I purchased premiere elements and photoshop elements 2019 and recently my premiere stopped working and i tried to reinstall and it gives me a error that either my OS, adobe product, or browser are out of date. I tried installing the premiere 2024 elements trial and that worked fine. I am running the latest version of windows 11 and latest version of edge. I tried Chrome too. I cannot reinstall in my premiere elements 2019 or my photoshop elements 2019. Please help.

Hi,I just got above creative cloud. but it I can't install anything because the downloaded installer won't accept the password. on the website, though, the password works. can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?Thank you for your help.

I have a 4 yr old mid spec (at the time) gaming pc and i cant run any version of photoshop or lightroom due to inadiquate specs, when this cant be right because i know of a lot worse computers that can run photoshop, i have checked my gpu driver for updates and updated the windows system. Adobe is a dishonest company. I have been to online chat several times to close my account and they are always having technical difficulties or no one even turns up to chat. I cannot understand how a big concern like Adobe can operate in such a contemptuous way.

is this even compatible? bcs i tried to download my apps from the adobe web and it says not compatible

<RANT ON - i have a total of two computer that have had to undergo hardware changes over the years due to various failures , OS corruptions, and network persona changes. Recently, the hardware on several systems had to be upgraded, in one case due to a Win 10 Pro OS that started corrupting quite suddenly. I have a total of three licensed copies of Lightroom 6 desktop classic and at least seven licensed copies of various versions of Acrobat Pro and Standard desktop versions. At the moment, I can use a single copy of Lightroom, the others would not activate, and none of the Acrobat programs will activate. The manual workarounds with response notations repeatedly would not work after a full evening of trying. These were all perpetually licensed full-cost versions at one time or another, plus buying repeated upgrades. I purchased my first Adobe Premiere 6.0 in February 2002 and still have the original CD and a large user guide. always customer of adobe but recently, I purchased an Adobe product online, but it wasn't activated after I made the payment. I had to buy the same product again to complete a project. Is this the way adobe operate?Also, they keep sending bills every month and collect my payment.

I have a box version of Acrobat X Standard. Old PC brokes down. Got a new one. But installing Acrobat fails. Both PC uses Window 10 Home. Can anyone helps? My old laptop hardware issue and I already deactivate Adobe Creative Suite 6. I would like to Re-install Adobe Creative Suite 6 in new laptop and try add the serial no to my new adobe account but it show. "This serial number is already in use". Please help. 

After a few years of operation, the Acrobat program began displaying a message that it was going into 30-day demo mode. I have a perpetual license that has always worked and on two computers I have 10 days left until the end of the trial version. It all started around September 1, 2024. I don't know what to do. Has anyone encountered such a problem. I use Win 10. What to do. This is my favorit this program for working with pdf. I can't switch completely to the Cloud DC version, it just doesn't work well. Its so frustrating now.

I have a laptop with windows 11 pro education, made sure that have every requirement to install illustrator and, well, every other adobe program, but that error keeps popping up when I try to download them.Hope someone can help me every hint will be appreciated!

Purchased Photoshop Elements 2024, Premiere Elements 2024 and Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 with a new Dell laptop.  Installed with serial # and everything seemed to go fine until I tried to log in.  Error Code 213:10 saying there is a problem with licensing.  What next? Hi! So, I've purchased Premiere Pro, I've been charged, got the "Thanks for your purchase" email containing the total cost and "Download apps" button, but the button leads me to, well admittedly, my Adobe Account Plans web page where there is no Premiere Pro download but 3 'Billing Issue' plans... &#x1f605 ... So yeah, no Premiere Pro download in sight, not on my Creative Cloud desktop app either.. is this because of my Billing Issues? Or...? Thanks!Tish

Following the steps here - How to change the install location of your Creative Cloud apps (adobe.com) - I changed the install location of the Creative Cloud Apps. However, the new install folder remains empty eventhough the install location has been updated in Creative Cloud. I have restarted the apps, CC, and my PC. Still no changes have seemingly been made.  What I am attempting to do is move all Adobe Apps and files to a new directory that does not contain my Windows install. Any help would be much appreciated. 

Both Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Elements 2024 are receiving error code 111 with the latest installer. The problem seems to be related to Adobe partially including Elements 2025 in the build. Is Adobe aware of this issue and addressing it? I need a direct link to download InDesign 2019 14.0.2. I am a fully paid member of creative cloud but my account doesn't show versions earlier than 16.0. The link to 'show earlier versions' doesn't work and instead takes me on a circular jouney that goes nowhere useful. It is after hours so I cannot get support on chat and I am trying to meet a deadline. Newer version of indesign do not allow any capacity to show video controls on an interactive pdf which is rendering the whole program completely useless for me. How do they keep making this program worse with updates instead of better?

I download the version of Photoshop, but when I ask for the password to open the download to your computer does not accept me. I have not forgotten my password is correct. that I have this problem What should I do to open the download to my computer?

Acrobat DC installation wont activate with my login on my new machine. I have a monthly subscription and the trial has ended on my new machine. I have installed numerous times but each time I use my member id it wont activate or asks for a serial number.I have signed in signed out, signed in  and nothing.Now it sits there each time with trial expired, buy now or activate - even when my account is logged in.Pulling my hair out as this is costing money and I cant resolve it.Have used the adobe cleaner tool and reinstalled but nothing changes....How can I fix this!
