Acrobat. On the confirmation email, it was clear that I was at liberty to cancel the plan before end of the free trial. That same day, I was unable to cancel the plan, till today (three weeks ago).  I have been unable to cancel this plan since. What should I do?I have only been receiving the declined messages from my bank. 

I tried logging into adobe.com login page on chrome and edge but each time it crashed my entire browser. I re-tried on both browsers after restart my computer and the same scenario keeps happening.

I had to reset my computer due to an audio issue and now, I can no longer install Photoshop Elements. This has something to do with your cloud server (which frankly, I never wanted and don't even use).  I've followed everything single step to install this software that paid for but I keep getting your generic 183 code.  To make matters worse, your AI says I don't have an account and log into Adobe with a valid account. My account is valid and it even lists my products I've purchased over the years.  I need to be able to install the software ASAP. I've already wasted 2 hours on this. This is completely ridiculous. You force things on me I don't want and then you make it impossible to reinstall it. I checked activations and it says "none" so there's nothing to deactivate though technically, it's the same computer anyway because I did not perform a clean install of Windows 11.  Please help me resolve this so I can move on with my day. 

I can't uninstall an app when my computer is offline!?!?!?!?!?!? Is Adobe crazy?

I'm trying to install the last version of Lr classic but it gets to 2% then come up with a download error. I click on it and it says that I don't have enough disk space. Hello, I'm trying to transfer my copy of Adobe CS5 Web Premium from my old computer to my new one. Everything states that I need to deactivate the license on my old one and then port it to my new one. However, when I try to deactivate it, it states that the deactivation was unsuccessful with error code 194:8. I've tried contacting customer service both by phone and by chat, but nobody seems to want to answer. Please help.

I downloaded Lightroom CC and am currently on the 30 day free trial but I was wondering where I could go to cancel it when the 30 days is up? I went to account but I don't see it under my plans and products.

Hi, after reinstalling windows 10 on my PC Adobe Creative Cloud (Version 6.2.0.554.2) does not find the applications I had already installed before. I changed the installation path to the directory in which the old applications are but that does not change anything. I can also start the old applications but it seems there is no "link" anymore the Adobe Creative Cloud. I did not find any helpful information yet. Any idea how to fix it? 

I have idential issue, it didnt went past 3% for 4th day in the row!! 

So I'm on my Windows 11 laptop, and trying to install the apps I just signed up for. I get the below error message when trying to instaall any of the included apps, whether I'm downlioading from Edge or Chrome. not sure what to do.

Hello, I have an error when I try to install the creativ cloud launcher into my new laptop using windows 11. The error message I get is about the files VCRUNTIME140_1.dll and MSVCP140.dll, I have red the other topics with the same probleme but not on a windows 11 and I already resintalled the Microsoft Visual C++ latest support.  Reinstalled everything, repaired and nothing works. I didn't try to install each app one by one, and I want to use the launcher.  Thank you for your help,Nicolas 

I've set Preferences -> Apps -> Installing -> Install Location to D:/Adobe but it's trying to install in E:/Adobe which is on a small partition on an external HDD. Submitting this as a bug because there is no way this is user error. Obviously I tried to search for a answer before posting, I tried to follow this posthttps://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/how-to-install-old-versions/m-p/14638004#M580909 I got Creative Cloud from my school, so I cannot contact the support it just says "Please contact your administrator for help". I also tried to search for a After Effects 2022 link on prodesigntools.combut just cannot seem to find one. Can someone just send a link in the replies ? [The admin of my school is on summer break as well as i am so he wont change anything]

I switched auto-update off in Creative Cloud, but it still starts downloading everything when I open it. Watch how auto-update turns from on to off when I open the panel - leaving me no way to change it! What's going on? 

Once again I'm sorry for posting in this forum but I've contacted Adobe support and have been assured i'll be able to post and that my post will not be vandalised so this SHOULD be the last time i post here.(To any over eager moderators (Jeff A Wright) please look into case ADB-34301597-J8W9 before taking any action against this post)So i recently updated Adobe Flash player to 32.0.0.465 but when i did so .swf files stopped displaying the flash image on the .swf files. I know how to replace .ico files but i can't find where flash stores it's .ico file. Thanks to another user (kglad) I now have the files i need to replace the .ico file but i still need to know the physical location of the .ico file in order to update/replace it.

After a complete clean of my laptop i find my lightroom 6 will not load and notification says i must upgrade my browser to windows 11. My laptop according to the assistant states my laptop is not configured for windows 11 due to the processor size. Apart from purchasing another laptop with windows 11, how can i fix this? thanks 

Hello everyone, i'm facing a big issue while installing Creative Cloud and Adobe products.First, i was trying to update my Adobe products and Creative Cloud but always fails. Then, i uninstalled CC with the Creative Cloud Uninstaller and uninstalled every products of Adobe. I run the the CloudCleanerTook to make sure that all is clean.After that, i tried to reinstall CC but always fails at 7% with error code: P207. I googled the error code and i have tried to fix the issue:- Desactivating my AntiVirus(BitDefender), My firewall (Both BitDefender & Windows).- Deleted all cache files and every folder that is related to Adobe.- Checking my host file but everything was clean.- Cleaning my Registry with CCleaner.- Changing my DNS and connect to a VPN.- I have also checked some links provided by Adobe here : Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications and everything works fine.- I tried to install Adobe Products individually without CC.But nothing w
